I ve been bringing my car here for just about everything over the last few years or so- new tires, oil changes, new brakes, etc. And each time I have had a good experience. They always take good care of my car, they are very hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. Definitely recommend them!

John needs to be educated on what the shop is capable of doing. I specifically told him what size of rims and tires that my Dually had and he assured me over and over that he could get it taken care of. I took off work and made plans to drop it off to accommodate the shop to be able to do the work without pressure of someone sitting and waiting. After all of this he doesn t even have the decency to explain to my face. I would be understanding and willing to try again at a later date if he explained that a machine was down or something but he would rather be a coward and send me out the door than smooth out the situation. Poor management

Had an issue with my chevy equinox, brought it to lee and was in and out with no issues and that is one honest man. My business stays here. Thank you Lee for your outstanding effort as well as the goodyear team. Props!!!

Very friendly, honest & professional staff. I called to check on the price for replacing the front brake pads and rotors on a 2013 BMW. I made an appointment for 7 am the next day when they opened. Arrived at my appointment time & my vehicle was immediately being worked on since the parts were ordered the day before. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Large screen TV, kid s table & chairs, usb charging area, free coffee and bottled water. The price was the same as quoted the day before. They didn t try to pressure me to get any add on services. I saved more than 50% by having my brakes and rotors replaced here versus the BMW dealership. I will definitely bring my vehicles here for maintenance. I do recommend an appointment if you want prompt service.

I had an appointment this morning for oil change, used online coupon and ended up paying more. Well honesty goes a long way. Always a customer. Not any more. Dealer time now. They don t even rotate your tires, you have to tell them.

Wonderful shop, so helpful and very honest!I went in for an oil change and to get the tires balanced because my car was feeling unstable at high speeds and the steering wheel was vibrating after a tire rotation at my dealership.They were able to get me in immediately. When I picked up the car Greg explained that they did the balance, but that I would likely still feel the vibration because the tires had worn in a cupping pattern. He explained what can cause cupping and we talked about options to replace the tires since I was about to leave on a 4,000 mile road trip.I took the car home and verified that I was still feeling the vibration, although it was a bit better after the balance, and then went back the next day and replaced the tires. The type of tire they had in stock was different than what I already had on my hybrid and Greg was upfront in telling me that hybrids get the best gas mileage on a low resistance tire and that the tires they had in stock would give me better traction and handling, but that I may notice a slight impact to my miles per gallon.Very happy with the excellent service from Greg and the installation from Jonathon! It's also a nice building with a comfortable waiting room, and I got an email with a detailed invoice after my appointment. I also learned at this appointment that Goodyear does way more than tires, it's a full service repair shop, will absolutely be coming here for all my future maintenance needs.

Took my car here for general diagnosis after replacing spark plugs and still having a misfire. They tried multiple times to sneak in a "two step fuel cleaning" that was $149 and quoted me 3x the price on the parts ($250 when the EXACT same part and brand was $90 anywhere online). I asked if they would install the same part if I could find it cheaper online, they said no. Eventually took the car, ordered the part, and put it in myself. Beware of insane markup on parts and expensive unnecessary addons.

I have a Goodyear account and I visit the one in Temple frequently...this time we went to the Belton location. I think they have great customer service and they go above and beyond to assist you. Two thumbs way up!

Wasn t too sure if they would be able to take care of our problem with a stripped drain plug but they took care of it in a timely manner along with an oil change and was super affordable.SN: The man up front (he said he was new) was nice but seemed a bit defensive when i questioned about the type of oil our car needed, other than that he was nice

I routinely take my car to Goodyear Auto Service in Belton for tire rotation. Recently, I found myself needing to take my car to them for an additional service. I have always been treated respectfully and the manager and employees are extremely helpful, kind and knowledgable. On my most recent visit, John provided me with excellent service. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to do business at this location. I am extremely grateful for their wonderful customer service, their professionalism and knowledge regarding my vehicle's needs.

Managed to get away from getting my Goodyear tires directly from Goodyear. I reached out to them at this location and was provided with a great deal and great customer service. This location is modern clean and centrally located. I recommend them for any and all your automotive needs.

my father went today and was treated so poorly . He had an appointment and they claimed they couldn t help or service him because his tires were too dirty . But other vehicles of even worse condition were having their tires changed out . He went washed his car and came back and still was questioned about the services he wanted done when he said multiple times what he was there for . He was there two hours for a tire alignment. He felt discriminated and felt as if they didn t want to service him because of their poor attitudes . Disappointed to say the least.

Glad my vehicle didn't need a repair! Even if it did, I wasn't gonna let him do it. Simply for their attitude. All 4 employees I encountered had a pessimistic attitude, no welcoming or friendly attitude. I'm sorry they had to come to work.

I came in just before closing Saturday 11/19/22 because my front end had started jerking when I turned hard to the left. I was 2 hrs away from home and had been up since 3:00 am, so I was worried and tired and stressed. All the people working that night took good care of me, looked over my van, found the issue. Though their own mechanic would not be in till Tuesday, the time they took gave me the information I needed for me to decide if it was safe to drive home.

Manager? Amazing. Business atmosphere? Awesome. 10/10 would recommend. He was very quick to put together a quote that was extremely doable. He helped us with the pricing and showed us exactly what was wrong with the car.Much better than the first place we took my car too. Highly recommend

On Sunday I had a tire that kept going low. I really needed to get it repaired to get back on the road for work. It was my company vehicle that uses a lease plan that can sometimes be a bit of a process to get approval for anything.But they managed to get approval for a new tire on a Sunday and had me out of there in less than 2 hours. They worked super fast and fit me in. Super great service and they really helped me out. 10/10 would recommend

I would give o stars if could. Had a 2pm appointment....dropped my truck off at 1:30. Came back at 3:11. Nothing done. Manager just said "sorry." Terrible customer service!

I took my 2018 Audi Q7 in for new tires. Four days after the tires were replaced, my check tire pressure light kept on coming on. I went back to Goodyear to have my tires inspected and was told that the temperature/humidity was setting off the sensors by the front desk. After waiting an hour and a half, I needed to leave for a trip so I left without a technician even checking the pressures. I drove down the road to Kwik Kar Lube and Tune and got into a bay right away. They said the pressures were set too high, which they corrected, and suggested that the car sensors were not installed when Goodyear changed the tires. Needless to say, the gentleman that helped me didn't ask for a dime but I gave him a cash tip for the help.After paying $2,300 for new tires, one would expect that Goodyear would make it their priority to take care of their customer. Unfortunately, this Goodyear was a bad experience and lost my future business

They came to the rescue in a pinch. I had major engine issues, and although I had to pay a bit of money, they were willing to put in a new engine. Not only did they do that, but they were so informative and caring about the ordeal. They were great, and I definitely recommend them.

Recently, purchased $1, 100.00 dollars worth of tires and services. My TMP code came up, checked the sir pressures, all ok! Took it back to them and they added air and stated all sensors were ok. Just needed more air and sent me on my way. As soon as I got on main the code popped back up. So went back! They said all sensors beeped and something else was wrong! Went to Quality tires and they checked my sensors and said one is baid and the other three were at 30 per cent! Fixed at quality tires! Tin addition the tired had 51 lbs of air and the manufacturers recommendation is 35 lbs. So this outfit needs more equipment or training or needs more integrity! Unhappy customer!

Great experience! I was super frustrated this morning when I found my tire had a flat and there was no fixing it and I had to replace all 4 since I have an AWD. I couldn't find anywhere in town that had my tires. I spoke to Greg and he was very helpful. When I arrived, he politely greeted me and stated he remembered our conversation. I felt at ease as he explained the whole process, what tires would be good and why. He gave me the cost upfront and I was contacted in less than 2 hours that my vehicle was done. Right when I walked in, he already had my paperwork ready. Thank you so much for your help, Greg. You made this stressful situation much easier. If you are reading this, thank you for the LRA bumblebee love!

Had my car towed to this location after a popped tire. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to get me back on the road quickly. Javier was especially friendly and made the experience a lot less stressful. Overall, great place. New tire and TPMS sensor took less than 45 minutes!

I came here the last time I had to replace a tire on my Chevy Metro. The service was amazing, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business, and will be back again.

I called at 3 PM on a Saturday looking for a replacement battery on my wife's late model Chrysler sedan. The call was answered in short order, and I was told "yes we can do that". I arrived at the store about 25 minutes later, was greeted promptly at the shop bay by the manager. An hour later I left with a new battery. No issues with customer service. Highly recommended.

Went in to get an oil change and was quoted almost160 bucks and was told my 2011 jetts takes 6 quarts of oil when I know for a fact that it takes 5 quarts. The last time I took it in it was like 86 bucks which was about 4 or 5 months ago. How is it the price doubles in that short of time. I definitely will not be taking any of my vehicles to ANY Goodyear service centers again If I could give less than 1 star I would

I have been a loyal customer of this business for 4 years. I have bought two sets of tires for my vehicle and tires for my wife s Volvo. I took my truck in for an oil and filter change and when the truck was returned, I noticed scratches on the finder. It was apparent that the technician did not use a fender cover. When I asked the manager about the problem,he directed me to a body shop in Temple. The body shop was not able to get the scratches out as they were to deep and would have to be painted. This business did not approve the work that they were responsible for. Now I will pay out of my pocket for the paint work to repair my truck. They have lost my business for good. Honorable Fred Brown
