Part return ( NO receipt) Ryan hooked me up with up with out hesitation. Had the receipt when I left the house.Asked when I purchased and the time frame, verified the card used done and gone.Could have very easily stood on their posted rules.Will definitely be back

This is a great yard with a large selection. I was able to find everything I needed plus more. The people I dealt with were very friendly (thanks Irma!). They have a $3 admission charge, which is less than other yards in the area.I was happy with the prices at first. When first rung up I was told I owed $32 with the 40 day warranty. I stated I was from out of town and would not be back, the warranty was taken off and price dropped to $26.00. If you do not need a warranty, be sure to decline it before you pay.The reason this is not 5 star - I purchased two plastic radiator covers and a grill insert. When I looked at the receipt later, discovered I was charged a $1 core charge for each - what did you expect me to return? Even if I did, what are you going to do with a cracked insert? Each piece was $4.57, so that equates to around a 20% upcharge. Simply raise the price of the item by a $1 and drop this ridiculous core charge. The price would still be reasonable. It just looks like nickel and diming.I recommend this yard but just be sure to understand what you are paying for.

Truly seriously Diana is a god send. I was clueless and needed help and she jumped to do it. I came in an hour after calling she she remembered my voice as well as what I needed. 10/10 would recommend this establishment for parts at a much cheaper rate! THANK YOU DIANA FOR HELPING ME WITH MY BATTERY!

Amazing customer service from the minute you walk in to check out. We were able to find the part we were looking for with the help of the Clerk Juan T. He treated us with a smile and was so kind and attentive. He offered to find vehicles that may also contain the part that we were looking. Guided us on how we can find these vehicles and offered to look for other options if we were unable to find the part in these options. Leena was also as attentive during check out. Communicated efficiently about the warranty and return police. Will recommend to others!

If there s ever a need for a smiling face and a warm welcome come out and visit wrench-a-part in Belton. The vehicles are easily assessable and always some what in order. But great experience every time

Been going here for years now. It's grown to be someplace that's fun. They always have specials and deals to get you in. They are big on social media to keep you interested but don't take their word on store credit for warranty returns. Twice now it has been said to me then when I go to get my credit they say they have no record of it.

That guy who checked me in i believe his name was Randy and that man needs a raise he was happy and very informative and making sure I would miss anything that I might need best experience I've ever had and I've been to the belton location numerous times and he's by far the happiest employee there and this was on a Monday

Rady is awesome, everytime I go there I remember why I appreciate his help. He politely helped me on the phone even while really busy he doesn t become short tempered, then when you get there he s just as nice and efficient in person. If I could give HIM more than 5 stars I would. He also made sure I recieved my fair promotion during a sale while waiting in line. The guy is awesome, thank you Rady!!

Juan was my first encounter over the phone he let me know if the vehicle I was looking for was in the yard which it was. I found the part I was looking for, Lena checked me out and I got over 5 parts including a door handle for less then $30. Thank you both for great customer service!! Merry Christmas!

This is the most well-organized junkyard I've been to their prices are cheap, I came on a day they had 20% off everything except for batteries and 50% off tires, it's Feb 2024 and I got two 15 inch tires and they both were 32 dollars, can't believe that they were both 2020 tires with good tread as well, their core charge and return policy is fantastic, i met the most helpful employee ever Ready (Roudy Rady ) all the employees were kind and helpful, i have nothing bad to say found everything im looking for
