Bought an equinox is July. Test drove fine, but 1 day after purchase, the engine started stalling and acting up. Had a friend hook up to a code reader as the check engine light came on. The code reader picked up 2 cleared codes that matched the current code. The dealership had to have known about the issues. I wouldn't trust this group ever again. Super shady place.

Needed a vehicle for our daughter, Damon was super helpful and patient with us. The lady that helped us finance the car was quick and talked us through everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal and a good vehicle. The entire staff that was there that day were all very nice and helpful.

I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Phoenix Auto and I think they make the process very easy and low-stress. There's no obnoxious sales people hanging over you and pressuring you into buying. They really try to provide reliable cars for the best price possible.

I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder 2017 at a really good price here. Claude was really attentive, always available and and had in hand all that we needed. The lady who I closed the deal and signed papers also really empathic, knowledgeable and made us feel like home. Keep up the great work!

Better selection of reasonably price pre-owned vehicles than we found looking in Killeen all day plus they offer a discount for cash payment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic people! Didn't buy a car but boy I almost did; that young man Caleb is a extremely patients and nice young man who knows what he is talking about! This place also has a great selection of trucks if you're into that kind of stuff.
