Ray and the team at Franklin and Son always knock it out of the park. They got my truck fixed up with some awesome tires and my wife s Expedition they put some shocks on there. They always work with me and make sure I get what I want. Great customer service and very friendly folks. Love dealing with them!

Top notch group here. Had to drop off a tire for a co worker and this was my first time. They treated me as if I had been going there for years and the prices were much better than others

Very perfectly done, love the work they did l, I never talk to no one in person till I paid for the service they did, yet they got it all done perfectly I dropped it off at 6:15 am they started on it at 8 or 9 am and was done by lunch great job guys would definitely recommend!!!

Sold me 6 year old tires as new, one was filled to over 70psi (regular is 35 for my car) so I had to turn around immediately when I noticed to get it fixed. Later it of course started to go flat and was irreparable since it was a damaged sidewall. Blamed the issue on the place I went to get it patched at (which I learned was impossible to do and had to buy yet another *actually* new tire), even though I obviously wouldn t have gone there if it wasn t already damaged.

I love this place! The people, the environment, everything! Me and my 16 month old went there and got my tire fixed and of course she just ran around singing and playing and everyone was so sweet to my baby. I ve been going to this place since 2013 100% recommend

Very helpful staff. They were able to work me in quickly in the line since I had a valve stem repair! Highly recommend compared to all competition.

They are very friendly and professional. They keep them waiting room comfortable. Cool, comfy chairs, coffee machine, TV and candy for the kids. The chairs are spaced out but I'm a half circle was able to catch up with others and meet me people while waiting. They were able to fix my friend tire which was great because she took it elsewhere and was told her side wall was damaged. They found a decent size nail and also told her she has very good tires. The tread was great and they didn't see any damage in any of her tires side walls. They looked over all 4 tires but just the one with the nail in it.

While on a long road trip we pulled into Big Spring with a flat and two people recommended this shop. Excellent quick honest service! Ray and his crew noted the tire was not repairable and I could see that. My size tire wasn't available so we needed to drive to Abilene. Ray made a safety suggestion of moving the donut spare to the back instead of front wheel. I really appreciated such service with integrity! Wonderful. Thank you all and God bless you! We highly recommend this place. We were on our way to Dallas and needed a bit of help with our van so decided to go with Franklin & Son (can t beat a name like that) & we re so glad we did!!! They were so kind and prompt to help us. Professional, caring, & quality service from good hearted people!

The absolute BEST! We got a flat in Big Bend National Park and called 3 different Firestone tire businesses in Big Spring and Midland, because our next stop was Big Spring, TX. Franklin & Son was the only business that could get the right tire in time. They did so, then called us and notified when they had it. We pulled in on a Friday about 2:35PM and were out of there within a half hour. AND they put the spare back up under the the truck again! They did this work outside of the bays so we didn't have to unhook from our camper. SO fast, professional, and just all around outstanding!!! LOVE businesses like this one...

Very professional and polite. I got off work at 5 o clock noticed my tire only had 6 pounds went to Franklin and Son about 5:20 pm ask him if they could change my tire very nice polite people did it in a jippy he had it done in 10 minutes or less I would recommending them to anyone. Thanks Franklin and Sons you guys are 100% awesome.!

Went in the morning during a rush and they fitted me in quickly. Had a screw causing a slow leak that was driving me nuts. $20 and I was good to go. Also, the staff were very friendly and they sell other stuff like smokers inside the store.

My backhoe's rear tire separated from the rim. Called at 9:00 am for an on-site repair. They said they would get someone out as soon as a tech was available. They were on-site by 10:15 and had the repair complete in 30 minutes. Prompt and courteous service by the tech. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!!!!! And inexpensive too !!!!

Had me in and out in less than 45 minutes for an alignment.very happy with the improvement on driving capability. I ve never left a review on anything but I definitely had to leave one for the service I received this morning. 100% recommend

We had a problem with our car's brakes while traveling across Texas. We saw the good reviews and decided to stop at Franklin & Sons for help with our brakes. They were ever so kind despite that fact that it was late in the day the day before Christmas Eve. They check things out for us and got us back on our way quickly. We are so thankful that they were there to help us out.

When Walmart offered a 4 hr wait, and local dealers didn t have my tire in stock, Franklin and Son saved my day! Not only did they have my tire in stock and get me in and out in less than 45 minutes, but they were professional, courteous, and had water, coffee and cell phone charging stations in their lobby, all free to customers. This business takes pride in customer service and will earn repeat business by making you feel important and that they truly want you there. If I m here when I need tires again, I ll come to Franklin and Son FIRST! Thanks for the help today!

Fred was as usual a fantastic person to deal with. We are getting our tires with his expertise on Wednesday.But the lady at the front counter (blond lady) was rude, snarky and abrupt. Understand they deal with a lot of people, but there is no reason to make a customer feel like a business doesnt really need their business. Our daughter was in there several times to try to get tires. She filled out the necessary information. She was approved and then filled out information for me as well. Just so I would have an account "when" I was ready to get tires myself.In the four times we have already had to deal with her. It has not been a pleasant experience. Once I am ready to get tires I will go to Another city to get my tires. But like I iterated Fred is a gem.

We were driving thru Big Springs on our way south and received a notification that one of our tires was losing pressure. From the service staff to the technician, the customer service was first rate. We had our tire repair and we were back on the road in about 20 minutes. Thanks again from a couple of grateful Canadians.

Literally the best tire buying experience that I've ever had. They've been able to get both of my trucks looking, riding and handling like I want for less money than anyone around. Excellent customer and an extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. I'll be back.

My boyfriend and I were on a road trip from Oklahoma to Marfa and unfortunately experienced a truck lose a bunch of stuff from its truck leaving us with 2 flat tires. Franklins was so nice and helpful to us! They were so understanding and got us in and out in 30 mins! We might not live around here but I d recommend them to anyone in the area or passing through!

Your one stop shop!!! The knowledgeable staff helped me pick the perfect wheels and tires for my truck. The tire techs mounted my new wheels and tires with extreme care!! They also recommended an alignment as to not ware my new tires unevenly, the alignment made the truck drive like new again.Whether it s an oil change, new tires or routine maintenance there the best.

I went in just to get one wheel balanced and put back on, not hard right? Well the gentleman that did my wheel decided it wasn't necessary to make sure my wheel was properly torqued (I just bought new lug studs, and nuts so this upset me quite a bit), he just throws the wheel back on and barely runs them down with an impact, and he didn't even follow the star patter after that he slammed the jack down. I went and checked my lug nuts and 2 we're loose enough to turn by hand would not recommend this place for any wheel work.

I went there to have my tires rotated. They forgot to put one of my valve stem caps back on. They left another cap loose, and put too much air in my tires. I shouldn't have to go back and fix what they were paid to do. One of the ladies at the front desk was also not in the mood to be there. So I probably won't be back.

Best place ever! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend this place to anyone needing tires. Had 2 tires put on my dually, had a leak and they took care of it no charge. Best place in Big Spring!!! 6 STARS!

I highly recommend Franklin and son for their elite customer care service and top of the line quality product. Not so sure what you are looking for? No problem Sir or Ma am they go the extra mile to assure you walked out of the store with intent to come back I know I am!!!
