Had a full replacement front bumper installed. They exceeded expectations by installing faster than stated. When I walked into their shop to see what options they had, the staff was great. They got straight to the point and didn t waste time trying to sell things I didn t inquire about.

Brought them my Running Boards that I couldn't get installed; they not only installed them but did an awesome job doing so. They made perfect cuts under the vehicle on my (Plastic) skid plates and overall did a great job! Very cost efficient, friendly and personable, clean shop and waiting area as well.

We had an issue with our truck bed cover not closing properly. Took it to Truck Fitters in Boerne and they fixed it within five minutes and did not charge us. They were professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate the great service they provided! We will definitely use them again for all things we need for our two trucks.

We were very pleased with our experiences with Big Tex, both here and the Elmendorf/San Antonio location. And you won t find better customer service experience than Clay provides. He was very patient and happy to fill in blanks when I didn t know what I was talking about. He also went above and beyond to keep us updated, even when it was just to say he was waiting to hear back from his supplier. We really appreciated everything and will certainly be back for any related needs!

Great sales team and really good technicians. Had a Ranch Hand summit brush guard installed on a F450. Fair price, fast service, very experienced. Have been doing business here since the days it was the old Ranch Hand store. Highly recommended!

Wanted a grill guard for my 2018 F150, and these guys delivered! Went in on a Monday, got the part ordered and an appointment scheduled for 1 on a Wednesday. Took a little over an hour to install and the truck looks awesome,. Good price, great customer service, so easy to do business with!

They fixed an issue with my tuck that multiple Chevrolet dealerships couldn t even find!! And at no cost to me! (I made a a large purchase here which is why it was no cost to me)They also noticed my light bar had a warranty issue and ordered a new one and offered to replace it before I even knew there was an issue with it.Great customer service and knowledge staff and mechanics.

Nothing like unhitching your trailer and finding that your ball mount is loose.Called Big Tex described the problem, dropped by and they took care of us on 5 minutes.Friendly and professional.

Had new 5th wheel installed several weeks ago. Nice job. Picked up new 5th wheel coach yesterday and when we got it home we couldn't unlock the hitch. After 20 minutes of heat induced cussing and struggling I called the guys at Truckfitters and they came right over. In just a few minutes they determined the printed instructions on the hitch were WRONG! And had the hitch uncoupled in no time. Thanks a lot Guys!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I burnt up a trailer hub on the side of i10 this weekend. I called them and they informed me that they were closed, but would stay around so that I could come get what I needed. When I got there they had in fact stayed just for me and had the exact parts I needed. They saved the day for me. I ll be a life long customer.

The gentleman at the counter explained everything to me. He showed me the dear guard and how it fits. He assured me the grill will not come off , shake or make the truck any heavier. I will go there next time I need an accessorie for my truck.
