Great location, large truck parking lot in back fenced in, close to the TA Truck stop and cheap. But under remodeling so short on rooms wires hanging low over walkways up and down stairs. Pool 1/4 full and green pretty tore up and ugly, the room they gave me first had a person not spost to be in there locked inside till I went back to office and they told me no one inside there just push the door harder lol so I went back and the person left and I opened door because the deadlock was not engaged anymore and bed was slept in and the walls had been drawn over with bloody sculls and weird 7's pictures I will include, and door looked like the police opened it a few times lol. So they gave me another room, much better lights burned out but Room was good for the price. It should be a crime to charge people this amount of money for a room to stay in when it looks as if no one cared to actually clean it. Walls chipped, floor dirty not mopped or swept, cracks in the floor boards, dirty walls, etc. The non smoking room were in has nicotine stains all over the walls and the bed sheets were stained. I d say spend your money else where but it seems like charging dirt cheap prices and getting dirty rooms in return is the norm these days.

The price is pretty high considering what the location looks like , don t get me started on the actual room , I literally had to kill a scorpion after being in the room for at least 5 minutes, bugs crawling everywhere, the blinds were messed up , the whole place needs reconstruction, if you need a cheap room for the night , it may work for youDefinitely not will not be staying there ever again , don t waste your money , they don t do refunds either

Room was VERY nasty! Floors had not been swept or cleaned! Hair was all in sink so obviously had not been cleaned. Chair at table was falling apart. Shower curtain was hanging by 3 prongs all others were broke. I travel a lot and am not very picky or critical because I know you you get what you pay for and I always do the less expensive motels but I have had ALOT of nicer cleaner rooms for the price I paid here! Someone needs to shut this place up until it is cleaned and proper staff is hired to clean like they suppose to! The MOST disgusting place I have stayed yet! I may just choose to just sleep in our truck! To give them even 1 star they don t even deserve! Go elsewhere to stay is all I can say!!

I was happy with my stay there. I am disabled with breathing problems. I asked for a first floor room. Obviously the clerk was saving for someone disabled, though I didn't outwardly appear disabled, I said that stairs were difficult for me. The clerk gave me the one left, and I was greatful not to have to go far to get my luggage back and forth from the car to the room!It was very clean and appropriately furnished. The shampoo packets were easy to open by . . Thank you West Texas Inn!

Staff was friendly. HOWEVER.....the rooms are friggin awful. Nasty!We had planned to be there for a few months so paid for a week and ONLY stayed one day.There were needles and syringes outside in the grass. Broken crack pipes on the cement, people drunk and yelling throughout the night. Just TERRIBLE. Laundry room had water all over the place, the pool is just water, untreated. You clearly get what you pay for but even then not worth what is paid.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, but I guess they get a star for being cheap. My sister and I came here to stay for 2 nights, we didn t last 10 mins. As soon as we got in our room a group of guys came and knocked on our door very loudly and began yelling at us from outside. When we didn t answer he then proceeded to yell his phone number out at us. We were terrified to stay because the men already sounded intoxicated and the locks on the door seem very fragile. We ran out the door to our car and went to the front office asking for assistance or a refund. The man asked us if we could read the no refund sign and then told us to instead call the police if we were so frightened. If you have a family do not come here. If you re with your wife do not come. If you are a female and don t have a concealed weapon DO NOT COME.

I have been in 50$ motels not usually nice but there is no excuse for this place the floors were so sticky it would nearly pull your shoes off! There was NO hot water whatsoever just icy cold! The beds were caved into a bowl shape (the middle was 9 inches lower than the sides) im sorry i forgot to get a picture of this. And it smelled so strongly of pine sol that we had to leave the door open for an hour it actually was burning our eyes and throat's it's really ashame that my photos didn't seem to post and show the holes in the wall where the towel holder should have been or the black stuff on the bathroom floor I don't know if it was mold or just nastiness the heater was missing the cover and making snapping or sparking noises my roommate moved his bed away from it afraid it may catch fire

Can I say that this place is a $#!t hole. For 50 bucks I shouldn't have expected much but everything was broke. The towel rack was on the back of the toilet, there were feces stains on the wall by the toilet, the fresh towel (sandpaper) holder was falling off the wall etc. The tv worked and I had hot water, dont think I got bed bugs, check back tomorrow.

The front desk attendants were fast and very polite with me through the check in process! The room smelled like pine Sol and it was very clean! The bed was very difficult to leave haha! If I come back to west texas, I'm definitely staying here again!

Not a 5star for sure. The price for the rooms will tell you that. The rooms though are adequate. The entire staff that work there are super friendly. Very helpful with any problems. 5 star's for the employees

The staff is rude, the rooms are nasty. I asked for the corporate number they wouldn't give me the number. I called the front desk and asked for housekeeping to come clean the room and change the bed, housekeeping told me that I have to realize that all the covers have stains on them. If you do not have to stay at the West Texas inn don't. West Texas inn is full of drugs and drug dealers.

Wish I could leave a negative 5 star just stay for front desk rudeness. Website States pet friendly. Signs inside say not allowed on property or in rooms. Mention the website and showing their page brings about an even worse disposition, told " the internet dont mean a damn thing and we don't have to change sh*t, so you and your dog can get off the property, go sit at a truck stop or find somewhere else down the road". Wave of hand turning away to let you know you're dismissed, and you suddenly would rather spend 200 a night at laquinta than ever contribute to keeping this place open. It may have been a motel 6 once upon a time, but this place won't leave the light on for you, the parking is atrocious just trying to enter or exit, and if the outside or the lobby is any indication of the room conditions,the jackass at the window probably did me and my dogs a favor by not letting us be infected by something. Do yourself a favor- spend the extra money for a decent place. And to think I'm a Marine so guys like that can treat people like they're nothing at a place I should never have wasted the gas fumes to encounter.

Its a reasonable price BUT THE floors ARE NASTY. I have had to mop the floors every time I stay there also do not ask for them to reset the internet, the desk clerk that was working that night told me he was having sex with his wife and he didn't care about my problem with the internet and never did get it fixed that night and then lied about it to the other guy the next day saying he didn't say that. I wonder a lot of things about that man. Does he talk to children lile that? Both men are very rude, crude, there are obnoxious they told me things that I would not dare repeat here or anybody. Secondly I had an accident there, I sat on down one of their benches and the legs broke which landed me on my back. I told him that wasn't hurting quite that bad that day but the next day let me tell you what it hurts like hell they ran me out of there telling me they're going to call the cops on me I mean that's that's damn rude and I'll tell you what I don't recommend anybody stay there it's nasty, they don't always change the sheets right there the very crude and I don't like them at all and I think they need to be put out of business quite frankly. Not one time did they ask me if I was okay from falling off that bench all I wanted to know was if they would help me with my doctor bill that guy lit into me like I was his enemy, I will not ever ever be treated like that again especially when I paid to stay there and I clean my own room.

Horrible place. They don't change the sheets, dont sweep or mop the floors, showers dont get clean. Have old worn out towels. The housekeepers are rude and lazy. Trash all over the property. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Toilet was clogged.Neighbors were noisy! TV worked at night but not in morning. Said no signal. Beds were ok. Room cheap. Guess you get what you pay for.

More like half a star, this place is a sorry excuse for a motel. Housekeepers are worked way t�o hard so that they barley can clean your rooms.before they have to move on to the next one

This is the bench that when I sat on it the leg cracked and slammed me to the ground. Whe I told the clerk about it, he didn't ask if I was okay or anything. I told him I left it laying there so no one else would get hurt. BY LAW, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO FILL A INCIDENT REPORT, yet nothing was and I AM STILL IN TERRIBLE PAIN. I would appreciate if THE OWNERS WOULD ACKNOWLEDGE me here...I am waiting on a lawyer to cobtact me back. So, if you would like to talk about this, reply here. Oh, and I hope you have dismissed the two jerks that are so rude and obnoxious. I wouldn't dare take my kids there. I don't know how they got the job, but please do your business a favor and reevaluate them if they are there. Hope to hear from you soon. By the way October 24th is the day this happened. They cussed me out for trying to get a manager to speak to about it and told me I couldn't come back after we had spent 3 months coming here. I was not any way, but you lost a few repeat customers that day.

Big spring faced a HORRIBLE fire today the owner refused to let locals rent a room!! He said he was the owner and it was up to him to let ppl stay or not. Hes chosen NOT to let locals rent rooms! Ppl are searching for a place to rest their heads after horrible fires and this man is turning ppl away! Do not give this man your business!!!

The Worst and creepy. I think there are hidden camera's in some of the rooms or at least the one we were in and it was in the smoke alarm that was not on the ceiling right and there was no wifi but there was internet. And the night mgr. was nasty talking to my friend about screwing his wife, well he is not married at all. Don't stay here, run fast.

If u want a horrible experience from ck in 2 ck out stay here for 39.99 .No water pressure lastly after shower where house shoes r ur feet will be tar black disgusting if there was a zero rating I'll give 2 zeros pissed. MGMT lies to patrons!!!.

We stayed in your place last night and I have to say it was really dirty the sheets and towels were stained,the shower curtain had mold all around the bottom, the person whoever that may be did not clean the room the mirror were all dirty the night stand did not get wiped down the floors were filthy dirty it smelled liked someone just poured cleaning stuff down to make it smell clean I have stayed in some pretty rough motels but yours had to be the dirtiest need to higher a new cleaning crew or get some better standards.

Everyone was awesome. The water took forever to warm up, but eventually it did. Just had to wait a really long time. Other then that, I say i would stay again.

Cheapest hotel in big springs. Not to expect much but it is a ok stay if you are working in the area. Laundry available. No pool. Vending machines.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The motel is an old motel 6 but not updated. It was fine for a short visit.

Room was a little small, but clean. Great for the price and had a restaurant that delivers to the hotel. Very good food!
