Was having trouble finding a correct fitting for my exhaust system. Called up this muffle shop. They said bring the pipe by we will see what we can do. Within 5 minutes the older gentleman had me fixed up with the correct size fitting. Best part about it other than finding the correct fitting, I asked how much, he said don't you worry about it just take it. Hard to find people like that these days. That made my whole day. Very honest, nice working gentleman!

Mike and his staff replaced our catalytic converter after it was stolen from our Honda CR-v while parked in Houston. They did a great job and had the car only 24 hours. The price was fair and the quality of the welding excellent. Highly recommended!!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Zero Stars!! It wouldn't let me post with zero Stars so I had to put at least one undeserving star. I spoke to this place over the phone and explained the issue and what I thought it was, but wanted a second opinion. The next day my mom dropped off my Pontiac Vibe that was making a loud grinding sound. (I thought, and a few others thought, that it was coming from the alternator.) My mom said multiple people came out to inspect the car and all had different responses on what it could be... Alternator... Water pump... Engine and Finally came back and told her that the engine was ticking and it would cost $3000 or more for a used engine. Not being a gullible woman, my mother drove it back to my place. A few days later I replaced the alternator... And guess what?? It was the alternator! I can only assume this shop was trying to take advantage of my mom because she was a lady. Despicable if that was y'all's intentions... Either that, or your shop has illy equipped mechanics to diagnose problems. I'll never bring any of my vehicles to this shop again.

On a Saturday morning heading south on I-35 in our Sprinter Van RV a road construction base to the orange barricade barrels found it s way under our RV. It stretched the catalytic converter and bent the muffler. We searched and found Mufflers and More and they were able to get us back on the road in an hour. Mike was able to remove the bent piece and secured the tail pipe with a bracket that he made. He also explained what else was damaged so that we can take it to the Mercedes dealership for further repairs. We re so happy that we found this place. A couple of weeks ago, I found myself in a huge mess caused by Vavoline. They had forgotten to bolt down the plastic covering of my motor during an oil change. It fell off, mostly, and dragged on the ground. I went to the Belton Vavoline but they were too busy. Mufflers & More not only were able to help me immediately, they saved my butt with a smile. I cannot thank y'all enough. I'm a wedding photographer and I was about to be severely late. Thank you so much for your kindness. You have no idea how badly I needed it in that moment.

Replaced a catalytic converter same day for only 300 bucks. Five stars! They will be getting all my business for our fleet of trucks from now on.
