Big Spring Lock Storage is great. My 1st and only storage unit that I have rented with zero regrets. They have affordable prices, professional and courteous staff, clean environment, secure and spacious units. I highly recommend them to anyone. Jennifer is always very polite, cheerful, and kind. I also love the decorative boxes they have available on sale in the office. Everything is very convenient!

My husband and I currently rent a storage from Big Spring Lock and Storage. They have a wonderful manager, Jennifer. She is always so kind, helpful and professional. I love that she will call and remind us of upcoming payment. We are always super busy so it definitely helpful. Thank you, Jennifer for all you do. Keep up the great work!!

Front office staff was always very professional and also kind and understanding! The unit itself was good exactly what you would expect at any storage facility. Had my unit for several months move out process was easy.

We like this storage facility a lot! It's the best one in Big Spring. Has cameras and secure gates and an onsite manager who is the BEST! Ms. Jennifer is great to work with and always so sweet and helpful. We'll keep storing our belongings here for a long time!

For the most part, a storage unit is just a storage unit. For me, as a customer, it's how I'm treated by the staff that sets one storage company above another and this one is at the top! From the first call, through other calls and emails, through check-out, I was always treated as if I were their only customer...such kindness and respect.

I have had much trouble in life as many go through. How satisfying it is to feel my belongings are secure in a clean and well kept facility whose gates are always operational, whose staff is available and eager to meet my needs, and whose prices are not at all offensive to my budget. I love it that insurance and strong locks are available there and with all of this I sleep well at night. Thank you Big Spring Lock Storage

I ve had my storage unit for quite some time now when I first got my storage unit Jennifer was very helpful with the process and still up to this day She is helpful and kind, Jennifer Calls remind me when payments are coming up! I definitely recommend big spring lock and storage!

I'll do more than just stars. I've used these guys for about 6 months or so now and they are so friendly,and willing to help. I am a single mom and they are always so courteous and work with me as much as they can. I would absolutely recommend this place!

My husband and I rented a 10�20 storage unit.Great prices for the units. Also the unit we rented was very clean and so is the property. I do have to say that the staff here is amazing. Jennifer did an amazing job. Very helpful and most importantly very kind. The access hours are good. I highly recommend Big Spring Lock Storage. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Great facility easy to get in and out when needed even if it's late in the evening. Clean storage buildings and very professional staff to handle all your needs . Also has plenty of lights and cameras to protect your storage.

I appreciate the security that is provided on the site as well as Jennifer the property manager, she lives you aheads up on the changes and what your options are so you just don't get a slap in the face when it happens. I highly recommend BSLS

Jennifer was so kind, courteous, professional, and helpful the entire process. On top of that, we went to the wrong gate for our unit and had a very important deadline to meet with our uhaul. Jennifer still helped us after hours when we thought all hope was lost. We cannot thank you guys enough for all your help!
