After experiencing the horrible customer service at Madrona's oil change, I went to Valvoline. I hadn't even put my car in park and a technician was already at my window directing me to a bay. I was in and out so fast I couldn't even keep pace with them. Another young lady socialized with the waiting customers in the waiting room and the whole experience was absolutely amazing for such a young crew. Every employee acknowledged the customer and was very pleasant. Service was excellent and fast. I highly recommend Valvoline on 4th in Big Spring Texas. Great job! You put the seasoned adults at Madrano's to shame!

I love bringing our vehicles here to be serviced for oil changes. It's really nice to be able to just drive in the bay, sit in your car, and let them service it. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They always do a great job.

I have been getting my car serviced at this Valvoline oil change in Big Spring for several years and they're always so very friendly and fast they're so happy to do courtesy oil in fluid checks in between your oil changes thank you everyone at valvoline!!

What my vehicle needed wasn't possible here(only because I didn't know if it could be done)but the employees were super nice, and watching them work I noticed how fast they are but at the same time very thorough. A must go to for anyone who might be wondering.

We visited the store in Big Springs TX today. We had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the crew! Zach and Wesley really stood out as leaders. They changed our oil and replaced our air filter and cabin filter plus our new halogens. We bought the products from Napa and they put them on for free! We were just passing through to go to Phoenix we highly recommend them!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Will took my call and was nice then Austin was topside and Zachary was bottom side. They were nice helpful and very understanding. I gave em hell.. Lol nah not really but they were helpful and gave me a good price with my coupon. The hour wait was totally worth it. Thanks guys. Y'all did great.

Service was very amateur. After I left I could here a loud rattling sound coming from underneath my truck. They either forgot a bolt on skid plate or they didn't tighten the bolt and it was lost! Definitely Won't be back to that location!

Gilbert is so amazing! He helped my family fix a problem with the vehicle when we were on a road trip. He discovered that our engine air filter tube was unsecure and he fixed it. Gilbert even aired up our tires and gave us drinks and electrolyte popsicle. Gilbert is so kind and a great representative for the Valvoline brand! Thank you Gilbert! God bless you!

One of the most expensive and worst oil changes I've ever had. Not only did they charge me a $140 for something that should cost $60. but they also did not do everything they said they were supposed to do that comes with the oil change as in check all of the fluids.Manager did not seem to care when I called.. I will never go back and I would strongly suggest anyone find anywhere else to go

100% professional mechanics on duty who know exactly what they're doing. They were fast and friendly and inspected our car from bumper to bumper to assure that our car was 100% safe for the American road. I recommend Big Spring Valvoline for everyone with a car to come here!!!

Oil change was quick staff was really good about telling you what happing, but the young man who closed the hood didn't get it latched. Thank goodness for the safety latch.

Great service especially after being told by another place I couldn't have my oil changed because I had an oil leak but I don't I just have a power steering leak so they checked didn't find anything and finally got my oil changed thanks guysService: Oil changeService: Oil change
