I took my daughters car in for a headlight job. After charging me $300, there was a short and it wasn t fixed so I was overcharged and it wasn t fixed. When I called and spoke to Kevin he said when they aren t busy I could bring it in to see if a squirrel had chewed the wire but he neglected to say when that might be. He offered no discount. I have been overcharged for labor before but the job was fixed. I decided to take it to the dealership. Don t waste your time or money.

I called on a Thursday for our 2012 Suburban's brakes squealing.Steve, Kevin and team had me booked for an appointment first thing Monday morning and new front brakes/rotors (and an oil change too!) just in time to pick up my kids from school. Love the attention to detail. They also didn't charge an arm and leg unlike some nearby competition. I also appreciate the welcoming, personable and trustworthy nature of the Benbrook Car Care team. I definitely be back again and highly recommend this company and worthy expertise.Service: Brakes

I've taken my wife's car and mine here. My grandmother has gone to them for as long as I can remember. Great guys. No bull and will get it done right the first time.New update. 10/6 They worked on my car again. This time the fuel pump. Changed it out and cars running awesome again!! They never fail. Thanks again guys!!

I broke down right in front of their location. I wasn't looking for a deal but I didn't think they would price gouge that bad. Price was double what would have been a high price. $561 for serpentine belt kit. Bill was not itemized. They did this on purpose to try to hide the dishonesty. Keep going to the next spot if your car will get you there.

Way over priced, wanted to charge me $400 plus tax to change my breaks and only give me a year warranty or 12,000 miles. I asked if I could purchase the break pads I wanted so I could have a 10 year warranty on them. Was told no they don't use outside parts, but you want me to pay $400 for a year warranty. Gtfoh, I found a great place that replaced my breaks and used the break pads I wanted. With a 2 year warranty or 20,000 miles. Labor and parts cost me $200. So don't settle for these expensive people, shop around for better prices. These people just want to rip you off.

I've taken several vehicles to Steve Sorenson at Benbrook Car Care and have always been treated fairly and the repairs have been turned around in a timely manner. They did great work on and A/C job and when I had electrical problems on the same vehicle, they kept the car long enough to test it an make sure it was fixed.Sometimes they have not charged me for little problems like charging a dead battery. Steve has also pressed a bearing and hub in for me when I was doing the rest of the work myself.They stay pretty busy because they do good work and were recommended to me by my neighbors in Benbrook. They don't call to communicate their progress on the repair but are always happy to answer my questions when I call for updates.

Way overpriced. Got a job done at a fort worth garage for less than half the price they quoted me. Be sure to just get a quote and shop around.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

If you ever need something done to your car, THIS is the place to go! Over the past year, they have provided various services to my car on 3 different occasions. I can always count on them to be honest, reasonable, and to treat my car as if it were there own. The first time I came here, they even gave my mom a ride back to my apartment because my car was in the shop all day and I had her car at work. They are so kind and I can't recommend Steve and his staff enough.

Had some serious issues with the electrical on my Ford expedition, which is it all around lemon of a car, they fixed it and even though it was a bit pricey because of all the work they had to do they were very patient while I paid it off little by little. Great customer service and I was very satisfied with the work they did

The people that work here are very nice and the man even waited on my vehicle to be towed in 30 minutes after he closed, but his labor was very expensive. The parts were only $80.00. The labor was about $350.00 plus coolant and clamps to put on a thermostat and 2 hoses. My mechanic and ones I've talked to said that was high. BEWARE!!!

Excellent service. I came in thinking I needed an alignment. Explained why and was suggested a cheaper service (which was the correct service). I drove away, problem solved a half hour later. Very happy with the service I received.

Highly recommended. Friendly local service. Great value.Would like to add that very few businesses have the experience and willingness to work on trailer bearings. They are pros at this service also.

One star. The lady answering the phone very nice. Now about the service very lacking. Called about a quote on a simple fule filter left a call back number and still have not hurd from the tech. Drove to the location asked again about a quote again. No one was willing to give me it. The tech was once again gone and unable to talk. So if you need information dont bother they dont have time. I went to quick lube in town and guess what 20$ and they are more then helpful about questions and quotes. Recommended BenBrook people go save time go to quick lube.

Worst customer service ever!! Avoid at all cost! I arrived as soon as they opened at 730 am. I just needed to replace my horn. They said they were gonna take like 45 min, time passed insisted again and they said "it'll be ready in just a moment" it kept going on and on until 1 pm!! They knew I was in a hurry and they sat down to eat their lunch. I told them, that it was ok that I was come back another day with more time and they started yelling at me the customer. Then I told them that I needed to leave and the guy just got up and slammed the door at me like a middle schooler. They didn't fixed my car and they still charged me $130!!! They wouldn't give me my keys back and I didn't have the time to fight them.

After going to 3 other car repair places and none could tell me why my front end shook after 35 mph.I went BBCC and after driving my car around a block the guy told me what was wrong and the cost to fix it. Took it in the next morning and picked it up at 5:30-FIXED!!! Honest and reasonable.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY ARE RIP OFFS. Was new to Texas and someone referred me to them. TERRIBLE IDEA. Car had trouble starting and turning over. Took it a couple places and they all said it was electrical. Alternator and battery was in good shape. First of all we only told them to look at it and tell us how much it would be. Instead of just charging us to hook the computers up to it they went ahead and replaced them! It was 360 dollars. That wasn t the big problem. The problem was when I picked it up it wouldn t start in there lot! They claimed it was starting right up and it must have just been from sitting at night.... hmmm. I m not an idiot. But I went with it and they jumped it and I drove it home let it run and a couple hours later I tried starting it up and nothing. I called demanding them to fix what they had charged me and they said they would have to charge to hook up the machine again. After some arguing they laughed said good luck and hung up.DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL NOT DO RIGHT WHEN THEY DONT FIX SOMETHING THE FIRST TIME.

Held my truck for two days to change two bolts. Did not run smoke test like they agreed. Overcharged and did not fix. These guys are a joke. Contacting the BBB!

took my 1967 toro there.. big mistake.. they left in the rain and flooded it.. seriously they left a customers car outside in a NORTH TEXAS storm..lucky I don't have hail damage..destroyed one of the doors handles.. my car was 100% original interior now has to be replaced due to there negligence and to make matters worse they refused to cover the damages or give me there insurance info.. I had to call the police to make a report etc.. Benbrook PD service # 8761
