I wish every Auto Zone employee was like Sean! He's amazing! He was kind, informative and detailed oriented. He took the time to change my battery correctly and even cleaned the area a bit. He deserves a promotion and a raise!

The employees at this location are especially nice and knowledgeable. I was having some trouble with my F250 while traveling through the area. The crew helped me out a lot and got me back on the road. Special shout out to Steve! Thanks guys! If, I lived in the area I would go here every time I needed any help with my truck.

I have found no other location which services their customers better than this location right here. Jen, Michael, Chrisy, Steve, & Indo are the BEST at what they do. Going above and beyond is what they do best. The amazing smiles is what its all about, and getting the job done. Thank you for all your hard work and making all your customers happy along the way!!! We are not customers, we are family.

Auto Zone is a secret gem in the automotive industry. For a novice without auto repairs in my wheel base, it is hard to discern where to go with ridiculous pricing and people taking advantage of those who don t know. I ordered a broken running light from Auto Zone. Jen, the manager, was extremely helpful and even installed it after I attempted it myself. Everyone in the store is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I observed many of the regulars being called by their first name. I have told my friends and will definitely return for advice in the future.

Very friendly & helpful staff.I stopped in today to get my battery tested and the nicest and knowledgeable gentleman helped me fix and install a new battery! He even recommended some items i didn t even realize i needed!

Needed a battery. Everyone was soo nice and and helpful. A super nice employee came out and diagnosed my car, installed my battery, gave us info about my car I didn't know. Very knowledgeable. And I noticed no matter how busy it got, they all did it with a big smile and warm welcome. Thank you for a great experience.

Super Steve is awesome!!! He was so helpful when it came to finding out what was wrong with my car! Being a girl who knows nothing about vehicles can be intimidating but Steve made me feel comfortable and not at all like he was trying to upsale me for no reason. Love him!!! <3333

I will not be returning to this location. Whenmy check engine light came on and I went to this location and told them that and they just handed me the gadget and basically said good luck. I don't know that gadget I don't work here. Terrible customer service

Extremely helpful! Needed help with a turn signal light & they took care of it in just a few minutes! Steve & a couple others provided excellent customer service! Will go there again with any future vehicle parts needs. Highly recommend them!

Roy is awesome, I had a brake light out,and headlight out also. Got a warning on the way into town to get bulbs ,they were close to closing,and Roy still helped me get both changed ..thanks so much .Above,and beyond..great store

I live in Boerne TX. I came out of the gym at 6:30am Monday morning (21 Aug) and my truck wouldn t start. I walked to the Auto zone to see what time you opened. Steve was sitting on the curb and volunteered to come over to check and see if he could help. He jumped my truck and was waiting for me when I pulled up. He checked my battery, toldme how much a new one would be and had everything ready the moment you opened and installed it in 15min. He is extremely professional and helpful! He is the example of what customer service should be and a GREAT example for your company!

Store assistant Lady named Red , was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for myself and my husband. We needed new auto lights and a battery. She installed all of them and answered all of our questions. She did it all for us which my husband was thrilled to have someone so knowledgeable about installing them. She is a very smart lady.

Jenn at this store was incredibly helpful! My car had a part dragging underneath the hood and she came out and helped me remove it. Being out of town and with my son this was so stressful and she helped me tremendously. Thank you AutoZone for Jen and always helping your customers.

I first called on Friday and spoke with Oscar and he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to know about replacing my battery in my 14 year old car. I initially got a jump on the battery and thought , after driving it for 45 minutes , it was good to go. But the next morning proved otherwise. After a neighbor was not able to jump it, he was able to determine it didn t have enough volts left in the battery to be jumped and would need to be replaced. My neighbor took the battery out of my car and placed it in my husband s car. I took it to AutoZone in Boerne to get it replaced. Oscar was there and I was happy to see him, given that he was so nice the day before. Indeed he was. He went to my car and carried in the old battery, got the specs for the new one, and pulled it from inventory after I agreed to the purchase. He provided me with the $25 Core discount for turning in my old battery and, after complete ting our transaction, he carried it out to my car.My neighbor was able to easily install the new battery and pointed out that the old battery was the original! This was my parents car, it sat in their garage, and seriously only went to the grocery store and church on Sundays. When I got it in 2016, it only had 21,700 miles on it. It had a total of 37, 650 miles on it when the battery died. Not bad for a 14 year old car!

The people are friendly, the service is good, the store support is HORRIBLE and unfortunately I had to go somewhere else because their systems had problems accepting a check. Overall, I've used this store countless times over many years and will continue to. Parking is sometimes a headache as well since the parking lot is so small and at the middle of an intersection.

I needed a new battery and thankfully Oscar S. was very polite and professional. He was able to change my battery even though my original battery had a ton of corrosion on it. The employee named Red wasn t nearly as helpful or polite. She told me my battery wasn t the problem, but it was the corrosion and I shouldn t buy a new battery. I had to ask her if she would test the battery before I bought a new one which seemed like a problem for her to do. She could use some customer service training. Oscar S. should get 5 stars, but I had to take one off for Red.

Had some transmission codes pop up on my Subaru, had them take a look and tell me it was the transmission oil pressure sensor that went bad and had them order the part for me. Turns out it wasn't the part needed to fix my vehicle and it was actually the transmission control module. Came in to return the unneeded part and was denied the return, stating that they couldn't accept the return of a part that was already installed.

The Boerne location has a great staff and are very helpful. I buy alot of parts from them and sometimes they have to order them which is not unusual but the follow up by they staff is they call when the parts arrive or if there was a delay or even when the part didn't match what was ordered they got in touch with me and worked out a solution. I appreciate their extra effort and that is what keeps me coming back

Went in one evening right before close to test a dead battery. Associate was extremely helpful and offered to store the battery overnight so it could be charged and tested first thing in the morning. The next day we arrived and Red, the manager, confirmed that the battery was not holding charge. She talked me through different options and offered recommendations. Very helpful and friendly.

Never mind. Called to make sure the part was there before driving to go get it and it was not ordered like they said it was going to be.I have gone to two auto zones. Had to drive 30 minutes because it said they had the part online and I was also directed over to those stores from somone else from a different store I called and they didn't have it.When I got to both of those stores they said they could not find the part that was labeled there at the stores.I just called this store and talked to a gentleman who instantly ordered the part for me and will have it for me in the same day.I wish I got the names of those other people who did very little to help.

Car trouble is the worst! And last week was a doozy.The fear of the unknown costs, not knowing if I'd get stranded somewhere while driving, my stomach was in knots.But three trips to AutoZone (in one day) later, I was good to go.1 I'm very fortunate that my son took four years of automotive classes through the high school, and that he could do the work for me.But,2 I can't say enough great things about the staff at AutoZone too. I dealt with someone different each time I went in.The first was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me get the right part, on my budget. Let me know about the casing-return policy. And sent me on my way with encouraging words. The second took care of the return, and was fun to visit with. The third was just 30 minutes before they closed. All we could do was laugh at the situation we'd found ourselves in that day. And he joked right along with us. As we left, he wished us a great night, telling us not to come back any time soon. And he said "God bless!" Floored. What a blessing they all were on a rotten day.

Thank you, David for saving me! I was running late for work when my car wouldn t start. I was able to get it jumped, headed over to AutoZone and in about 20 minutes I had a brand new battery. David went above and beyond making sure my terminals were clear of corrosion before replacing the battery. I will be headed back for sure!

Kevin and Dylan gave great customer service. They treated my elderly mom honestly and helped her out when she couldn't figure out she had a bad battery. They explained the differences in choices which made her feel she was making the right choice. Thanks for the great customer service and concern for my mom's well-being. We will be back because of these two great guys.
