I took my daughter's car to be detailed as a birthday gift. They did an amazing job!! The inside looked like a brand new car! The outside was beautiful too. Thank you so much for making it worth the money. That is rare these days!

Tried to get an oil change at 1:00pm on Friday December 29th. Attendant told me everyone was at lunch and to come back later. What a joke.

Got oil changed here. Very fast service. No issues encountered during or after service. Can't say same thing about free car wash. Turned vacuum off before I was done with it. Noticed lots of small paint chips afterwards.

The car wash is good, they towel dry your car. However do NOT SECURE your rear windshield wiper. $45 charge to have mine replaced because it broke mine. Called as was told not their responsibility.

SO DISSAPPOINTED!!!!! I've been loyal to this place for 2 years, once in a while I had to point out where they missed a little bit. But today, I had to ASK to have my truck towel dried and 3 guys watched one guy do a terrible job. I asked what I thought was a manager if they still dried trucks. Front of truck completely wet, running boards not touched, mirrors dripping...... When I pointed that all out, one guy waved his hands at me and said, "it is only a quick dry."I always shop local to Benbrook first, but this place is off my list. I was in a rush and I wanted the unlimited deal, thank goodness I was in a hurry and didn't do it.The $3 place next door has a tight turn in so I didn't go there, but now I will. I have 4 cars and always recommended you to everyone, mostly for the towel dry option you provide.YOU NEED A BETTER MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES!!!

The gentleman who changed my oil today was very helpful and SO nice. I received a free car wash with the oil change and they treated me like a paying customer. I would highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be going back!!!!

Disreputable business practices with the *oil change* operation; the car wash is fine and I still use it for the quick $5 wash.The staff at the oil change part of this operation will try and up-sell you products and services you do not need. Although the air filter up-sell is common and harmless to you car if not your wallet, it is their effort to push an *engine flush* that is really dangerous. There's plenty of info online about the *engine flush* that these disreputable oil change places push, but in short it is not advised because of the collected gunk that it can dislodge and cause serious damage to your engine. Ask your dealer and they'll tell you not to ever get an engine flush (from them or anyone else). Avoid these chains. Get your oil change at your dealer or trusted local mechanic; they can be just as fast and are more interested in keeping you as a long-term customer. (There's a fine mechanic on the other side of the street; check my other reviews.)

Very fast. Didn't wait long at all. However, I was slightly surprised that there were so many fees attached to the bill. Full service is one price and synthetic is separate. I actually paid almost $100 for the same service o could get for half of that at Walmart.

Ridiculously overpriced oil service (synthetic). At least the employee was honest enough to warn me. This must be a business front or something because there's rarely any costumers there.

They pre-washed and scrubbed the bugs off. My car looked great.

Horrible customer service! Pushing for items that did not need, and overcharged on high mileage oil. Refused to flush old oil out of motor.

Way over priced oil change - not worth it just to get a car wash. Ridiculous!

The guys here are very efficent!! Great place for a hand car wash or a quick car wash. The guys even hand dry the cars

Don't waste your time or money here. Terrible. The attendant had a real bad attitude when i asked about the poor quality of the job i paid for. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND SUGGEST YOU DON'T GO EITHER!
