We have been loyal customers for many years and will not take our 1988 Porsche Carrera anywhere else but here. John and Kirk have been reliable, consistent, and trustworthy auto shop partners for our family. Recently, it s become more apparent how their work ethic goes far beyond just getting the job done. They ve driven my family member from the shop to home when they didn t have a ride. Not once but twice. I ve never been more impressed with a business s moral integrity and customer service. They truly care about their clients and work hard to build longstanding relationships with every person who walks through their doors. The shop is one of a kind...and the front desk supervisor kirk was outstanding. Our vehicle needed an engine replacement and he withstood our daily calls, asking "Is it ready yet?" He would answer with the details of the situation in the shop. Never told us he didn't know. He was always on top of what was going on there. I will be taking my business to international going forward!!!!Service: Engine repair

Wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else!! John and Kirk give you that mom and pop shop feel with honest work. Being a woman I recommend them 100 percent. They will be up frount with repair costs before they even work on your vehicle and keep you informed through the process should anything change. They really give you that family feeling, I love it. Thank you guys!!!

International Motors got my truck running as smooth as silk. The price was reasonable, the problem and solution were explained well. I was dealing with engine light and throttle issues for 2 months; I took it to another shop then dealer and ended up nowhere. I wish I found them sooner.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Couldn t figure out what was causing an annoying noise while driving my Dodge Journey. Thought it was the brakes, but had all pads, rotors, and calipers replaced because the guys at brake check told me it would fix the issue. Unfortunately not. The guys here took great care of me and diagnosed the issue quick. My front right wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They were quick to order the part I needed and replaced it in a timely manner. They educated me on the process and informed me that my front left one might need to be replaced in the near future. They didn t try to have me replace both because there was no need to. Just honest hard working guys that get the job done right and look after their customers best interest. Big fan and will continue to bring my vehicles back to international motors. I agree with another reviewer who stated his interactions has always been family like. I have had nothing but positive experiences with both John and Kirk. As a woman I feel they explained car parts/language in a easy manner. I do not feel like they tried to take advantage of me due to my lack of mechanical knowledge. As long as I am in the area I will continue to be a customer of International Motors.

Excellent customer service coupled with the BEST work in Central Texas. My husband and I have been customers for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles. We recommend International Motors 100%!

We took our Suburban here to have the transmission replaced. The customer service is outstanding, every issue was taken care of, and we were charged reasonably for what we needed. The Suburban runs flawlessly now.

John is very trustworthy and cheaper than MOST mechanics around here. Have used his services for 3 different makes and he definitely knows what he is talking about and will simplify for us ladies that don't know mechanic lingo.

I have been using these guys for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. very reasonbly priced and pretty quick turn around on vehicle return. i would recommend them to anybody and have been doing so for years.

Jon at International Motors is excellent! He has fixed both my Daewoo Lanos and my F350. They are quick and the price is reasonable. He does an exceptional job.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I know of two friends who got ripped off here. One of them took his car there for water pump. They fixed it but told him that the car still wouldn't run, due to the engine being no good. Why would you fix it and charge hundreds when you knew it still wouldn't run? Terrible people with no morals. Go to Jessie just up the road!

Horrible customer service experience. The sales-person (who called himself an owner) threw his arms up in the air and demanded that I hit him after complaining about a service in which the messed up. "This is a legitimate business?" I thought to myself.My family has been going here for 8+ years, and I have brought several cars to them in the past before their ownership/manager/ and/or attitutde changed.Kirk is the name of the employee who tried to start a fight with me (I'm half of his age and a recent college graduate). NEVER take a vehicle here. They will overcharge you, and when you complain, they'll actually threaten your life. Take note and act accordingly; don't go here if you value safety.

My experience with John and Kurt has always been family like...What a relief not to have to worry about feeling beat or worked over..Generally work is done right the first time out the door...They even offered me courtesy transportation services....I would refer them in a heartbeat.

Overpriced labor, didn't get anything accomplished accept setting up another calamity for my next trip there. Labor was 10x the cost of the part.
