Incredible service, amazing staff assistance and the store looks brand new. These guys take such pride in their job and serving the good people of Belton. I now drive from north Temple just to see them because I know without a doubt, they have me covered and if not, they send me where I need to be. Business the old way is how these guys operate. I was having trouble finding wiper blades for my Subaru. I went through every store in Bell County and every store in Williamson county with no luck. The guys in Napa Belton were able to rig something to get my wipers replaced so that I could get my inspection passed . Thank you guys for the help, you are awesome I will definitely recommend y all to everyone.

I ve been going to this Napa location ever since they ve been open. I always get great consistent friendly service. And when I call, same thing, great service. I recently had to replace the belts on my car. Couldn t look it up by make and model since the engine was replaced. They found all my belts the old fashioned way, measured each one. Can t say enough good things about these guys!

I m sure this is probably one of the best places in town and the google reviews prove it, but if you go in and see a tall fuzzy hair blond guy wait until someone else can help you. I respect people that are in training and learning, but he puts zero effort into customer service. With my experience today, I believe that the new guy I was talking to if he typed oil wrong into the computer he would swear they didn t sell oil then argue with me as to why I needed oil anyway.

Went in to get a warranty exchange and was very impressed with the speed they found my info. The clerk who checked me out, Bobby Sellears was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly all the other things I needed. Such a much better place to get parts...apparently Auto Zone and O'reillys hire people that don't know anything about cars...

I went in to see about purchasing a door hinge for my truck. They guy at the counter was knowledgeable and had experience in the automotive industry and knew what I was talking about and looked it up on his computer, showed it to me and told me the price and that it had to be ordered and delivered on the next day. A much better experience than I had with Oriely or autozone. Apparently their employees don't have to have any automotive experience at all. Neither of them knew what I was talking about and couldn't even find on their computers.

Best auto parts store to find any part you need. Chase the store manager and all the employees have always helped me in anything I need. IF you want great customer service I recommend this store.

Literally the best service I've ever had, someone stole my front license plate with the mount so i had no way of getting my new plate on. Chase Clinkingbeard literally posted a new mount and my plate for me while it was pouring rain outside, and it was not easy because of how it got messed up when my plate was stolen before. Awesome service all around he was so friendly and incredibly helpful. Im driving out of my way to this store everytime i have an car need even if it's just for an air freshener.

I suggest that if you need car parts... give NAPA the business. Locally owned company, national name. Their parts are top quality, backed by a great warranty, the staff is just outstanding in knowledge and customer service. Alex is the goto guy. He helped me out on a Sunday with some NAPA Premium batteries... a warranty issue. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He even changed the batteries (yes batteries, gotta love diesels!) for me while I waited.

Louis was amazing he help me with everything I needed and even help me find the store that had it in stock! I will definitely be using this location for all my 2004 jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo parts from today forward Louis made me feel optimistic about auto parts again!!!

I went to a car dealership who quoted me 2700.00 to replace a radiator in my car.I bought the radiator for 450.00. The dealershipwanted 750.00 for the radiator. And I'm gonna install in myself. So I'll be saving 2300.00 thanks to the experts at Napa. Love those guys.I'll always go to Napa.. thats where the knowledge is.

Napa is pretty cool I ve only been there like 3 times store is way nicer than auto Zone or o Reillys there just way different on price but Napa just trying to sell you what you really should be putting back in you car not some off brand you can get the same thing at the other store too they don t care what you buy which is good and bad I m always trying to save a dollar so I m the dude that buying based off price not quality or what the manufacture specs are And I tell you this it matters believe me but I still go to auto zone for the cheap price but Napa is a good store I think

NAPA in Belton TX has a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a surprisingly vast inventory of parts in stock. They were also able to order a gas cap and a starter for my 1973 Beetle. Although the gas cap and starter were not in stock, they ordered the parts and had them in the store within a couple of days.

My people and I were here yesterday. Manager were talking to the 2 cops who does not have mask on or with them, but the store sign said " to wear mask b4 entering the store when all customers have mask on. These are the cops in belton city

We got an Alternator from them, and even bought an extra Socket for the installation! Not sure if the Pulley wasn't tightened enough there, or if the mechanic didn't check it correctly, but, as well were on a trip, the whole thing came apart! So we had to go to a 2nd NAPA, who couldn't honor the warranty on the first alternator! So, here we are, after having to pay for 2 alternators and the installation fees twice!
