My wife and I recently purchased a new RV from Ancira RV in Boerne, TX. After going camping a couple of time, we noticed a few minor issues with the RV that needed to get repaired. The RV service consultant, Jim Ward, was very helpful and was able to get us an appointment to bring in the RV the very next day. The service was completed in three business days. Jim was very helpful from start to finish and provided lot's of valuable insight to us about the RV. Much of that information had nothing to do with what we brought the RV in for. My wife and I would purchase another RV from Ancira, just based on the Service we received. Kudos to Ancira RV, Service Dept.

I want to start off saying the service from Joe and Mickey was top notch. The rig is beautiful but we had some issues by the time we made it home in Arizona. When connecting to city water it doesn t work. The speakers have a popping sound. Passenger side mirror moves with the wind and the awning over the large driver side slide broke and ripped off.

My husband and I purchased our first travel trailer together. After months of research we decided to visit Ancira RV in Boerne. The Keystone Premier is absolutely perfect for us! We appreciated getting to stay our first night in the Ancira RV Park so that we could check everything out before hitting the road back home. Thank you Tom for all of your help and for bringing us breakfast after our first night in the camper. We will definitely enjoy many camping adventures.

Our family included Ancira RV during our search for a replacement Fifth Wheel unit. What we pleasantly discovered at Ancira RV could not have been beat in sales, customer service -including after the sale and available quality inventory at great prices! We decided on a (used) luxury unit that was priced well. Our experience was quite outstanding in dealing with each department from the sales to the signing; every person was cordial, considerate and went above and beyond our expectations. They stood by their word and did mostly all they said they would do with much attention to detail (with only one exception concerning a front decorator lighting issue).Tom and Joe were friendly, professional and non-pressuring, experienced, knowledgeable sales staff.We were granted a complimentary overnight stay to familiarize ourselves with the function and bells and whistles of the many our unit has. Tom even brought us a very delicious gourmet breakfast from Snow Bakery that was so amazing!We are so blessed to have gotten the best deal on the very best unit we could ever have and with very nice customer-oriented staff.If you are searching or even thinking about purchasing or upgrading an RV of any type I definitely recommend shopping with Ancira RV.It is likely they may be able to accommodate most budgets with their in-house financing. They do all they can to make their customers very happy. We have NO regrets on the unit we selected.Our knowledgeable sales reps. even recommended a very experienced driver who could safely deliver our unit to our site at a reasonable price.THANKS ANCIIRA!

Talk about a smooth experience, Ancira is the place to go. They made sure we were taken care of and happy. The salesman and technicians were very helpful and available. We had many questions and requests and these men and women met every metric. We got exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. I would and hope to do more business with them.

Thank God for Tom Campitelli lol he was so amazing to work with! We bough a used 2019 Wildwood in excellent condition. Tom was so patient with us and helped our process run smoothly. The website had no pictures and we jumped right on and asked Tom for pictures. He took a video(we live 50 min away) and he sent it right over we went the next day and said we want it. Started the paperwork and no hassle no problems. Hoping to keep this one for a while but if anyone is looking I would definitely recommend Ancira RV for your future purchase. When it was time to pick up we had the cutest box of accessories needed and coffee mugs. Tom even made sure we got out of the parking lot ok lol. Whenever we go bigger we ll be back Tom! Thanks again!

We bought a luxury motorhome and are very pleased with our customer service. John Allshouse was very professional and friendly. Glen did a very, very thorough walk through with us, answering any questions we had. Mickey in finance was also kind and professional. I went to the parts store asking about towing equipment and got a quote. The guy there was thorough as well. The entire process went very smoothly.

We had a terrific experience at Ancira RV. We were traveling west on I10 in our Tiffin when our slides malfunctioned. Jim Ward, Scott and Tim took terrific care of us. They diagnosed the issue, got the part and had us on the road the next day. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Ancira RV in Boerne, TX. We bought a pre owned Newmar Dutch Star there. Everyone there had a smile and greeted us. Their effort to make everything right went above and beyond. For example, a chassis problem was found while doing the pre sale inspection and they transported our unit to a Freightliner shop to get it fixed.The walk through was superb. Anthony Nation ( sp?) took 4-5 hours to go over everything inside and outside the coach. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Took notes on things that needed to have work to our salesman and they were fixed.Brandon Barton, our salesman, bent over backward to ensure all was right. He took all the time we needed and answered hundreds of questions, even doing research to get more information for us a couple of times.Joe Gonzales ( hope I have that right) was very helpful during signing of papers as well.Finally to Jeff who transported our unit back and forth. He made me feel our coach was in good, professional hands.Again, an exceptional experience!

This was our 4th RV purchase ever but definitely the biggest being a 5th wheel. We made a cold call stop at Ancira after an internet search on our trip to Blanco, TX. Tom Campitelli met us on the lot after just exiting our vehicle which is typically the sign of a hard sell but absolutely not what our experience was. He shuttled us to the units we were interested in and soon turned us loose to explore. All the units were unlocked and ready for inspection. Tom was helpful with all of our questions and even introduced us to their maintenance manager and other staff. We found what we wanted and made the commitment. Ancira offers a first night stay on their campground facility just off the lot. We recommend taking advantage as questions or repairs come up, a technician quickly responds. Matt was our guy and was thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful through including coming back to help with final hookups. Tom made sure we even had breakfast and hot coffee in the morning. Overall a great experience.

Sales representative was awesome. Purchased 3/2023. Coachman Clipper 16ft. 10/2023 had major issues with the unit. Dealer honored agreed warranty through manufacturing company. Long turnaround on repairs. Manufacturer and dealer service department are easily accessible via phone or email. Do research on manufacturer and read warranty before purchasing .

We have been absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service and care from the professionals at Ancira Rv of Boerne. Tom Campitelli has been so very helpful and is a joy to work with. Everyone has been great to work with especially Tom, Stoney, Trent and even the finance guy Mickey. ( i apologize for any misspelling.) Stoney taught us so much and had great patience with us. Trent has been so very helpful with our many changes, etc. We always felt we were in good hands with Tom as he thoroughly followed up on all of our changes and inquiries. Spending the night on site and Tom surprising us with breakfast is beyond our expectations! Our RVing friends have all been impressed with our experience with Ancira RV and the word is out!

Met our sales guy, Brandon, at the January 2024 RV show in San Antonio. We had our eyes on the 2024 forest river wildwood 24View from Anciras website Our intention was to kick the tires on the wildwood and then go compare it to other units shown by other dealers at the show.Tire kicking went well and Brandon had a good working knowledge of the features of the wildwood. After a 4-5 minute convo, Brandon stepped away after advising he was there if needed. Let me repeat this great trait in sales; he stepped away. This allowed my wife and I to discuss our thoughts. When buying a trailer, one has to envision themselves in it. It s hard to do that if a salesperson is hovering. Brandon read the room well and gave us space which was appreciated.Fast forward to our visit to the other dealer at the show. While genuinely nice, their salesperson hovered and buzzed around us, didn t listen, and tried to influence our decision by positioning features we didn t care about. Regardless, we made a soft deal on a unit that would fit our wants It was a long 30 minutes, but it solidified our decision that we preferred the wildwood.Back to Brandon. He quickly recognized us even though it had been over an hour. He greeted me by name. We informed Brandon of the other find and that we d prefer the wildwood if he could make it right. After a rather painless (and very professional) exchange, we shook hands and the deal was done.Justin, the sales manager, hopped in and very professionally walked me through the numbers and supported Brandon very well.Moving on to financing. Mickey did a great job of exploring the best options and rates for us and was more than prompt and available to answer questions. While in office, the paperwork process was very painless and accommodating to our needs.Glenn was our RV walk thru guy and was top notch. We hit it off right away and Glenn s friendly demeanor and great stories made the walkthrough and training experience memorable. All of the concerns and items on our initial punch list were handled promptly and with assurance.Let s not forget a few of the behind the scenes rockstars that aided us as well. Each time we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm smile by Vicki.Additionally, Ancira has a great store onsite and Trent was exceptionally helpful and even walked out to our unit to find the right part for us.Great job to Brandon, Mickey, Vicki, Trent, Justin, and Glenn. You all circled the wagons and made our experience five star. Get ready for some referrals amigos!

Great parts department manned solely by Trent, who does a great job. Trent spent time with me researching 12v DV lights available, away Dometic toilet gaskets and Blue-Ox rebuild kits. Thanks for all the time and ordering my parts for me and the call on arrival.Sales side is a bit tougher to deal with even when you make an appointment. I have them a list of 4 stock #s of units I wanted to see inside and out. I returned the next day to do walk throughs and get a feel for the units. Almost an hour later I had to leave as the staff was unable to accommodate me. I'm aware most staff was at RV show. No excuses folks...this is a prop for Trent in parts and a heads upfor the sales department.

Very good experience. Brandon Barton was our sales rep. He sent us a video of the trailer we were interested in before we made the trip to Beorne. Very helpful. The tech walked us through the 5th wheel teaching us about our rig. The company offered to let us spend the night in it before we left so if we had questions, we could get answers. We would recommend Ancira.

John Allhouse, our sales person has gone above and beyond for us! We couldn't be happier with our new Coachman Chapparal 274BH... the price was good and the sales staff was fantasticlly knowledgeable. If we ever buy another fifth wheel or travel trailer Ancira Rv in Boerne will be our go to. Also their service department is great as well.

We picked up our 38 BB and drove it 100 miles to our storage facility. For those of you wondering we have the computer desk with pullout table and there was no rattling of the table even though the roads we went down were not very good. Sonny, the service tech at Ancira RV went over everything with us and let us ask all the questions we wanted for about 4 hours. I ran both hot and cold water along with filling up sinks to overflow drains and checked all fittings no leaks:) We checked out all switches, hydraulics, generator and all work as they were supposed to. I brought a flashlight with me and checked every cabinet and plumbing fitting I could and found absolutely no leaks. Sonny had already done all of this himself prior to our arrival. Sense this was our first time to pull four wheels down he even helped us hookup the Blue Ox and walked alongside the truck for about 100 yards to make sure it was pulling correctly.After looking at a coach just like this one except a 2022 model with the Tiffin rep and our salesman Gary, the wife made a comment about how the front driver and passenger seats not having skirts to cover-up the ugly stuff underneath. The Tiffin rep told her he would make sure that we had them, and it did.Don't know what the future miles will mean or what will need to be worked on but pleasantly surprised by Tiffin, the representative and our salesman Gary at Ancira.

Great experience from start to finish! Everyone is very responsive and helpful. I fully appreciate everyone I came in contact with. Joe, Brandon, Mickey and Glenn were all very personable, informative and professional. I would definitely recommend purchasing here and likely will make the drive to do so again if it's in the cards for future purchases!

Absolutely the best in customer service. I order my 5th wheeler over the phone and worked with Anothny Monday. He kept in touched with me throughout the process and return text messages quickly. Ancira RV had my rig ready to go once I got there, they even handled some upgrades for me before I pick up the rig. Prices where fair but customer service shines.

This is my second Class A Diesel Pusher purchased from Ancira! Joe, Mickey, Kevin, Willie and Stoney are the best! There s a good reason why I have been there twice and driven 1200 miles each time. I look forward to buying my third RV from these guys some day! Oh stay the night when you pick yours up so you can learn all about the coach with Stoney s help and patience! (My old Pace Arrow on the left and my New Newmar on the right!)

Purchased a "lightly used" Tiffin Open Road from ANCIRA. From start to finish the complete experience could not have been more pleasant. EVERYONE I dealt with at ANCIRA did exactly what they said they would do and then some. The three hour+ drive was well worth the time and effort. Physically looked at several motorhomes from Florida to Kentucky and throughout Texas. Without question ANCIRA and its people were the most professional we encountered. Cannot say enough nice things about the general store manager Josh Motyka (our initial contact through a third party) and Tom Campitelli (our salesman). Both gentlemen were most helpful in every respect and went the extra mile to walk us through from the initial price negotiations through closing out the transaction. After closing the purchase Glen Bernal was the technician who did the 'walk thru' the unit inside and out from end to end. We are most appreciative of him taking way more time with me on a Saturday morning than he had to to make sure I was clear on ALL the details of the operation of the motorhome. He was extremely courteous and thorough.We decided after a couple weeks we wanted to take out the couch and replace it with recliners. Trent Caps was very helpful in guiding me through the selection process to make sure he ordered just what we wanted. Justin Chreene was our service manager and could not have been more pleasant to work with. Set up the time for me to bring the motorhome to them, settled me in their overnight RV park and got me in and out the next day in about 6 hours with the furniture change out the as well as taking care of 3-4 other items I wanted done. In the event I have something major that needs attention in the future with the coach I will not hesitate to take it from Bryan, TX to Boerne, TX for their service department to do the work. Again, an overall tremendous experience and really good people with whom to work. I would recommend ANCIRA to anyone without reservation.

We had been looking for a specific unit for a few months and finally found our dream trailer over at Ancira RV in Boerne,TX. With a 16 hour drive from Arizona we hesitated a little, but are sure glad we made the trip. Steve Lyons was one of the best salesman we have ever worked with. Corresponded back and forth in a timely manner, worked with us over the phone, unit was ready to go as promised when we got here, the service department and the tour of our unit we got was top notch. I cannot thank Steve and Ancira RV enough for this buying experience. If you are hesitant about coming here, don t be, pull the trigger!

Thanks to Trenton Smith and Ancira RV out of Boerne, TX, I am a proud owner of a 2020 Tiffin Allegro Bus 45OPP. Trenton was the most enjoyable, honest, no pressure salesperson I have ever dealt with and never made me feel like I was a bother after the order. He kept me posted on the build process (3 months from time of order to delivery to Ancira) and I would call him at least once a week for additional updates and info. When my coach arrived at Ancira, I honestly believe Trenton was more excited than me. He knew I was anxious to see it and he texted me photos, inside and out, right when it got to the dealership.Hats off to Stoney, who was responsible for prepping the coach prior to me picking it up. Stoney was very thorough with his inspection and provided me with a list of items that he corrected. Very minor items too. All in all, the entire dealership was very friendly and responsive to our needs. They made my wife and I feel like we have been dealing with them for years and this was our first and only purchase! Very competitive pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff and overall customer oriented atmosphere. VERY WELL WORTH THE 8 HOUR DRIVE FOR ME AND I WILL DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!! Picked up our Tiffin Phaeton 40IH on Saturday. Grizz was so easy to work with and made the whole buying experience so easy and painless. Great inventory and Grizz went out of his way to assure we had everything we dreamed of as add ons. Post buying experience has continued to be great. Mickey in Finance was also very easy to deal with. We did everything online/ electronically due to us living 4 hours away. Mickey had all paperwork ready for us to sign and we were in and out of his office in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Ancira to anyone looking to buy their next RV.
