Great experience for this first time Porsche owner. Car was repair was completed a day earlier than expected. Patrick was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. I really appreciated the inspection report as well.

Brought my wife s BMW x3 in for repairs and received the car back repaired by the next am. Nice/clean building, great staff and repairs were priced very fairly for the job. I would strongly recommend them and I am very satisfied with the work they performed, wished I would have found them sooner! A big thanks to everyone who works there!

Wonderful experience! Serviced my vehicle, went through the vehicle inspection with me and gave it to me straight about what they found and only recommended what they thought it needed. Also ran it through the car wash and vacuumed her out before giving it back to me. Friendly and professional couldn't recommend enough!

Professional shop.Very happy with the work done on my 1987 911. They replaced all the oil line which after some 200,000 miles were ready for replacement. A detailed estimate was provided. Before replacement they performed a detailed bumper to bumper inspection. Work I will have them perform next year.

I just found my new local mechanic for my Volkswagen!!! This place is awesome and the people there are great too!! Just got my car back a little while ago and it's running like it was straight off the Volkswagen sales lot!! I'm so happy with their work keep up the awesome job guys!!

Recently took my 2021 Macan in for a 2 year maintenance. They were able to schedule me for the next morning after I called to set an appointment. All work was performed to my satisfaction by noon the same day. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service and honesty. If you're a BMW owner, you know how crucial it is to find a trustworthy mechanic outside of taking it to the dealership. Patrick and John took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues with my BMW and provided me with clear, straightforward explanations. I have complete trust in Bavarian Auto Repair Boerne. They never try to sell you a service you don't need, have great customer service, are smaller so very on hands one on one dealings with the manager. They have competitive pricing and suggestions on how to save vs. dealers. I have been very happy with the service of my BMW and trust them to keep it like factory new.Thanks to Derek and the crew at Boerne shop!

Boerne location is working with me to take a 1997 BMW Z3 out of a long period of hibernation. Initial work was done without a hitch and to my satisfaction. Customer Service was amazing (Derek)! The guys did an amazing job on my i3 (no one wanted to do oil change on my range extender) I m glad I found these guys and I m not stuck to the BMW dealership! This may be the most well-run repair center I ve been to during my 45+ years of German car ownership! Derek was great to work with and kept me apprised of the status at all times.My 2002 Boxster S needed new front struts and other maintenance work. My car is far from the most valuable vehicles they work on, but you would never know it from the first class treatment they provide. I am very particular about the car as it is a low mileage original and is stored inside. With storms and hail being a concern this time of year, Derek eased my mind by assuring me that it would be stored inside their immaculate shop. It was and the car was returned to me cleaner than I left it!BIG shout out to John, the certified Porsche technician, who really knows his stuff! It s a lot of work accessing the engine on a Boxster and he put everything back together with no grease marks on the carpet panels or damage no small feat with brittle 21+ year old plastics! So much has to be removed from the car just to work on it so labor is always extensive (and NOT surprisingly so.).The facility is fairly new and very nice! Also very convenient to Boerne and Cordillera Ranch. Finally, I wanted to say that I never felt like I was being pushed to do unnecessary work on the car. Everything was quoted up front and the final cost was exactly what I had approved.I strongly recommend Derek and John for your service needs on German vehicles!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Oil change
