I want to give a shout out to the employee named Dakota! He was so awesome and changed my headlight for me. I was nervous because it didn't seem like the lid would come off/anyone would be able to change it but he was determined and fixed it!!! I went to the O'Reilly's off River oaks before coming here and the guy told me I would have to go to a shop to fix it.... So THANK YOU DAKOTA! You deserve a raise :)

Angel Vargas is the manager of the Autozone in Benbrook Texas. He was fantastic. I needed a new air filter for my engine and a new cabin filter. I purchased both and he installed both of them. Saved me around $75. I love Auto Zone

Always willing to help you out!good place to go for getting parts for your car. Staff is awesome and very convenient location to whip in and whip out. Great place I definitely recommend this place for your auto needs. They gave great car batteries that last a good while and there willing to help out in if needed. I appreciate that very much.

Amazing and helpful store. I came in today to check my battery and Angel was an amazing rep. He helped me out and to be honest made my day. He was so kind and very professional. Definitely recommend the store and a big shout out Angel and he s amazing personality.

Ray was absolutely the best! He went above and beyond helping me figure out the problem with my battery! He made sure double check the battery with the new terminal, before pushing a new battery!!! He saved the day! And he even did all the labor and hard work for me! Thank you so much Ray! :)

The young man was very helpful and friendly. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but did provide me with this small package of everything I needed. Even checked my check engine light for me. Darn Gas cap need to keep them tight and make sure they click. Also explained my engine diagnostic device I never knew existed. Kiddos to the kind, helpful, friendly young man

I came out of an appointment (a building and 1/2 away from this location) and my car wouldn t start. I called AutoZone and Scotty answered. I was confident when I asked could they bring a battery tester over, I was expecting a NO, but what I got was let me finish with this customer and I ll be right over. My battery wouldn t even remotely charge or jump start. Scotty walked back over with me to buy a new battery, grabbed his cart and walked back over to switch it out ALL in 109 degree weather! If that doesn t exemplify customer service I don t know what does!! THANK YOU SCOTTY!!!

I was given the wrong part. I was told the part I needed is not part of my cars engine. It was not the counter guy's fault he showed me everything he typed in which was exactly what I said and the AutoZone computer came back part not on the car, WTH? and no I don't think it was just because I'm a woman I don't think the computer could tell.

Christopher was a great help he worked diligently and explain to me the process and battery replacement. He also I took his time breaking down battery options which made it very easy and comfortable making a choice! This guy is the standard of business customer relationship and satisfaction I really appreciate him! Great man great job! recommend he works on my vehicle every time. I usually always purchase from this location and the experience is great. My alternator went out while visiting my mother so I purchased it at another location. It was under warranty since I had purchased one 5 years ago. When I tried to return it for the refund, it was a disaster so I walked out. Once I returned home I took it in to this location to receive my refund. The manager Angel waited on me and was so kind and professional. The transaction probably took 1 minute. I love this store. They are always wonderful!

Took my car here to get the battery checked since we were having trouble getting the car started. Angel was awesome, checked the battery and found that the battery cables were loose so he got some tools and tightened it for me. Definitely glad for such great customer service and thankful it was an easy fix.Also I ve been here for other car parts and they are always helpful and are able to make sure I get the parts I need.

I needed new windshield wipers, in the rain, of course. The handsome (tall, slim, long hair, don't know his name), super sweet Autozone employee helped me change them out. He didn't even laugh at me for not having even a basic knowledge of windshield wipers. Thank you kind sir!!

Just had the BEST customer service experience at this store. I was greeted and assisted immediately by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The GM, Angel, came out and introduced himself and welcomed me to Benbrook (I m new!). He proceeded to help me find the best new replacement headlights for my car and even did the placement for me. I was in and out of there in no time! Great store and great people - thank you!!

Purchased multiple parts today that the store manager had to bring from the back up to the register. He was very helpful and had a great attitude. A few hours later after realizing I made a mistake and didn t need the parts after all, I stopped back in and had to return everything. Again, the store manager was very helpful and positive the entire time even though the extra work was entirely my fault.Next time I need anything, I will definitely buy there.

This store has a wonderful staff, and management is excellent! Angel has helped me with multiple diagnostics on both mine and my wife's cars, recommending high quality parts while helping us save money. This morning my Subaru wouldn't start, after getting it jumped and taking it to the "zone" my suspicions were confirmed, and my 6 year old battery could no longer hold a charge. Angel professionally installed a new battery, and was very kind and courteous. Thanks for all the help, and making it easy! (It took less than 15 minutes to get a free diagnostic, make a purchase, and get a battery installed.) A+ service!

The store manager Angel provided one my best customer service experiences ever. After I had selected the wrong item for my make and model he helped with an exchange, explained the details and difference for future reference, then did the install in 108 degree afternoon sun. I m sure he cannot perform all parts installations but he was able to do mine and did it extreme weather conditions. I recommend him to everyone.

I popped in looking for snap ring pliers. One salesperson didn't have a clue what they are; the manager said he won't have any before next Thursday. It is Friday today. He could have had some sent from another nearby AutoZone, but this is the level of service I have come to expect of them. I'll get a pair tomorrow, maybe at Sears, if they still have a store. Otherwise, at NAPA.Update: They must have a different manager now. I bought a special tool, and it didn't fit. Angel, the current manager, CAME TO MY HOME, to see what was up. THAT is exceptional service!! I upgraded them to 5 stars.

I went in for a new battery. Angel Vargas worked on the replacement and it was very corroded. It took much longer than usual. He was so positive the entire time. I offered to pay additional for his time and he said that what he did was part of customer service. I will definitely be going back!

Angel Was fantastic! Went to get a new battery and he took care of us. Had a slight mishap but he was patient and encouraging. Took care of everything and got my wife s car back in no time! Once again thank you Angel!

Never trust them to change your battery! They installed my battery on my 2018 Impala incorrectly causing my brand new battery to drain and my check engine light to come on. I highly recommend the hwy 80 location! They all know what they are doing, treat you with respect and are trustworthy!

I usually can change out a battery with no problem but I am injured and can not lift anything. The staff at the store in Benbrook, more specifically Emily, was extremely helpful and courteous. I think she was fairly new but was eager to help me. I believe as she continues to learn she will be a strong asset to AutoZone. Thank you very much Emily.

I came in to get some air filters today (07/22) for the cars we have. One employee (didn't catch his name) was very polite and helpful. He found them for me and sent me on my way. I had to come back because I was not quite sure how to properly install one filter and didn't want to mess up my vehicle. Maria came out and helped me ASAP! The staff is always very helpful, polite and patient. AutoZone Benbrook will always have my business.
