Thank you Boerne Auto Glass.We are 3000 miles from home and had planned to drive 300 miles today. Our truck was broken into last night. We called first thing this morning. We were told they could have the window by 1:30 and if we got there early they d get the truck cleaned up and ready. Our truck was ready to go by 1:33! The staff was kind and professional and they did a great job removing the broken glass.Thank you again for getting us back on the road so quickly!

Awesome Experience! GlassDawg was very accommodating to replace my daughter's Golf windshield while home in San Antonio during Christmas. A month later, they were exceptionally quick to respond (within 2 hours) & warrantied a rain sensor quirk, through an affiliate installer in Austin.Exceptional Service that is Timely and Worry Free with Great Communication! We could not be happier with GlassDawg and their affiliates!

I heard the pop from a rock on I-10, and ran into Boerne Auto Glass - Brian fixed it like magic right the spot...drove out like nothing happened. Super friendly guys and they love the Boerne community. I also appreciate Brian offers discounts to teachers and military.

Great Folks! They ordered my replacement Drivers Side Windshield of my Peterbilt yesterday and I got here at 8:30 am and they started right away. Also repairing a chip on Passenger side Windshield. They offered to come to my house, but I only live 1-1/2 miles away, so I came to them. I've tried the most popular guys in this industry. I shall not name names, you know who they are and I couldn't be more pleased with Glass Dawg in Boerne. I called in the morning, they answered, and were able to schedule me in for a windshield repair the same day. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Ryan provided me with the best customer service, explained everything, and even walked around the counter to hand me my receipts. You've earned any future business. Ryan and his team have been extremely patient and helpful with installing my window. Had an issue trying to save cost and purchased the wrong window the first time and they let me reschedule and were extremely professional through the whole process. We were going to use a competitor for our windshield replacement. But because of the lack of communication on their end, we decided to take our business else where. We found Glass Dawg online and thought we would give them a call. First, getting to speak to an actual person immediately was a HUGE plus. Maya, was the first person we spoke to. Her customer service was amazing! Then, I believe the technician was Ryan, he was quick to respond when scheduling our install and even came to pick up our vehicle. Our work was a little more difficult and required in shop installation! And extra bonus, the price was considerably cheaper than the competitor! This was my first time using Glass Dawg and they did not disappoint. I took my car first thing right when they opened due to my passenger window falling. A Tech named Ryan welcomed me and within 5 minutes he was able to take a look and address the issue. He was able to change my window regulator within 45 minutes which was very convenient. His proficiency and friendless was top tier! I definitely will be returning here for my future window needs. Thank you again Ryan for being so great!

Awesome service! I went into the shop for an estimate to get 3 of my windows repaired. Once I was ready to take on the expense, I called them back and they ordered the parts. When I took the car in, it turns out that simply moving a wire fixed the issue. They did not charge me anything since the problem didn t require any parts, which was very kind. They are very honest, easy to work with, and their communication was excellent.

After checking several auto windshield replacement places I found GlassDawgs. Website said they just opened in Boerne. Sent a text message on Easter weekend. Quick response from them with a quote and set up an appointment on the following Wednesday. Went to the shop after work, took about an hour for replacement on my truck. Price and time was exactly what they told me. Awesome guys. Great to do business with folks who do what was quoted. Pulled in and was taken care of immediately. Please note, I d had another smaller chip repaired by Glass America on the recommendation of my Insurer. GA spent less than 3 minutes on my car and did a terrible repair that I had to have redone. It still looks ugly and is completely visible. Glass Dawg got my car in out of the sun (important). They checked both sides of my glass thoroughly, took their time applying the gel, double checked everything, and then used a UV light to finish curing the compound. After that they cleaned my windshield and I had to look hard to even see where it was. Superb independent, local, small business workmanship at the same price as the National company. Six stars out of five. Make the drive, well worth it. AND yes, I ll get my window replaced at Glass Dawg when it s time!Service: Window repair

Taking my truck to Glass Dawg was an extremely pleasant and stress free experience. They had my windshield in stock and replaced within one hour of arrival. The lady at the front Roxanne was extremely friendly and professional and offered me drinks and snacks while I waited. I definitely recommend Glass dawg to friends and family! They did an excellent job!

My wife and I love our new shower glass. All of the employees we worked with were very professional and courteous, especially David Cruz! He was the brains behind it all getting everything ordered and scheduled. He was easily accessible and always responded quickly. Great service! A rock hit my windshield this morning and I had to get it replaced. Didn t go through my insurance because my deductible was going to be more than paying out of pocket. I called around and got some quotes and decided to go with Glass Dawg. Caroline answered my call and got me a quote immediately and answered all my questions. She set me up for a same day appointment and the guys came to my house and fixed it in my driveway which was super convenient so I could still make dinner for my kiddos. My technicians were Caleb Colunga and Albert Castillo and they were awesome! Very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. They got the job done in an hour and did an amazing job! Windshield looks as good as new! Thank you for the great service! Highly recommend!!!

Friendly, professional service. Just moved to area and on the trip developed a problem that needed quick resolution to avoid problems. Eric went out of his way to help me out of a bind and was not looking to "market" me to higher services. The BOERNE OFFICE was so helpful today - same day service on a holiday week!! We dropped the car off a little early, and the car was ready by our scheduled appointment time!!! We are so happy to find this company right here in Boerne. The service was 3 days faster than Safelite could schedule, and 1/2 the price of the dealership quote! Quick, efficient, and very competitive pricing. I talked to Jasmine over the phone, and she was able to quickly schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced on the day of my choosing. Really great experience. They did a great job and were really easy to work with. They even came out to pick up my vehicle from my office, fix the windshield and recalibrated all the electronics at the rear view mirror, and brought my car back. If you don't need the recalibration, i believe they can fix onsite. Overall great experience. Nice to have an alternative to the big guy out there that does windshield repair. Haven't had great luck with that company. .

Just got my windshield replaced at the location on Alamo Downs. Greg and his team were extremely professional! Plus the price could not be beat! I highly recommend this crew! I hope I don't have to replace anymore windshields but if I do they have a customer for life!

Got a rock chip in my Palisade's windshield, I was told it can't be fixed. I went to Kass Dawg without much hope, these guys are good! They fixed it in 20 minutes, cost was only $65, saved me over $2000! They do everything glass related, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Real professional company. My windshield was replaced the same day that I called. From the person who answered my call to the technician that went out to fix my windshield, everyone was so Courteous and everything ran so smoothly. I saved almost 150 bucks over safelight. Would definitely recommend this business to family and friends...
