I have now had both my vehicles serviced with oil changes and state inspection at this location. Both experiences were great. Staff is very friendly and it is evident that they put the customer first. Would highly recommend them. I will definitely be back.

Called to see what the charge would be for a fluid top off because my coolant was low. I believe the guy that answered the phone said his name was Alex(not sure he wasn t speaking clearly). His response to my question was him asking me if I was a customer of theirs. I told him I usually go to the Kwik Kar in Keller and that was where I had my last oil change done but this location was right by my house and all I needed was coolant. He then put me on hold for about 10 minutes by just setting the phone down. When he finally picked the phone up he just said he couldn t tell me the cost because he didn t know the amount of fluid needed.. I asked if there was a wait and he said it was a hit or miss and they would be there until 6. This just reaffirmed to me why I have been going to the Keller location for years. Every time I have tried to give Benbrook a chance for something I just need quick help with because of the convenience of the location I get treated like an incompetent idiot. I have never been treated that way by any of the guys at Keller Ron, Travis, Richard just to name a few because they actually know what customer service is.

I just wanna thank this place for the amazing employees. Kain, Jose and Bryan. These men are an example of the type of people you can trust with your vehicle and not feel any type of way. A million times thank you guys !!!! Def will be a loyal customer now that I ve found you all !

I have avoided Kwik Kar for many years due to a few other locations trying to force unnecessary repairs on my vehicles. I was a bit worried to come to this location for an oil change and inspection, but I decided to give it a chance. The staff was extremely friendly and honest. I was even a few dollars short for my services, and they were able to work with me on it. Great Service, and I will definitely be back.

Went here to get my inspection and these guys were very nice. The guy from Buffalo New York was extra friendly and got me in and out in no time. I appreciate your great service and speedy timing. I will return to get my oil changed when the time comes.

This place is the best in the business! I m really suppose too take my truck too Ford but trust Kwik-Kar with my truck any day the service is amazing! the staff is so good at what they do I love this place thanks for giving us guys like!! I went to have an oil leak checked out from getting my oil changed at another location across town. The manager and Kaine were very friendly and caring about taking care of someone else s mistake. They fixed the problem and I was on my way. I ll continue to use KK for oil changes for now on.

I've been using KK in Benbrook to service my car for the past 15 years. My apologies to KK Benbrook for waiting so long to write this review. Yall are fantastic. From my first experience 15 years ago to the last service just a few weeks ago, great staff, service, and no fuss. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. KK Benbrook has my vote for the number one service shop in our area. Don't take my word for it, try them out. You will see what I mean. Top notch! If you need frills and fancy and enjoy paying extra for that, be my guest. But if you want a great service tech to care for your car, KK Benbrook is the best choice.

We have always used for inspections and they've done a great job. Today I stop by cuz my tires were low and Isaac was happy to put some air in my tires and checked them all while he was at it. Very friendly

No communication or greeting of any kind.Waited for awhile to find out where to line up, and then they were impatient when I asked them how they were doing.Sitting here being serviced without anyone saying so much as "hi" or "same as last time?".

UPDATE:Still the same great service, but unfortunately the third-party took out the kiosk to renew registration.They really work hard to do a better job than any of the others, which is why I always go back.I returned here after having a bad experience previously, and was pleasantly surprised!Kwik Kar Oil & Lube changed hands at one point and the service level dropped, but it's clearly risen! The last time, my car was pulled up next to the curb and scratched and no one would admit it, so I didn't go back for a long time.The people here now are so professional, and there is no pressure to upsell you like at so many other oil change places. The inspection was equally professional and went very quickly and efficiently, but the BONUS was that they have a kiosk where you can renew your vehicle registration! What a timesaver!!! It saved me a trip downtown, time, parking and hassle, to get my tags renewed. I simply entered my vehicle information into this little white tablet-sized kiosk on their desk, identified myself, gave my email address and phone number, paid and DONE! In 5-7 days, my tags will arrive in the mail!Thursday is Ladies Day and they doubled-down and offer $4 off for women getting their cars serviced there!I'm sold!

Decided to get my oil changed at the Benbrook location. Was there on 5-26.23 at about 3:40pm. I have taken my truck there for inspections in the past, but never an oil change. Short on time and couldn t get to the dealership, I brought my truck there. Talk about quick and painless! Loved it! Plus they were very polite. I WILL be back. Thanks guys!Service: Oil change

The guys were nice. I had an oil change which was unbelievably expensive. Had a fuel filter changed on a 2019 f250 powerstroke. I left and my warning light for fuel in water came on I called him he said the plug is sometimes hard to get on and won't read. I looked my self and noticed it was unplugged along with oil all over the underneath side of my truck. He told me that's normal for a diesel and that I must have never changed oil before. There is oil all over the filter and lower arm controls. I released the water myself in the drain on the fuel filter and the light went off. He said there wasn't any. I went in for a state inspection. A few minutes after taking my car, an employee comes in to inform me that my window tint wasn't legal. I mentioned that I had been there before with the same car and had never been told that. His reply was that the employee that passed it must not work there anymore. What does that even mean? So I took it somewhere else and got my inspection without any problems. Won't ever use this place again.

I took my Jeep in for an oil change. I ve brought it here plenty of times and they ve been good. When I got my vehicle back one of the only two clamps that hold the hood down was broken. They did not even mention that it was broken or had been broken, which could have resulted in the hood opening had I been forced to drive on the highway. I don t believe I will be coming back. Upon further inspection the clamp was not closed right and had to have been forced for it to snap in such a manner.

Great service ! Great staff!Communication and product information is so helpful when taking a car in anywhere. This place makes it a joyful experience. Will definitely be back here for the next oil change. The 3 gentleman today rocked! My car is definitely thankful

Stopped to get oil changed in the Benbrook location. The technician that did my service was Joesph, and he was so kind, polite and very well mannered.I told him I wanted the full service, and explained that I had noticed that I was leaking oil. He explained what the problem could be. He checked out everything serviced the radiator changed out the coolant. Then explained once again what all was done. Everyone there is very friendly.and polite. Service: Oil change

I went there to get a vehicle inspection at approximately 4:45. Open sign is lit in front, everything says closes at 6:00. Sign was out that said No Wait Oil Change. 4 employees were there, 2 were busy washing the floor in the bays. Pulled around back and near the sign that said inspections with an arrow. I waited patiently and made eye contact with 2 other employees. No one came over to greet me at all. Smoke break for one guy that was standing there watching the floor cleaners, one other pulls the water hose up right in front of my car and starts to hang on the hose rack. My windows were down so they would see I needed something. Long story short, at approximately 5:10 I decided they didn t want my business or to even greet me to maybe say, hey we will get to you after the floor cleaning. This was the second bad experience and icing on the cake for me. The first was that they changed brake fluid that was one month old when my wife took the car in for service. They do not go by the condition of the fluids. Only if they have it on record that it has not been done. Which says if you change any fluid at another business and then go to Kwik Kar, they would not even evaluate if it was needed by checking it out. They would only go by what s in their computer. This is what I was told when I went up to ask what they base their recommendations on. Consumer beware of this. I believe I am finished myself.

I had my oil changed here today for the first time since moving to the Benbrook area. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I went mid-afternoon and was allowed right in to get started. Overall I maybe spent 15-20 minutes there total which is great. The guy who handled my vehicle was polite and efficient. What I appreciated most is their respect and straightforwardness. They didn t try to sale me anything extra or pressure me into any other unneeded maintenance like some other places have in the past. They did my oil change told me everything else looked good and then I was on my way. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.Service: Oil change

I have been bringing my family's cars here for years, and they have done a great job every time. Whether Chevy, Toyota, or a modified BMW, they can handle most things. More specifically, Isaac and Dwayne have been super helpful, efficient, and friendly consistently. They help recommend services that are actually worth it and don't try to make you spend more than you should. I recommend this location for quick, quality work.

Went in for a state inspection my husband and I have used this location the last few years and have never had a issue until now. Was told my car wouldn't pass inspection due to tint being too dark but funny that it's factory tint and has passed inspection the last 4 years last year at this location. When I told the gentleman that he said they messed up and shouldn't have passed it which I am pretty sure it was the same guy as last year. I was able to go to another kwik kar and guess what car passed the tint was fine. Won't be returning to this location if that's how you treat loyal customers
