Well I called twice about windshield replacement and no one called me back. So based on that they get one star. The second time I asked if they were sure someone would call me back since no one did the first and they said we ll note on here that you have called twice guess I ll drive to McKinney or Dallas for my repair instead.I have gotten oil changes that I booked online here and didn t have any issues with that but that was months ago not sure what changed.

Love the new building and location off of I 20. Drop off service available or relax in the large waiting area with snacks and large screen TV. Easy to Social distance. Automatic service garage doors allow you to enter and exit without getting in the weather of the day. Friendly staff greats you with a smile and offers to help.

New review on the new location:.Even better than than the old location. I want to live here. The waiting area is so much nicer.Jose Garcia was wonderful also, keeping me updated on the progress of my service.And thank you to whomever drove up to the Plano location to get the light bulbs for my headlights so I can see again.And thank you, Will, for knowing I'm not quite ready to trade in my Audi and not being a pushy sales guy. I'm recommending you to my friends.And to the other sales guy that helped me with the coffee machine.Ethan provided excellent customer service and communication.The director of the service department is also great.This location beats the Grapevine location, hands down.Service: General repairs & maintenance

There service is not so great, they even forgot to change my air cabin filter two services in a row, so I taught myself to service my own car via YouTube. Thanks for the learning experience

Good place, friendly staff. The only reason for a 4, instead of a 5, was the wait today. Went for an oil change (with appointment). We were taken in early and thought we'd be only a few minutes. Took 2.66 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. Everything else was good.

Yesterday I purchased my first luxury car. The process was so easy thanks to Mr. John B. He was so knowledgeable about the Audi I was looking at which made it all better. I will always remember this car purchase and the team out at Audi Fort Worth. I recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth process! Worth the drive from Dallas!

I visited Audi Fort Worth, at approx. 9:20 Saturday morning, A female advisor checked me in. About an hour later or more a male advisor noticed my car sitting the same spot, he asked if I had been help, I explained the female checked me in. He completed a service ticket and had the car check. I understand she may have forgotten, by an apology would have went a long way.
