Salesman Nate Terry was excellent!He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He sent me pictures and videos throughout the whole process as this was an out of state purchase. He kept me up to speed on the process from my first phone call to him until the moment the vehicle was loaded on the truck for transport to Florida.Mr. Terry is a great asset to the Ancira Family.

Nate Terry and the ANCIRA team were absolutely the best from whom I ve purchased a vehicle. I brought in my 2020 Silverado for trade-in back in Jun 23. They didn t have what I wanted but set me up to order a 2024 Sierra Denali Ultimate. They kept me informed throughout the process (special ordering requires patience) and returned my calls when they were busy with other customers. I secured an unbelievable 1.9% 72 month loan offer from GMC and they were very competitive on what they offered me for my trade in. Nate said I wouldn t find a better deal in San Antonio and he def made good on his statement. The financing side was by far the most low pressure chill vibe I ve had as well. They told me what was available, answered my questions, but didn t question my choice or try and load me up with unnecessary services. No doubt I ll use them again for my next truck purchase!!!

This has to have been the best car buying experience I have had so far! Joe and the Ancira Buick team were so very helpful and made the process seamless, fast and painless. We were really impressed with Ricky Vargas our salesman. You could tell he cares about making our experience at Ancira GMC a great one. Just an overall nice guy. Found us the truck we wanted, found and bought in the color we wanted. The whole process from start to finish went smooth. Would highly recommend Ricky if you are looking for a new truck or car.

I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and I have to say this was by far the best experience I have had. I actually had fun while doing it, Michael, John and Brian really did a great job. As far as the vehicle (seirra 1500) I couldn't be happier.

Everyone at the dealership was so helpful. Joe was able to identify a car for me that fit everything I needed.. They worked with us to get the trade value we needed. The paperwork part was painless. And I was able to pick up the car on time with a full briefing on how it all works.

These folks are great. They did what they said they were going to do and followed through to make sure I got what I wanted. My salesman was Ricky Vargas and he was awesome to work with. I never once felt pressured into anything as has happened at other dealerships. The finance department was also easy to work with and again no pressure. I highly recommend them.

I was in a desperate situation living full time on the road with a car that wouldn't start and Shawn was gracious enough to fit me in for a diagnosis. He also explained to me about Buick Roadside service and how to contact them. It turned out to be a dead battery and he had me back on the road in a few hours. Sean has great hospitality skills and is very knowledgeable and efficient. I will not hesitate to use Ancira:a services the next time I am in the area.

Just purchased a truck from Sara and she was extremely helpful and made the buying experience very painless! Their Sales Manager Rick was also very friendly and not pushy at all. Even Chris in finance made it pleasurable! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Service advisor Shaun was extremely helpful even after they had closed up for the day. I had to drop off my vehicle unexpectedly for a critical warning regarding the brake system. The issue was identified and communication was good throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced.

I had an excellent experience with Ricky at Ancira GMC. He walked me through the custom order from start to finish. Ricky kept open communication with me all the way up to the date I picked up my vehicle. It took about 3 months to get my Yukon in. I ve only purchased 3 vehicles in my 32 years of life and this was, BY FAR, the easiest and smoothest experience. I highly recommend Ricky Vargas at Ancira GMC. Thank you, Ricky!

Ability to schedule appointments online was helpful. Nice waiting room. Honest when saying my air filter was ok and didn't need to be replaced. Suggested fuel injector cleaning per owners manual. Great work and friendly.

I had an appointment scheduled to see a specific SUV. Sara had the vehicle ready for us to test drive upon arrival. She was wonderful to work with! No pressure. No sales gimmicks. She felt honest and was easy to work with! We purchased a new SUV that day! Make sure to ask for Sara!!

Michael was my salesman and Brian was the finance manager but everyone there was very friendly. There was no haggling or pushing products. They explained extra packages offered, and answered any questions I had. They didn t try to convince me if I said I didn t need or want something. I had my 3 year old with me and everyone was patient and helped to entertain him while we there as it s not a short process; even the customers there we re friendly. Michael quickly explained all the necessary things I needed to know about my new vehicle and even helped me get my car seat installed! I had been in contact with several dealerships looking for a new vehicle, Ancira definitely cares about customer service and that s hard to find these days.

I sent a request online about a vehicle and received a call from Kristy right away. She set up a appointment to test drive it. When I arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Nate was my sales representative and was welcoming with a great smile and had the car ready to drive. He took the time to show me everything and explain things that I knew nothing about (all the new gadgets)! I was hooked! The process was was quick and easy. Kristy even came out personally to say hi, very sweet! The finance mgr, I believe was Brian (sorry if I'm wrong) made paperwork quick and easy.Communication was excellent by everyone. Nate was EXCEPTIONAL. I was very surprised when they delivered my car that Nate stepped out of it. I knew he had a very busy schedule.The staff all smiled and acknowledged me,and said hi! Ricky was the absolute best to work with to buy a used vehicle! He made the car buying process so easy and painless, and he actually knew specs about the car. The dealership doesn t force any additional fees or add-on packages on you (other than the obvious doc fees, taxes, etc.), and Ricky was completely transparent, open, and honest during the negotiating. He then went above and beyond after the purchase was finalized in helping me get the car all set up for my needs including helping me install my car seat, connect my phone, and explain all the buttons, apps, and features. Excellent customer service and such a positive experience for my first time buying a car! I highly recommend working with Ricky at this dealership!

Patrick our sales representative did a fantastic job putting us in our new vehicle. The used car Sales manager went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our vehicle and the financial manger was extremely knowledgeable and personable during the process. We have been looking for an affordable long bed diesel for a few months and saw one show up on the lot. Later in the day we went back by to look at it closer and Sara came out and greeted us asking if we would like to take it for a spin, so we did, negotiated a little bit, went to lunch and 3 hours later we came back and picked it up. In and out great service, they even set me up with a tow hitch the next morning when parts department opened with a discounted rate. Thankyou Ancira, Brian John and Sara.

Rick and his entire team did an excellent job getting me in the truck I wanted without all the games of most dealerships. I drove from Austin and wasn t disappointed! It was good to work with a dealership that focused on the people and not exploiting them, like so many did during Covid. I ll be back.
