Wow! Really like my car wash experience here. They had people in the front part of the wash guiding you into the wash while scrubbing and spraying down the vehicle. Your vehicle goes through a long series of scrubbing and spraying on the inside of the car wash. Then, at the end, there are a few people wiping down your car for a nice dry. When you exit, you can then turn to your left and enter the area for a free vacuum self-service to get the inside of your vehicle clean. We were really satisfied with our wash.

Great prices for all from basic to premium car wash. They do a great job and my truck always comes out shining. Best car wash in big spring hands down

Was not sure what to anticipate when I went here. I'm a creature of habit and my old one was closed. I paid about the same and my car was so much cleaner here. I will be going back

Was turned away due to snorkel on truckBasically you can use this place with unmodified bone stock vehicles only.District manager said my vehicle wasn t allowed through wash.

DO NOT DO THERE UNLIMITED WASH DEAL !I have a chest type toolbox mounted in the bed of my pickup and another job box that weighs more than the guy working there, the day I signed up for the UNLIMITED WASH they looked in the bed of my truck felt of the job box and said No problemAfter about two weeks they started wanting me to unload the job boxI ask where there forklift was, they would not let me go through WASH, I asked to cancel the membership and they had just charged me another month and will not refund the money, as you can see from the picture the smaller box is even held in by a cargo divider

You always have that one worker who doesn't want to dry a big truck lol, but they are always so kind. I love the complimentary rags to dust off the inside of your vehicle.

Unless you don t care about your car at all, avoid All American Car Wash. I went on June 16 for a good wash and drove out with my bumper ripped off. The boys at the end of the wash didn t even say anything as i was driving off, then pointed and laughed as my bumper scraped the ground. After TWO weeks of All American avoiding not only myself but my insurance company, I was forced to use my own insurance to get my car repaired. Not only is the manager and employees beyond careless for your car, they ll try to blame YOU for the damage caused by THEIR business. I couldn t even get a refund for the $20 I spent on the car wash!! Avoid this place.

I received an excellent car wash! I only wash my smaller vehicle a few times a year, and the $10 car wash at All American made my car shine! The vacuums are free to use even if you don t get a wash and the parking lot is easy to drive into and leave. The attendant at the kiosk to pay for your wash was very helpful and friendly, and the the two gentlemen that towel-dried the vehicle were awesome! Not a drop on that car; no streaks to be found. And the towel dry is FREE.Will definitely be going back for washing both my vehicles and having a spacious place to vacuum.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Washed the jeep there for the first time at the big springs location and scratched up my jeep can t seem to find the number to get in contact with them

Been through this car wash several times with my 150lb plus cooler with no issues but was turned away today. If you are in the oilfield and have a cooler that never leaves you truck like I do because of the weight do not go there.

Nice wash. This is my second time using them. The pressure is just right and not overwhelming at all. Gives you plenty of soap and contact to the car.I will be back next week!

Went today and did the 25 wash and didn t get any wax or soap just the brushes and water and dry at the end. Their wax and soap doesn t seem to be working at all and it was just pretty much a dry run until the end. They let me go again but it was the same thing. They need to acknowledge that there s a problem and take care of it instead of changing people 25 for something that they should be getting but don t, everywhere there s a light bar in there something should be coming out because I looked up and seen the second time through but the rinse at the end is all you get.

Not a bad little car wash at all, did a great job getting both of my filthy nasty vehicle's back to tip shop shape. I was on a total Karen when I came through but non the less when I thought I vacuumed up an irreplaceable piece of jewelry Zach was willing to dig through the dust bins after work if I did in fact vaccume it up. I found it at home but wanted to say thank you and share my experience. One of the few places in town that cares about customer service.

Clean place smiling faces helpfull with clean towels very good vacuums at no charge .people who complain about there towels are nutts to complain about something free .bring your own geez people. Name anybother car washvthatbeven offer clean micro fiber towels for there customers

I ve been turned away multiple times from this car wash first because my truck was to dirty claiming that there was caked on mud when it was just a layer of dirt hello this is west Texas. The. Later because I have a cell booster antenna that s on a spring for that exact reason of being able to go into car washes

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Cleaned vehicle well. Used the medium wash. Vacuums worked well. Best part is the free use of microfiber towels supplied for free use.

Not worth $25, I had to wipe down the whole vehicle. Never had to do this anywhere else. No tire clean or gloss. Still lots of bugs. Maybe cheaper one might be ok. If you just want a wash.

Need to spend more time with the drying. Most times my truck comes out spotted which means I will bring it in again the next day. That's a benefit of having a monthly plan.

The car wash dented the.roof of my truck. I filed a report with the car wash and no action has been taken. I will have to file a claim with my insurance and hqve them fight for the repairs.
