Made an appointment for an oil change online. The staff were all very welcoming and professional. I was done within 30 minutes and received a reasonable quote on 2 front tires.I'll likely be back for the tires.

Bad customer service. I came up to get a tire change on a tire with a bad leak, every other tire shop was closed. They informed me that they couldn t change just one tire, they HAD to change all four ($350+) and made me drive back home scared of my tire popping. They don t care about their customers at all. 0 stars

I come here often and today I received the worst customer service. I came in earlier and simply asked for a new battery. She wanted to see if she could charge it first when I told her just to replace the battery. During the exchange she rolled her eyes, cussed about other customers, acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I eventually got a new batter. Now later on in the day I ran over a mail and could see it, I was close by so I came and asked for a patch, she Simple s refused and stated they can either air up the tire or buy a new one, when asked about pricing again she rolled her eyes and walked away to attend another customer. I ve never been treated this horrible at a place of business. When I finally confront how horrible she was talking to me. She explained it was because they are busy.

We needed to replace all 4 of our tires on our car but had been putting it off. We went for an oil change today & found that Walmart had an excellent price for them so we went on ahead & replaced them today.Excellent customer service as well!We love the attention to detail & the customer service here at this location! We will definitely be back for our future car & truck needs!!

Went to get an oil change, one vehicle ahead of me, so only one bay was being used, they said they were to busy and would be at least a 25 minute wait Made the mistake of going here again one year later, went to go get a tire rotation nothing else not even balance, and it took an hour and 20 minutes. Very disrespectful staff slow old men working that should not be. Will not be making a mistake of going here ever again .

Terrible Mangers at this store named Belen and Charlotte. My wife's car had four new tires put on with road hazard. She has a 5 star review with pictures of tires. Which she will take down now. They entered the wrong number for one tire which was the faulty tire. Talked with irrational manger Belen first. She claimed road hazard for only one tire was missing, the faulty tire did not match. I told her I bought all 4 at the very same time. She said they would not honor warranty. I asked to talk to another manger, her name was Charlotte. I said how would I get 4 identical tires with same tread wear??? Obviously an employee entered the wrong number! They did not listen basically calling me a liar. Horrible mangers at this store. Very unreasonable mangers at Belton Walmart. Unless you basically like being called a liar over and over. Then have have your warranty nullified by hard headed mangers. Do yourself a favor avoid these irrational lunatics mangers at this store. Rational thought needed for management at Belton Walmart. Who is going to replace a tire that has a warranty for replacement? No one. Mike a manger at west Adams Walmart told me to purchase the tire from Belton and he would reimburse me the money and install tire. Which he did.

Quick, helpful, no issues! Went in for two tires, was home in an hour. I'm sure it depends on the day and time you go, but I had a nice quick visit!
