Rob is a master mechanic and a straight arrow guy. I only trust him with my bike because I know he will be honest and not play any games. He knows his $h!t. A lot of people want something and they want it now but that ain't how you get quality work. I appreciate the fact that he is the only one in his shop. Keeps out the confusion and misunderstandings. The person you're talking to is the same person that's laying hands on your bike and I have no problem giving him the time he needs to do so. Schedule ahead and pick up when it's done. He stays busy because he's good. It's a little bit of a ride to this shop for me but I will happily take that trip knowing my bike is in good hands and I'm not going to get the run around.

Excellent service, very reasonable prices and the work is done right. I had a few nagging issues with my 2000 Indian Chief which Rob repaired right at a very reasonable price. His diagnostic abilities are first rate and he makes you feel like an old friend. If you want repairs done to your v-twin, Rob is the man to do it. Thank you Sir... Bob Dennis

I have brought my vulcan classic to rob for a couple things now. This guy is and his shop are great. This is my first motorcycle and im super glad i found his shop. Found Rob's shop on a Friday and stopped in for a quick visit to get a "first impression" .. kinda impressed. He was a Harley certified mechanic but not a Harley snob. I saw all makes/models he was working on. So, Saturday, came back for an inspection and asked him the question I have asked at least 3 other shops ... what can I do to my 103 Street Glide to make it RUN. I was expecting the stage 1 or 2 blah blah + 3 to 4 grand typical answer. Instead he pulled out catalogs .. got all excited .. said well we could do this or this etc. So Monday he had my bike .. Friday I got it back .. O my goodness, Christmas all over again. I now have a 107 Street Glide and the $$$$ was total something I could afford. Rob did some extra work for me, treated me and my bike and my $$ with respect ... professional but informal/friendly. Found a home .. check him out. By the way this is my first review ever, so yes I was impressed.

Love this place! Service is impeccable and Rob the owner is nothing but professional. My bike has always come back ready to ride. He s done upgrades and tune ups and can t complain. Small business and you can t beat his prices and the service that comes with it!

Every time I've gone to Rob he has helped out with getting any of my issues resolved. Helped one of my brothers out too. I am thankful a guy like him is around so I don't have to go to the dealership or worry about getting stiffed by a shade tree mechanic.

Absolutely trust Rob for anything. Breath of fresh air dealing with him. Wish I could say the same for others I deal with for everything else.I ve built bikes and still ride hard for over 45 years and have never written a review for anyone else.

I bought a used Sportster 1200 that had a few minor issues so I took it to Rob and he fixed it right up. I also took it in to have it lowered and have the new handlebars installed that Rob recommended. My bike fits me perfect now!

Veteran owned, Solid guy, solid work. This guy is the real deal. Your going to get what you pay for without the arrogant attitudes and prices of the stealerships. Glad I rolled the dice with his shop, it saved me a trip south, money I don't have, and time that I can't get back. Fair enough to me, Thanks .Trust is earned, I'm a customer for life.

Had a great experience and really fair prices. Had my 2018 Road Glide Special 5k services done. The owner was awesome to talk with and really knows his stuff!!! Will definitely be back for further services.

Live close and pass by daily.... stopped in a couple of times and the guy presents himself as arrogant.Today (Saturday) i stopped on my bike and asked if he was doing business or shop upkeep. The answer was "does it look like I'm doing business"? With that attitude im surprised you're in business at all.And missed out on selling 2 tires an oil change inspection and detail. Too bad for you jerk!..After your response..... fair enough. There were no visible hours of operation posted and the response was still very rude. Maybe have a conversation with him about respecting YOUR customers.

The people of KMA have become good friends over the years and continue to take care of me and others. I've been in there countless times and seen first hand how Rob will make the impossible possible. Today alone I witnessed him sale a customer a more expensive tire for the price of a less expensive tire (what the customer wanted but he didn't have in stock) so that the customer could be back on the road by today. He told the same guy he would replace his brake pads for free since he would already have the tire off--even after the customer was expecting to pay what he was quoted from a different shop. I've seen him bleed brakes, fix chains and do countless other minor repairs for cheap to no charge at the benefit and awe of the customer because he thinks it's an easy job. Bottom line he is loyal to his customers and always gets the job done! For all the people crying about getting their feelings hurt because you didn't get to take full advantage of a mom and pop shop that is already doing you a favor--maybe you should ride Vespas or take up crocheting and leave motorcycles to the brothers and sisters who understand the code of loyalty!

Took my 01 Dyna Low Rider here that had sat for a few years. Rob went through it and got her running so smooth that I forgot it was carbureted and not fuel injected. Extremely happy with what he did, and even had my Dad bring him his Road King to get up and running again too.

Great little shop with quality work with very competitive prices. Great knowledgeable and communicated well with me. Would I recommend? "Well yeah" besides that anybody who works on H.D. and Rock's to Dio can take my money all day....lol

Rob is a certified Harley tech and works on all makes and models. Great guy to deal with and so much cheaper than taking it to the dealership where they are waiting to screw you. Take your bike to Rob and get ready to be treated like a friend!!

Best prices around and one heck of a mechanic. I wont let anyone else work on my bike. Got a problem with anything call him. I messed up just the other day and it coulda been costly but he caught it right away. Thanks Rob!!

I"m going to use this place to service my mule 4010 just because I like that the owner responds to negative reviews and totally blows them up with facts from "the other side of the story". The owner doesn't take lip and stands up to keyboard "tough guys" trying to throw shade on his business- I like you Sir and I'll be calling you soon. It's time us reasonable folks stand up to the BS.
