Quick on receiving my payment, slow as turtles on service, I'm sure I got skipped twice maybe (3) times, I'm definitely not surprised considering the people that work at the front desk. terrible terrible services, hell I was better off calling roadside services, I just came in to get a tire put on (1) tire not (6) just (1) damn tire. 3hours of waiting for (1) tire, I guess I'm not blond hair blue eyes and most definitely glad im not...

I bought a tire for my dolly at discount tire. I had to come here to have it balanced. I was in and out in 10.minutes no charge. Thank you for the great service.

Bought tires at Discount and didn't reset the sensor when they put the wheels and tires on and didn't put the proper amount of air in them.

Great customer service! I highly recommend going to Don's. I had a flat tire thinking I was going to need it replaced. It was only the valve that needed to be fixed. If you're looking for a place that you can trust and has integrity, go to these people. Thank you guys, have a Merry Christmas.

I was traveling from NC to AZ.Stopped at the Pilot truck stop to rest and discovered three of the four tires on my trailer were leaking from the valve stems.I'm a retired tire store owner. I knew what the problem was. I knew what it would take to fix it.I was prepared for up to $15/tire labor. And up to $5/tire for the parts. With taxes I was prepared for up to $100. I was also prepared for it to be twice that, what could I do but pay it.I was pleasantly surprised when the total bill was less than 1/2 my initial guess.These guys were very friendly and very professional. Don't hesitate to use them if you find yourself in need.Thanks for the awesome and honest service.

Don s Tire Service has great customer service! Leaving Lubbock and on our way home and had a flat tire .. pulled into Don s Tire Service - they were able to assess the situation and get us back on the road! Thank you!

Don s Tire Service, is a one stop stop you just have to ask about what you need. I needed someone to install a curt flex air king pin box on my 44ft fifth wheel because it was over 200lbs. They had me ship it once I ordered it and they had it put on in no time. Very knowledgeable Crew.

Got a tire fixed before work, on the way to my job I had apparently ran over something in the road and heard air leaking when I arrived they were amazing and came to fix it! Highly recommend!

Blew one of our 5th wheel tires on the highway. Had somebody out to us in less than 45 minutes. The guy was so nice we followed him back 15 minutes out of our way for him to change the other 3 since they were questionable too! Super good humans!

My wife was traveling on I-20 close to Big Spring, TX. She got a tire pressure notification and called me. My Google search found Don's Tire Service. I gave her the address. She called when she left and said the people were extremely nice and helpful. Facility was also nice. They helped her immediately. Removed and checked the "low pressure" tire and did not find an issue. Checked the other tires also. Set all tires to the recommended pressure. WOULD NOT BILL HER......NO CHARGE. How nice of them. Thank you.

Had a blow out on our 5th wheel camper, called for road side service on a Saturday and they were there in 20 minutes with a replacement. The service guy also noticed 2 more tires about to fail so we followed him back to the shop and he fixed it up so fast!! No fuss, all business and friendly. Prices are reasonable but the service we received was top notch

BEST Place in town for EVERYTHING..... NOT JUST TIRES !!! Very reasonably priced with EXCELLENT Quality Service and Repairs. They're NOT just in business for the money, like EVERYONE else in town. The Entire Staff is friendly, personable, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I won't bring my car ANYWHERE else !!!

Impeccable service. My mom recently had a trailer tire fixed by Don s; they did an excellent job & came all the way out to replace a lug nut. My mom then went to pay her bill & inquired about a lug nut missing from the tire on her personal vehicle. They replaced it for free on the spot! Wonderful people & business.

Had a wonky tire on the 30' travel trailer. These guys were great! Took it in, replaced all 4 (I figured why risk it), good price, fast, friendly service. I appreciated Don's Tire Service.

I was in a car accident and was towed here. They helped me out and were able to make my car drivable so I could get home to Lubbock. It probably wasnt a lot if work they did, but they did it free of charge. They really helped me out and were so gracious and kind on a day when I really needed it. Great ppl through and through

We called from the road for help with our rv. Tony was very helpful. The shop was nice and easy to get to. They had us back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend them! Thanks so much all the guys at Don's!

176$ for a 17in tire. And that's not mounted. Oh, and they do not sell used tires or affordable ones. Just saying. Really with the $176 quote , not including mounting , balancing or the lube in which you're completely and happily rogering me with. I declined said rogering and found a chain store starts with a W. 89$ out the door with road hazard and the bells and whistles. Don't judge me!! Times are tough.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, good prices = a new set of tires, when I just went to get a flat repaired. Good job guys! They even gave me a ride to get something to eat while I waited.

These guys are awesome. They will take care of you. I came in and needed a spare put on my 40' gooseneck trailer and they refused to let me pay for the labor. Awesome people!

Had a big rig trailer tire blowout and so I drove it to Don's Tire. I had a spare that I told them to mount. The wait was not that long. I should have asked how much a tire mount cost. When they told me $60 for the tire mount, I could not believe it! My tire shop in fort worth only charges $20. Don's Tire charged me triple of what the normal tire shops charge!Don't over charge owner operators or this what happens...bad review for business!

I Called to get a Price for an Alignment and he asks me What I Drive? I Asked what that had to do with anything because it's the Same Procedure for Any Vehicle? He then Got Very Defensive and Said Well What if Your Driving A Semi? What? Really? Are these the Guys you Call For That? I Think they Only Ask so they can Charge You Based on What You Drive! BEWARE!
