I had some metal rattling sounding noice coming from the front drivers side tire of my 23 Honda Civic, almost like a break dust shield was rubbing. The Honda dealership wasn't able to fit me in so I called these guys and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they fit me in within a few hours, they fixed the main problem, fixed my tire pressure that the dealer had wrong, and only charged me $20!The culprit? A tiny rock that got stuck in between my rotor and dust shield.Super honest and thorough job. Thanks!

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Randy and the team at Quality Tire!I brought my car into my dealership for a routine service appointment and also because my car and steering wheel were shaking when driving at high speeds. They had to keep my car over night because it was a head scratcher as far as what was wrong with it. When I got my car back the next day they told me they had rotated and balanced the tires and that my problem was solved. Upon driving home I noticed that my steering wheel was sitting diagonal and if I let my hand off the wheel my car went flying across the highway to the right and was still shaking.I called Quality Tire and Randy got me in that same day within a couple hours. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes with the actual issue and a SOLUTION. My tires were being shredded because of how bad my alignment was and one of my tires had a bubble in the tread that was about to POP!! The dealership sent me home like this without noticing a thing.Randy had new tires for me the next day, fixed my alignment and my car was running perfect again. Thank God for this crew and their actual knowledge and care about vehicles and tires. I will be bringing my Jeep back here for any needs I have!THANK YOU QUALITY TIRE!

I was so impressed with this business and the owners! I was on my way to Waco and had a warning that my tire was flat. Even though the business was closed, the owner opened up shop and replaced my tire within the hour to get me back up on the road! Truly honest and helpful! Even gave me some advice about another tire that looked like it needed to be replaced. I am so thankful for them! If you are in the Belton area, I highly recommend them!

Randy and Jeff of Quality Tire in Belton Texas deserve five of five stars. I went to them to have my tires balanced to help eliminate possible causes of vibrations in the steering wheel. While balancing the tires did not resolve the issue, they were very good about taking the time to be thorough, and communicated with M&B Auto who is also helping to definitively find the cause and remedy. One thing that struck me as odd about the shop was the cleanliness; even the restroom was clean. I don't mean presentable, I mean better than some restaurants. I will give them additional business in the future. I wish I could have bought my tires through them, but I work in Killeen and had a tire delaminate, which forced my hand to get tires in a hurry. It is worth making the drive to Quality Tire for the customer service. I received great service at a competitive price. If you are going to wait while your vehicle is serviced, there is a Valero two doors down, where you can get snacks. Had I known they were a block from a BBQ joint, I would have scheduled my appointment during lunch. Go across the street and there is Mexican cuisine. This is a prime location to have your vehicle serviced and support other local business. I point out the availability of places to go other than the waiting room, because usually, I feel stuck while waiting for my vehicle; not here, as there are plenty of options within a very short walk. So... Great customer service, clean, and something to do other than sit and wait for your vehicle to be ready. 5 of 5 ***** is a legitimately earned rating.

This place is great, was in a pinch for some wheels and Randy went out of his way to make it happen. Very good service and prices. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I usually do not write reviews of any sort but the experience I had with Quality Tire and Auto today has changed that. My wife was traveling for a new job to Minnesota from Austin when she heard a strange noise and the car shaking. She pulled over and called me so I can see what was the problem and I assumed it might be a tire issue, so I called local shops in the area and explained to them the problem and no one was able to work her into the shop. I called Quality Tire & Auto and spoke with a young lady named Jenifer and told her my situation and she was able to get us in even though my wife was 20 miles away. The level of service we experienced with this shop is better than I ever expected. Even better than a major chain. The young man diagnosed and replaced a defective tire that was causing the problem fast. I know they were busy just like the other shops and they still made accommodations to help a stranded person. I am thankful for everyone who help my wife get back on the road and made sure she was safe to continue her trip. Places like this is what keep America running. I will definitely continue to do business here in the future. Thank You Quality Tire & Auto and to your staff as well.

I am so impressed with this establishment. I dropped my son's car off there to be serviced and when they called to tell me it was done I had no way of picking it up. They closed at 5, I worked until 5, and my son and husband are out of town so I had no one to drive it home. Yes, this was poor planning on my part but that didn't phase them at all. The owner said he would stay open until I could get there and then he would drive my son's vehicle back to my house and then I could drive him back to the shop. While this is unconventional, I had no other option. The customer service was impeccable. We will be bringing all of our vehicles there from now on.

According to my screen only my rear passenger tire was low, but these wonderful gentlemen checked all my tires. Every single one was low. I've bought tires from them before. I'll definitely be back when I need some for this vehicle.

After tearing up the inside of my brand new tires that another shop put on and also said they "aligned" it I went to Quality Tire. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and they found my issue right away. I had put new tires on my truck and repair it. I was so happy with the service and price I brought back my wife's car and our company van for four new tires. This will be my go too tire shop for life!!!!

This place is a gem! I haven't found an auto service place that's genuine, honest, and has great customer service in 5 years. I hit a hog and needed my inner tie rod replaced and a new alignment. It only took them a little over an hour and their prices are phenomenal! Randy went above and beyond with his knowledge and customer service. You can't beat it! I hardly ever write reviews but this place is worth the effort. I'm losing coolant in my car and it was just dropped off today. I have no doubt that they will work diligently and effectively to find a solution to my problem. This is now my go to place, hands down!

AWESOME!!! These people are the real deal. They quoted me a Great price to do a difficult fix. Where able to schedule me for the next day. Did the job while I was at work and had it ready before I got off work.....Additionally they fixed another minor problem I had mentioned while they were in there. And Still found a way to save me $$$$. This is my new Car People. Love Love Love them. Thanks Quality Tire & Auto Service. (Not a Chain store, locally owned, Support Small Biz).

This place is great! I bring my car here monthly for maintenance (cause I drive quite a bit for work). The crew is always friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. The crew always has a smile on their face and is willing to answer any of your questions! Especially Randy! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Always a pleasure doing business with ya'll. Mr. Darren is a PRO! He dismounted my ATV tires off the wheels in less than 10 minutes!!! I was amazed by his expertise and quality job!!!

When my car broke down on a Friday afternoon when I was traveling through Belton, this was one of two shops in the area that said they could assist. Jeff and his crew were awesome. I was at their mercy and they did not take advantage of me. They were fair, reasonable and offered great customer service.I would return (if I lived in the area) and would highly recommend!

Top marks all the way. My first time to use them and I will be back. Installed a set of shocks on my new F150 - the price was right, service went exactly as scheduled and Randy was most helpful and informative about the whole process. I was completely impressed with the care taken by the alignment specialist as well. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole process.

I am very thankful to all the workers at this place, weather was terrible and my tire pressure showed it was low on my dashboard, thankfully quality tire was near by, they rapidly helped me out, my tire wasn t in good condition, they didn t have my size in stock but they went out of their way to find a place where they did which soon was going to close, I was ready to pay with my card for their work and he said there is not time, they are soon going to close the other shop so just be on your way he was awesome because I made it just 10 minutes before they closed. They really care for their customers!

I came here for the first time today, after reading reviews. I must say I had a great experience. I was quoted a price that was almost 400 dollars cheaper than a local chain location. The staff was friendly and professional, I was even educated on tires that I knew nothing about. I will continue to come here and highly recommend it to any one looking for good service

I can't express how much I appreciate the service here. Once again they helped us out in a pinch! car trouble never happens when you have nowhere to be, and the guys here worked fast to get us out the door so we could be on our way. Thank you to the crew. Customer service is is a dying trait in many companies, but not with y'all. Keep it up, you will always be our tire guys as long as we live here.

I have a great experience every time I come. Both times I had work done the price was less than quoted and much less than going to the dealership. Great customer service and wait times are reasonable. I ll continue to come back for my oil changes and regular maintenance.

Called in on Monday to order tires for my travel Trailer. I spoke to Randy who informed me the tires would be in on Tuesday and set an installation appointment for 10 a.am. on Wednesday. We arrived about 9:45 am and was informed by Jeff to go to a big parking lot and wait for his call as they needed the finish a vehicle that was being worked on in the only spot for me to park my 30 foot travel trailer. I was promptly called about 10 minutes later and told to bring the TT over.Work was started immediately by one of their employees. Sorry I didn't get his name. He was very courteous and answered all questions I had. I had four tires changed and it only took about an hour. I can't say enough about the service these guys provide. I used to get my vehicles serviced there about 3 years ago when I worked in Belton. They were great then and continued to do a great job. I live 40 miles away. Still I towed my trailer there, purchased tires there and had them mounted by people I trust.Keep up the great work guys and as my wife and I travel around the states towing our trailer we will always return to Quality tire for our trailer Tire & wheel service.

I love this shop! Purchased front end alignment and complete brake job with new rotors, best work ever. Sent my son for tires and they were able to install tires, replace his worn brakes and malfunctioning water pump the same day. Trustworthy company with established history. First choice from now on.

Great service! They worked me in even though I didn't have an appointment. My wheels required hand-torquing and the owner personally did that. I will definitely go back. Prices were good too. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Quality ever since I moved to Bell County and they have always taken care of me. They re not the type of shop that wants to get you for money and fib about what needs to be done to your car, they only do what needs to be done and are honest people. Randy has always helped me on saving money and has made sure I get the best parts for my car. Thanks guys!!!

Prompt and quick for the actual inspection. I was uncomfortable, as I was never greeted and waited over 20 minutes before someone spoke to me. Seemed to be a small quarrel going on between an employee and customer. They were both unhappy and it was enough to be noticed by another customer. They did however give me directions that I asked for and we're very helpful. The lady that assisted me had really great customer service skills and recommend a business for my son since she took notice that we moved here. Thank you

Top of the line 'Quality Tire' service and customer support. Randy & Ray provided outstanding superior service and did they best they could with my vehicle and took under 1 hour to complete. Essentially they took a $1200 Goodyear quote and turned it into a $65.00 out the door job. I salute this business and will recommend this place to absolutely everyone. I will absolutely return my business to Quality Tire in Belton Texas. A+

Randy and Ray have probably done 100 plus front end alignments for my business over the years. They have a high quality computerized alignment machine and always do great work for a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service. Jeff and Randy are top-notch guys. Always able to give us the attention we need and take care of our entire fleet tires, oil changes, inspections, brakes the works!
