They were able to get us a rental for a week. The vehicle was very nice and we had no problems with it. The office staff is very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I broke down on a Sunday. I had to get a get my truck towed home. VIP auto rentals opened on a Sunday, and I was able to get a vehicle. Great customer service.

I can not say enough about how amazing VIP made my car rental experience, so easy, polite, professional, such a cute and clean newer model car. I will not go back to a bigger rental place again. They will always have my business!!

Make sure you read the fine print in the contract! They will NOT inform you that if you exceed your daily mileage limit, the price is 150% more, post pay verses pre pay. We rented a compact Kia Soul & put 2700 miles on it in one week & it cost us over a thousand dollars. Be very careful with your mileage. We tried to give our business to a family owned company & quickly realized we should have stayed with Enterprise or Avis who gives you unlimited miles & THEY PICK YOU UP FOR FREE!!! These people won't even do that after over a $1000 charge for the week.

Everything was good until I dropped off the car, the prices were high but it was much close than any other alternative. I read over the penalties in the contract and they were a little scary so I was careful with the car and the condition it was returned in.I called to let him know that I would be turning it in at 5pm , (finding a second driver was challenging) I wouldn't recommend returning a vehicle at closing time because he was completely different from when I picked it up.He went to get the mileage and locked it up after, he came back in and informed me that I smoked and had a pet in the car which is ridiculous. There was no pet in the car while I had it and I don't smoke. I though he was trying to charge me up but he didn't so I'm not sure what his goal was but I didn't like being accused. I can't recommend using them though.

VIP Rentals are my heros today! Their customer service is absolutely amazing!! They had a vehicle available for today and were able to accommodate all my needs. Their prices are way more affordable than any of the other rental places!! (Yes this is true facts! I called them all!!) Thanks VIP for taking care of me!!

They were there when I really needed them. I had called another car rental agency to come pick me up because my truck was broke down it was about to storm outside and they refused. So I called up VIP spoke with the lady there she not only came and got me through a torrential storm they re really good very polite nice people I was a little bit spend he but I got to see my daughter on her 16th birthday was a very important day to me and these people really came through. So if you need somebody to go the extra mile go with VIP

Incredible customer service! Our van broke down just outside of Colorado City and we had three little ones with us. The nearest rental was VIP Auto Rentals in Big Springs. They were willing to drive all the way over and back to get our family a van, so we could continue the trip and made themselves available after hours on the return. Their service was a silver lining for sure!

Stranded in Coahoma, Texas, when our car broke down, and ostensibly abandoned by AAA, we were able to get to Big Spring with the help of a stranger. There we approached VIP Auto Rentals to get some kind of transportation while we tried to solve our car problem. Happily, that experience was a positive one. We haven t had to rent a car in years, and Eric made sure we got exactly what we needed, including some valuable information on how we might get some assistance for our stranded vehicle. He was friendly, professional, and upbeat from start to finish. Thank you VIP and thank you Eric!

Awesome people who work there. They helped to work with us on a rental vehicle within our budget. They were very profession, the vehicles were very clean and well taken care of. If I was ever stranded in the area again, due to a collision, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent! This - is- the place to rent a car or get a rental through insurance! The ladies in the office are not only super sweet and kind, they have taken such excellent care of me and my family that I will go back for my rental needs before even thinking of looking at other services. When I had problems getting my insurance to pony up and didn't know what to do they took charge and got it fixed in a few minutes versus my fighting for days to even get to talk to someone! Thank you so much! Ya'll derseve 10 stars just for customer service!

Online it says the have compact cars for rent but every time I call and ask about them they only have suv or mini vans. They need to update online what they have on the lot. Would not recommend

Staff was very rude. Explained their policy but could have been a bit more professional about it. They were asking personal questions as to why we needed to make the trip we needed to & why we couldn t take the vehicle we already had. The girls were very rude about it. It took every part of me not to cuss them out. Like seriously If we could take the vehicle we have we wouldn t have visited them. They tried to make us look like idiots when they were the ones making fools of themselves. Very inconsiderate. Smh

Tremendous !(My insurance has a contract with Enterprise - (No Enterprise within > 50 miles. Insurance finally allowed me to rent from VIP, but I had to pay upfront, then file and they'd reimburse me)WITHOUT ME ASKING, they contacted insurance (USAA) and arranged for directly billing insurance company - fantastic customer service. Refunded my initial payment promptly.
