We had a hitch failure along I-20 on a Sunday and Casey s was the closest RV repair shop. Had my trailer towed not knowing what to expect on Monday when they opened.Right away at 8:30am, all the staff was really friendly and helpful. They tried to see if the damaged jack could be repaired instead of automatically trying to sell me a new one. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was road ready and got us back on the road in an hour. I don t think a larger RV shop would have been as accommodating. While they were doing the repairs, my kids enjoyed the very comfortable (and warm!) waiting area.Casey s Campers saved our Christmas!

The flat rate of 20 dollars to fill a small propane tank is actually higher than the exchange price at Walmart. $3 p/g is the average price at fill stations. Most 5 gallon tanks only take 4 gallons. Total price should be $12 not $20.

Life savers! We were driving from Tucson AZ to Va with a heavy 16 trailer. I was restricted to driving 55 mph due to the trailer being unstable and big trucks causing me to swerve a lot. I found their store through Google and called. They staff was able to instantly describe what they could do to fix it and told me to come in. 5 hours later, we got to the place and they immediately started installing a sway and leveling hitch. It works perfect and lets me keep with the big trucks rather than being overrun. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about their product. Even the pricing was on par with other RV sales. Thanks again!

I had brought my truck there to have my camper shell brake light hooked up. It took them a while to finish the job but I was pleased with what they'd done. A bit pricey but who isn't these days. There was an issue with payment but they were willing to work with me. I would recommend Casey's Campers

The second-rate customer no-service at this location merits less than a star. I purchased an item with the clear understanding I could return it in a couple of days, as long as I didn t keep it for a month and leave it unopened, per the verbal assurance of the store rep. Because I became very ill I was unable to return the item sooner than I would have liked; it remained in my car unopened for two weeks. I purposely avoided public places because I was very ill. Be that as it may, Upon arriving at the store with the product and receipt in hand, a return was refused by the store rep. Instead of accommodating her customer, the store rep rudely argued with her customer. Instead of going the extra mile for her customer, the store rep shamelessly told me that I should have called her about not being able to go sooner to the store. I guess I needed to let her know I was very ill. Instead of meeting her customer halfway by offering in-store credit or such, the store rep grossly told me to go sell the product to my neighbor. Instead of giving her customer at least one reason to return in the future, the store rep foolishly remained unreasonable. I am appalled, disgusted, and grieved at the lack of basic customer service. Where is the pride in serving the people providence allows to walk through your doors of service? That the store owner only sees her customers as another transaction became undoubtedly clear yesterday. Actions speak louder than words. Such business owners are unworthy of the business they ve been allowed to have. I rest assured this has not gone unnoticed.

We needed to fill our propane tank in the motorhome while our tow car was attached. They have a nice big parking lot that we could get turned around in without unhooking the car. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will use them for propane refills in the future!

If there were a TEN star rating, I would choose TEN! At the beginning of our summer RV trip, we had a trailer tire blow out and shred the 12 volt wiring for our refrigerator. Casey's came to our overnight campsite and repaired the problem in less than an hour -- and we were on our way! On our return trip through Big Spring, our air-conditioning was short-cycling (it was 103 degrees)! Once again, Casey's came to the rescue and determined that there was nothing wrong with the AC (other than it might not have been getting adequate amperage from the RV park). Sure enough -- they were right; when we plugged in at a KOA the next day, the AC worked fine! An unscrupulous RV technician would have replaced the air conditioner, and I would have spent money on unnecessary repairs. It is not every day you find an RV technician who is highly experienced, willing to share information and insights, and (most importantly) HONEST! We were very fortunate to find Casey's Campers this summer.

We had a tire with low tread. We experienced quick, expert service! They inspected our trailer axle and found no issues and replaced the tire in under an hour. They also had lots of accessories in stock. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with the brakes on my Gooseneck. I called first and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. These people know their stuff and made short work of identifying and repairing the problem. Great experience!

Great people and great customer service. I had an issue with an item I had just purchased. When I brought it back, the lady went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue to do business with them!

I cannot recommend their repair facilities. I put my coach in their shop for a warranty a/c replacement and they didn't swap the heat strip over to the new unit. When questioned they claimed I didn't have one in the broke unit and they claimed the broke unit was a heat pump so it didn't have one.I called the mfg direct and verified the S/N and model #s from my records. The factory confirmed I was correct and it was a straight cool unit that came off so this means their tech doesn't know what he's looking at. For some reason they decided to keep my heat strip. ( probably just to lazy to swap it )Update: I subsequently ordered a new strip for the unit from another supplier and headed up on top for the install. While inspecting the roof of the RV I see black skid marks on the roof by the new unit. A closer inspection reveals gouges in the rubber roof where they obviously dragged the new unit into position.Half star for these clowns.....

We recently worked with Casey's Campers on three transactions (new screens, tow/hitching purchase and installation, and a few other purchases) for our RV. If we had to rate the service and staff - we'd give a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. The staff and team at Casey's are knowledgeable and incredibly customer oriented. They assisted us from start to finish with securing a tow hitch for our RV / Car and delivered in less time than initially quoted and under budget. I would recommend Casey's Camper and their entire team for any and all of your RV needs if you are traveling in or through the West Texas Region. We enjoyed every encounter with the team - a true family environment. All the Best, Brandi J. Waits & Joe Oglethorpe

Person who does their inspections passed away and they didn t bother to call us and us know. So, I get my family of 5 (including a 1 and 3 year old) up at 6 am on a Saturday to be in big spring when they opened, from midland, for them to tell us they can t do what our appointment was for. Now we have to rush back with our trailer attached to make our kids birthday party and have to contact and make a new appointment in odessa to have our inspection done. 100% disappointed with their customer service and organization!

One of the few places that actually has parts in stock. Need a squirrel cage and they had it on the shelf. Great customer service too.

Beware when using this place for repairs. My friend's camper was brought in for repairs to their landing gear. The weld failed. I showed a picture of the weld to a professional welder and he said his child can weld better than that. If this weld had failed while he was hitching up it could have taken out his truck bed or even worse. He called them about it and he said to bring it back in, we are several thousand miles away and why would we want to if the weld was so poorly done in the first place? When he was challenged he said he'd let his guys know to do better work. This is unacceptable and will be placed on every RV forum I can think of with pictures.

BEWARE IF YOU NEED TRAVEL TRAILER REPAIRS IN BIG SPRING, TEXASThese people are crooks and my advice is, if you need travel trailer repairs done go anywhere except to Casey's Campers in Big Spring, TX.We took our trailer to Casey's Campers to have numerous things fixed but specifically to have a new black water tank installed and what we got was a "repair" of the crack that was in the one that was in our trailer even though we were specific that it had already been repaired once and didn't work and that we wanted a new tank. They tried to charge us $425.00 for hour labor to repair a light switch. When I challenged Mr. Casey about this charge he did give me a refund. The "repair" to the black water tank didn't work and neither did several other things that we asked them to do. When we took the trailer back to have them fix all the stuff again they were rude and charged us again to fix it and further the charges were higher the second time than they were the first time. When we got the trailer back the second time we no longer had a slow leak from the black water tank we had a major gushing leak, we had to take the trailer somewhere else and have the entire black water plumbing system replaced. And further the rubber roof on our trailer got so badly damaged while at Caseys Campers that it had to be replaced, to repair the damage that they did cost us $8000.00 and that was in addition to the nearly $3000.00 that Casey's Campers charged us.

Poor workmanship can not even match paint, would not recommend getting your RV repaired at Casey's campers , they will not do the work they send in to the insurance. Supposed to replace all paniles with new, but bonding was cheaper. There estimate was 17000.00 and no did about 1700. 00 wearth of work on a Mobile Suites worth a 100000.00 . I would not recommend anyone to get there RV repaired there
