Took my 2022 ram 3500 in for recall work at Boerne Dodge, staff was very friendly and professional. I was prepared to leave the truck there and pick up later, but work was performed in a very timely manner while I visited with staff member Rick Medders. Will definitely return for any future issues.

Took the Renegade in for a recall. Took 4 days, they initially said 2 days. Part needed to be ordered.Haven't had any maintenance done on the vehicle at this dealer. Looks very clean and not crowded. People are all nice. I'll 5star them after I get some work done here.

Everyone did a great job. Brendon was attentive and helpful, the lady on the phone was very concerned about getting me picked up in a timely manner, and the two young men that drove me back and forth to the house were very courteous and friendly. Took my RAM truck in for recall work on the tire lug nuts! The scheduling lady was polite and thorough. When I arrived at scheduled time, they greeted me and walked me in to explain how long the recall work would take. They kept me posted on repair via text message and had the truck ready to be picked up at promised time. Very courteous, patient, and helpful. Good job!Service: Tire rotations

I had the best experience when taking my truck to be serviced. They fixed my problem in 2 days. Way better than the dealer I went to for same issue couple weeks before and they had my truck for over a week and did not fix it. I recommend Boerne Dodge for any of your services needs.

Boerne Dodge RAM are awesome folks! What should have been a week of work was done in two days. Big thanks to Brandon for expediting the repairs and getting me back on the road. Jason fixed my key fob in 5 min. These guys are what customers service should alway be. This place is a total rip off for service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BOERNE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP FOR SERVICE!I took my Jeep Patriot in with an ignition issue. The car would stop after it would run a bit at times. I drove the car in for service. After two days they reprogrammed my ignition module and told me my old keys were bad and the car would not start unless I bought new keys from them. Other wise I would have to pay them $400 for the diagnosis and tow it out to get new keys. The old keys could not be reprogrammed so I was stuck buying new keys from them. Total cost to get my car back was over $900! Yea a $900 scam!! I later found out I could have gotten my keys reprogramed or new keys in about 10 minutes for $25 -90. I was totally scammed by Laura and the service manager.

A friend recommended Bourne Dodge because they have a Certified Dodge Viper Technician in their Service Department. These technicians are few & far between going through additional training to become certified by Dodge in the diagnostics & repairs specifically for the Dodge Viper.Very friendly staff, I will be back.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I recently went into Boerne Dodge to look for a new Dodge Charger. The sales staff there was very helpful, especially Mr. Guerrero. The lead salesman helping me with my purchase. I was able to find the exact Charger I wanted, he was willing to let me test drive on my timeframe as well. Both on the Highway and in town to make sure I had a good feel for the car. When it came time to figure out price and financing, it did take some time to come to an agreement but I must stress that was largely do to me knowing what I was and was not looking for and willing to pay for. During this process it did take a few hours and I did have to talk to multiple sales staff and finance staff in order to make a deal that made sense to me which I must admit that was due to my list of wants and needs. During this whole process everyone involved went out of there way to help and understand what I was going for and it was an enjoyable process. Mr. Guerrero also went above and beyond in my opinion in helping with my purchase. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Boerne Dodge and have been extremely happy both times, if my Charger holds up as well as my Ram I will be a customer for life.

we are on vacation and traveling to Colorado towing our fifth wheel. Our ERG service light came on and indicated a repair was needed. We were a little anxious and that the repairs would delay our trip. We contacted Renee at Boerne Dodge and she was very accommodating. The transmission in my 2018 RAM 2500 went out. I had the truck towed to Boerne Dodge. They were quick to get me checked in and, to my surprise, got me right into a 2020 RAM 1500 as a rental. I love the fact that I was able to continue driving a truck while my truck was being serviced.The technician determined it was the transmission and they got approval to rebuild the transmission under warranty. About a week later, after the parts arrived, the started to prep for the rebuild and found metal shavings in the transmission pan. They called me immediately to let me know that this meant the transmission would actually need to be replaced. They escalated and got it approved.About a week and a half later I got my truck back and it is running better than ever. Although my truck was in the shop for about 3.5 weeks, the service department was in constant communication with me every step of the way. And my guess is that if we hadn t been I. The middle of a pandemic, the entire process would have gone even faster.I can t say enough good things about the service department at Boerne Dodge. The service manager, Corey Winfield, is amazing to work with, and his leadership is evident with all aspects of the service department. I highly recommend Boerne Dodge. Give them a try. You won t be disappointed.

**** updated. Service advisor Corey reached out to rectify the situation. He was very professional and apologetic in how my truck was returned back to me. Provided an incentive to clear the air. I appreciate the time he took to actually read my review and make it right.Service and my truck was returned in a timely matter. However in all my years of taking a vehicle in for service, I've never received my vehicle back so dirty. There were sweat droplets and grime on my center console and the steering wheel was so dirty and grimey, it felt like I was the one who was working under the hood. I keep my dash and wheel pretty clean yet I had to use 2 wipes to clean the steering wheel because the first one was so dirty.Service: oil change and tire rotationService: Oil change

Repairs are satisfactory. The time it took to repair the vehicle was unacceptable. I only took my vehicle here because of some recalls my local repair shop recommended. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance so that I could make sure they were ready to begin working on it immediately. Nope, that didn t happen. My vehicle sat for 3 days untouched. Once they finally began working on it, I was given an estimated completion date yet the vehicle wasn t ready until 4 working days after that estimated date. All together they had my vehicle for 13 days. I could ve had my local repair shop complete the same work in 2-3 days. They showed complete disregard for the cost to rent a vehicle during that time & the other issues caused by slow walking a primary family vehicle. I will avoid this dealer repair shop at all costs.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

So many more Ram dealers in the San Antonio area that are so much better. The one and only reason I had to use them is because my normal dealer, Bluebonnet Dodge did not have the particular truck I was looking for!
