Ellis was amazing help will all the process for the loan. Only thing I don t appreciated that the bottom part of the RV was unprofessional done with some kind of foam and no mention that online when they posted, they should upload pictures of that too!! Specially when you are driving so many hours or minimum let them know the customer about that. Ellis did called Manager and did her part but he came and he was acting like that was perfectly done. Very unprofessional done! Wasn t helpful!! No happy for that. Service is not quite right. Missing a light on the back. He said sorry I don t have the light. I stop later on the road to put the lights and a have an issue. Need to wait until next day to fixed. No nice from him to lie about it! but I have to say that was another gentleman that he tried so hard to help us with the hitch he have 100% customers service!!

Tim was the sales rep who answered my call, he was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Even when there was something he didn't know and/or wasn't sure about, he promptly found the information I was looking for especially when doing a walkthrough on the unit. Was approved and walked out with paperwork signed the following day. Very much pleased with personnel's demeanor and professionalism in general at the Boerne location.

I stopped by to get info on conversion to lithium for my house battery. Ray Bazo greeted me and went out of his way to make sure I got all the info I needed. Can t speak on service, but sales is all good until after the purchase. Bought a new RV with multiple discrepancies, and they literally threw me off the lot after purchase. Avoid this place like the plague. My salesman was great, but the GM is terrible, dictating the entire experience. Seriously, how are they gonna just straight kick someone off the lot with many prevalent issues on a new $100k+ RV? Very terribly managed and run. Blue Compass Seguin is where you want to go. Night vs day difference.

Blue Compass RV in Boerne is Great! Ellis the salesperson and Nick the finance person were OUTSTANDING with getting us into our new Jayco Precept 31UL! They were extremely knowledgeable concerning the motorhome and fun to work with. Everything went smooth! Thank you again!

Service department is absolutely awful. Chris Coolmen does not know how to communicate and refuses to answer calls or return text messages. His customer service skills are non existent. Once you buy the RV they don t care about you at all, just another number. They will never get my business again. my RV was not ready for pick up the first time I attempted to pick it up, 0 communication from anyone in service. They didn t repair anything that was agreed to in the contract so I had to leave it there. This was over a week after I bought it. Parts were back ordered and I had to call several times to get updates. Parts were then there for three days and they didn t tell me they were in until I called. The second attempt to pick up and the inside of the RV was a mess. The service clowns left trash and dirt and left it all at the door. Not to mention the WDH was set up completely wrong after purchasing that from the dealership. When I texted Chris to see what he was going to do to make this right he won t respond. No accountability and the dealership is an absolute joke.

Just purchased a 2022 Grand Design 22MLE. Elis, our saleswoman was great and patient. Chris was great in service. We did have an issue arise and when I brought it back, they IMMEDIATELY diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. If this indicates our future, then I ll continue do business here and recommend others as well.

Outstanding experience! Link Lyons was our Sales Rep and was absolutely fantastic to work with. Their pricing is by far the best in the industry. Finance was a breeze!Larry spent a solid 2 hours with us going over everything on our new unit. He was incredible and very knowledgeable about all the systems.Overall a perfect experience!

After a long battle with another blue compass location it was very refreshing to have a streamlined process and very good customer service. My main complaint is that my rv apparently got knocked by the forklift on the back corner which was fixed but it got put on my VIN report and I was not notified of this until the day I came to pick up.

Please be aware that if buying parts from them, they do not offer refunds, returns, exchange, etc. One sign of this policy of theirs is posted on the "front" of the desk, easily missed when walking in, especially if you are quickly greeted and swooped away by a staff member. Another sign is on the counter top at the other side of the desk, where when we approached, items were stacked upon it making it unnoticeable. This policy was never verbalized to us. We had a very stressful experience with our 5th wheel and called everywhere looking for the part we needed. Blue compass had it in stock and so we drove over to purchase. Once we had recovered a bit from the stress of our personal situation, we realized that they charged us almost DOUBLE what any other places were charging from what we looked up online. Compared to the lowest prices online and elsewhere, Blue compass charged us OVER double the cost. I understand places mark up prices, but this was mind blowing to my husband and I. Realizing our silly mistake and being able to save over $400 even with overnight shipping, we went back just a few hours after purchasing to return the brand new, never touched part. Absolute refusal to refund or even give credit toward something else, etc. I understand that it is their right to do so, BUT I do not believe they are upfront about their policy despite having two signs posted that are covered and also easily missed when doing business at the other side of the desk. We will not be giving this place any more of our business, and I can't imagine how many others are being screwed over every day.

It was a learning curve on our side when purchasing our first RV but they made it so easy. We were able to take our time, ask questions, and revisit the same RVs multiple times. The process took us awhile to finally decide on one but Tim was patient and kind with us the whole time. Even Trevor, the manager, was kind and patient with us. They could see we were overwhelmed and helped bring the anxiety down. Excited for the adventures we will take now!!! Highly recommend Blue Compass RV!!

Ray Bazo is great!! He is very considerate and very helpful with his knowledge regarding RVs. What I like the best that I have NOT received from other RV service departments is updates regarding time frame for finishing. If you need something done quickly and efficiently Ray is the man to call. Best service I have ever received hands down. Blue Compass should be proud to have a man like Ray performing in their service department.

Our salesperson Darrell Hastings was top notch! Mark in service knows every inch of every RV they sell. Made our PDI perfect! Thank you to the entire team for treating us right and putting in the extra effort. We drove all the way from NJ to Boerne, TX to buy our new trailer. That should tell you how great their service is!

Will and Nick were great - we saw the RV we wanted and had all the paperwork done soon after. Everyone was really kind and not like many of the other dealers we've been to. The lot is clean and the sales building is nice and well kept!

Just a few days into our 10,000 mile cross country tour (and far from our Los Angeles home) we began to suspect that our Tahoe needed a larger drop on the hitch we were using to tow our Lance travel trailer. We scrambled around to locate a Lance dealer and were lucky enough to find ExploreUSA and service advisor Kris Camacho. After parking our trailer at Admiralty RV park in San Antonio, we plunged into late afternoon traffic and headed for ExploreUSA RV in Boerne, about 30 miles away. Despite arriving just before closing time, Kris was determined to take good care of us. He took me out to one of their Lance RVs and patiently explained how the Lance frame construction required special fitting, a little different from the hitch setup that I had purchased. And he told me what I needed.Bad news: They didn't have the parts I needed at their location. Good news: Kris located the part at a different ExploreUSA RV location... which was just about to close for the day. Bad news: There was no way I could get there in rush hour traffic in time to have them install it. Good news: Kris arranged for the purchase over the phone, drove to the other location himself, on his way home from work that day to pick it up. Best (and most amazing!) news: Kris then proceeded to Admiralty RV Park "on his way home" [really?], located our Tahoe, pulled out his tools and then took apart our trailer hitch/leveling assembly and fit it with the new drop hitch part. While he worked, he admitted that he was worried I might not install and adjust it properly myself and he wanted to make sure that my wife and I had a safe trip. By the time he was finished, it was nearly 7:30 pm, well after his work day should have been completed.In all my 70 years on this planet, I have never seen such "above and beyond" customer service. I felt like I had a very smart grandkid looking out for me! Thanks to Kris' concern and initiative, we have subsequently logged many thousands of safe, solid handling on America's sometimes dangerous, broken-up roadways. Thank you, ExploreUSA RV and Thank you, Kris!

We purchased a 2021 Grand design 5th wheel from Billy. We pick up next week. So far all is good.We will try to update how things go while and after picking up our Rv.
