Young lady that works there and her crew are very nice. Work was done quickly. Price was high I can go to the dealer ship and get more for less money. But it was convenient.

Came in for an oil change, just to spend $80 for them to cause me an oil leak. I come back to ask them to check things out, they look at it and they tell me I was out of luck/it wasn t their issue. So they break my car and then mis-diagnose it when looking at it said the leak was in one place, when it was pouring out of a completely different spot. It s not a bad leak at all, so you should be just fine. But my personal mechanic told me it was a bad leak, and I was fooled because they didn t want to be liable. So upset..

Pulled in here to get a quick inspection and decided to go ahead with oil change. I had stopped going to the dealership for oil changes and doing them myself because the dealership would say they checked all fluids and tire pressures but they actually wouldn t. Pulled in here and they went straight to checking tire pressures, fluids and everything. Absolutely professional, quick and courteous which is hard to find nowadays!!Good job guys!!!

I had a very poor experience with the local Toyota service department. They lost my trust and confidence. I googled the highest rated oil change place in Belton. It was this Valvoline dealer. I went there today and there were two cars ahead of me. The friendly and efficient staff got me through in about a half an hour. I am definitely coming back here and would recommend it to anyoneService: Oil change

So fast, I was amazed. We were able to use tap pay. We didn't have to let some stranger get in the car. We went for an inspection and we were done in like 5 min after pulling into the bay.

Nice folks and good price, but they didn't have the air filter or differential fluid that they said I needed, they don't change fuel filters, and they don't accept the coupons Valvoline offers online. It also took over an hour in line to get in

Don t get stuck behind another car and make sure you pick the right lane or you will be stuck and won t be able to get out. Waited in line and 3 other cars got to in even though we where in line already. You will wait forever they are so slow. This Valvoline is professional, quick and fairly priced. It s always a good sign to see the same faces and I ve been coming here over 3 years. Never had any issues. I d send my wife/daughter here to have their oil changed, knowing they d be treated fairly.

I have been taking my vehicle here for a while now. They always provide the fastest service possible in every situation I have seen them deal with, ie, super busy times, unexpected maintenance shuts a bay down for a little while, etc. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

This was my second visit. I will never go to another place than Valvoline. I went for inspection and oil change. I knew I was a tad early for oil change, 300 miles early, but they informed me I was as well. They recommended I come back later for oil service as my oil was still very clean. I have never had that experience at any of their competitors. Great place. Nice people. Very efficient.

I choose Valvoline for my oil change, i recently moved to the area and decided to come here. They didn t honor online coupons for service but were nice enough go ahead give me a discount that they did offer. It was less than my online coupon but the service was quick and professional and my total was less than what I normally pay in Round Rock at the same business. I will be back and definitely recommend using them.Service: Oil change

These guys are AWESOME! I made a huge mistake a few months ago because I was in a hurry and I went to Jiffy Lube in Austin...they were slow as hell and then charged me $123.00 for an oil change!! I promised these guys today at Valvoline I would never cheat on them again! They are fast, friendly, funny and HONEST! Thank you guys!

The folks here are always very welcoming, and get your car done quickly. It's a popular place so you might need to come back a couple of times, but I always manage to get a good time. (I try to go early in the morning) And the prices are always reasonable.

Outstanding service!!!! These fellas were so kind, thorough, extremely educated, and fast!!! They could have totally taken advantage of us, as we were in a real bind with our truck, but they didn t. We can t recommend them enough!!! Thanks guys!

I visited their first facility when they opened it in 1986. Since then they have added numerous locations. I have visited their locations in Temple and Belton and they are all outstanding. They are all extremely professional and efficient. The staff are all friendly and helpful. After a few visits they greet you by name and make you feel special. They re 10 stars out of five. NUF SAID

I needed a state inspection and an oil change, than three guys took care of it quickly and efficiently. The price was also very good, too. I'd recommend them to anyone whose time is limited and needs help fast.

Great Service! I came in for an oil change and asked if they could take a quick look at my exhaust to find the source of the leak. I thought I may have lost a bolt, but they found that a plug unthreaded and fell out of the pipe. They allowed me to access the pit so I could take a look myself and answered all of my questions. The mechanic was able to find a spare bolt he had laying around and fixed my problem. I am very impressed with the quality of customer service and highly recommend this business.
