This is the most unprofessional hospitable behaviors in the history of customer service and image. Staff behavior is like no one wishes to work. You bring your truck in for service and the worst attitude comes out, giving you an uncomfortable reception which is enough reason to leave and yet you pay for your service and in return a hostile behaviors. They need to be trained or certain people kept away from customers. This is our TA. Most of us have been using TA before they were employed. I am so disappointed .

Not sure on today's food and what they serving us but as I ate my chicken and tossed most of it to the birds I noticed this worker seem to be going the extra mile, just don't see them like this anymore, sure most workers would say they don't pay enough to do landscaping on top of regular duties

Open the damn restaurant back up. Fast food isn't a suitable replacement for it. Most truck driver prefer a sit down restaurant over fast food slop.

Showed up at Popeyes at 9:30 they are supposed to be open till 10:00 was told they whete already closed. Needs new management. Only thing good is big parking lot

11:45 AM Popeye not open no hotdogs on the rollers. I don't like subway so I left without anything to eat. I'll never stop in there again

Stayed here a couple days. Most things were on the priceir side, but atleast the bathrooms were clean and there is plenty of parkingthe clerk with the mustache is funny

Workers spitting at me when I walked in. The fuel aisle is not working properly, on pump 5! Popeyes refused to accept my ultra one rewards points! Elizabeth the heavy fat white woman with glasses at Popeyes lied and said they don't accept the points here! Plus the kiosk is not working and there are too many people just standing around for this to be the case! I knew i didn't like this location and should have trusted my gut instincts! Never again though, and when they ask me about my visit on the kiosk survey, yall will here about this again! People out here homeless and jobless with nothing to eat and this is how you people constantly behave? Makes no sense! SMH!

Buffet esp the chicken and desert was fantastic. Rest of this TA was standard for a good truck stop.Second visit was even better. Management on top of things

Adequate for overnight in an RV. Fairly level parking spots.Can be tricky getting in and out of fuel island.No free open WiFi. Not much for RV services.

Plenty of food options available. Highchairs, ATM and Pool tables in the game room. The downstairs restrooms need a serious update. No toilet seat dispenser covers in any of the stalls. Showers are good and clean.

The showers are broken but no one informed us. Used points to purchase shower as the young clerk watched. Still no indicator shower broken. 4 people ahead of us waiting. We had to ask and the little girl who had been aware we were waiting informed us shower broken. She has no pride in her job or your store. Your reviews speak loudly. Maybe BP will shape TA up

If theres one truck stop in texas thats so gross has to be here TA (big spring). I would suggest wearing gloves if u have to fuel here.

This TA was the worst experience I've had. 7 and a half hrs to get a flat fixed. 2 employees refusing to do service call to replace a blown tire 1.5 miles from shop rather go home than work. I only put a star cause it ask for a rating. Would give them half a star.

One of the options for a quick bathroom/snack break at the I20/Lamesa Hwy exit. An older truck stop that isn't overly clean but not dirty either. Selection is ok.

Nice place to stop and go to the bathroom, eat, and buy gifts or souvenirs. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed.

Both subway and popeyes is good . More of the showers . Walked in smells like mold. Bad. Shower barely has any water coming out. Toilet want clean nor floor . Very very bad "F for presentation"(american wedding if you know you know). Oh and the walls from the shower still had hair on them . . Sad.

Easy to access, clean restrooms, open 24 hours.I stopped here for the first time recently. We were traveling late at night at this location was on our route. We stopped in to buy some sodas, use the restrooms and stretch the legs.Employees were actively cleaning the location while we were there. Store was fairly organized and clean. The store isn't nearly as big as some of the other truck stops.

It's very hot and a bad mildew smell in the whole store. Nice showers but a little smell. Kiosk down!!

Plenty of space. Dirt lot adds extra spots to park. 3 stars for that only. Popeyes and subway. Less food options at store. Very polite service guys at mechanic shop. Shout out to Brandon: The mechanic. Very quick and efficient guy.Grill always empty. Showers clean but low water pressure. Overall an at par truck stop.

The girl in the store is disgusting, rude and not have the costumer service skill necessary to deal with costumers. I don t comeback to fill up any gallon in my Semi-Truck never. They need to hire people with the necessary consumer services skills. The girl that deal with the truck pumps is nice, the other in the store, please good save us for her.

They diagnosed an air dryer charged $1485.00 and that was not the problem it was an air valve relay do not trust John he sounds good but did a poor diagnosis

I am a first time truck traveling passenger. My husband is a truck driver, I chose to go on the road with him, and by far a wonderful place to stop. It may need a little updating maybe but OMG the showers were heavenly. Sonia, the lady who cleans them at night was so nice and she was quick to get it ready for us. I appreciate her immensely since I really needed a shower and she was wonderful enough to provide one. The cashier was so nice she helped us figure out how to request a shower, well everyone was nice. Thank you TA for a wonderful experience even enjoyed the Popeye's there.

Do not go for breakfast and do not get the buffet. We finally got coffee after we finished eating, then the cream came as we were leaving. Service was the worst I've experienced in my life. $32+ for two breakfast buffets . The fresh fruit was either over ripe or green. Don't do it, you have been warned.

I am giving the TA only four stars because while the service is good in the store and the staff is nice the country pride restaurant does not serve decent food. I have ate there twice and the food has been awful and paired with their outrageous price for food it really leaves a bitter taste in your mouth all the way around. I had some pulled pork last night and when I began to chew it, it was hard and crunchy! Yuck! So you have been warned should you decide to brave it...

The truck parking was very hectic, and dangerous. FedEx doubles was the main problem. Parking where there not supposed to park. Trucks were unable to get by them. Switching trailers anywhere they wanted.Restaurant was crowded but waitresses were great. Food however was not good. Food not thoroughly cooked(fried potatoes).I WILL NOT BE BACK
