We spent 1 week looking for a Jeep and were very lucky to find Chase this family run auto dealer is very knowledgeable about Jeeps. They made the buying process very easy. We gave them our budget and they found the perfect jeep for use. I highly recommend them.

Chase and everyone there was awesome to work with. He was super patient as we waited out our perfect jeep, and great through the whole process (including tracking down some new wheels and tires for us to get it just as we wanted it and save us some money). He's helped us with a few minor questions since we've bought it, and gone above and beyond in every way. We'll definitely buy another car from Big Tex.

I first saw this Jeep the morning after backing out of another local private party sale here in Arizona. I immediately fell in love with the color and half doors and it s seemingly overall xlnt. cond. After speaking to Chase about its condition he sent me a video of the frame showing zero rust. Its previous owner had also set it up for flat towing and I just happened to be able to borrow a Roadmaster tow bar from a friend. You re always skeptical when buying a vehicle on-line, so I made the 1100 mile trek to pick it up, and if I wasn t happy with it prepared to forfeit my deposit if necessary. As soon as I walked into the dealership and saw the the TJ I knew I made the right choice. Barry, Chase and Tracie were all great to work with and they even took the time to hook the tow bar up, in the rain, while I was inside. By the time I left Belton the rain had stopped and the sky s were opening up. I made it to Las Cruces NM by 10:00pm that night and home in Northern Arizona by 2:00pm the next day. I highly recommend these folks and wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends. Thank you for an enjoyable buying experience and an awesome Jeep.JoePS: took it out for a drive today and received a couple of thumbs up

I recently had an issue with my daughter's 2009 Jeep Wrangler and I called Big Tex Autoplex to check if they could help me fix a transmission issue. Not only did they help me with a video chat but a representative from Big Tex Autoplex drove to my location and identified the problem and fixed it for free. I offered to pay for the time spent and for saving me hundreds of dollars, but he said, "I'm happy to help". Outstanding service and extremely professional. Next time I'm looking to buy a Jeep or get work done, I'm going to Big Tex Autoplex!

Greatest car buying experience ever! I've been looking for a jeep for almost a year and every dealership had been pushy into buying a more expensive model or financing with their firm. NOT Big Tex, Tex was more than happy to let me test drive, sit in and ask as many questions as I could. He helped me find the exact jeep I was looking for. I would one hundred percent shop there again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a jeep. Thanks Big Tex Auto! I'll be enjoying my jeep for years to come.

I bought my Jeep in April 2022. I did sign stating that the jeep comes as is but since I bought it I spent over $1,000 already to fix it. It's been to the garage 4x's so far. So this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Make sure when you buy a jeep from them you do more than a test drive. Because of my experience with them I would not recommend. Customer service was pretty good though.

My name is Tim and I just bought a super clean F150 Lariat 4x4.. This was one of the most effortless and seamless transactions of buying a used vehicle. Chase was very professional and upfront with all information and was very patient with me as my insurance company was working on getting me a claims check.. Tracie was equally professional and proficient having all paperwork ready when I arrived.I highly recommend them and will do business with them in the future..a family owned and operated business 5 stars all around..

Honest and reliable. Chase and family were very helpful and handled all the tedious paperwork and vehicle preparation.I purchased a beautiful dodge ram 3500 in September 2018, and love it.They always have a great selection of very nice vehicles.Would recommend to everyone looking for a dependable, well taken care of vehicle for a fair price.

I came in from over 100 miles away to look at a F150. Truck was in great shape but did have a small issue I wanted taken care of. They went above and beyond expectations to make sure that was taken care of for me and that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Chase is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with and the autoplex itself was a very welcoming place to be. No hassle, no fuss, no run around, no pressure, and phenomenal customer service. The best experience I've had at a car dealer.

Chase and Tracie were great in helping me purchase my truck. I've been to other dealers and never had any luck because of pushy salesmen and bad customer service. Big Tex is a small family run business and makes the whole process super easy and they make you feel right at home. It's awesome to have found fair and honest people to buy from. Highly recommended to anyone looking for your next jeep or truck!

Chase and his Dad took great care of me. I bought this truck while living out of state and had never bought a truck this way. Chase was very honest and upfront about everything, from pricing to every detail regarding the vehicle. He was able to text me back and forth as I worked on financing which was very convenient for me. After not being able to get the truck shipped, Chase's father actually drove the truck all the way from Texas to Arkansas for me!! Can't ask for better customer service than that (especially after the vehicle was already purchased). These guys will shoot you straight and make sure you're happy with your purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chase and his family were absolutely terrific to work with! I ve bought/sold/traded cars 6 times in the last 7 years, and this was by FAR the most painless, pressure-less, easiest dealership I ve ever dealt with! No sleezy salesmen here- just honest, kind, family people! They were so easy to work with, overly accommodating and communicative, and made a typically stressful process literally stress free. To no fault of theirs or ours, we found a small issue with our vehicle when we got home and they wasted no time getting it fixed for us! Top notch customer service!

Excellent car dealership. Military friendly. Clean facility. Clean vehicles. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. No high pressure sales. Highly recommended. Thank you guy's so much for helping us out on my daughter's first major purchase. After all the big name car dealerships in town turned us down because they did not want to use our check in hand pre approved loan from Navy Federal. Instead they wanted to run our credit again and use their banks. You guy's came through with flying colors and helped us out. My daughter and I are extremely happy with the purchase of her 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Would definitely make the trip again from Arlington, Tx. If need be. Thank you all for making it a positive and exceptional car buying experience.

I have bought all of my vehicles from Big Tex Autoplex for the last 10 years. I've bought from them on 4 different occasions (two daily drivers, and two toys). Each experience with them has been great. There is always a great inventory to choose from and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I have made a purchase, the price has been more than fair too! They are also very accommodating, I work on the road and they are willing to handle things over the phone and email with me since I cannot go in person most of the time.I see that there are a couple of bad reviews and I have a hard time believing them. It looks to me to be one of two things. Either sabotage or someone that couldn't ever be pleased to start with. The staff at Big Tex are always polite and straight forward about the vehicle you are purchasing. I have been given a Carfax report for every vehicle I have bought which is nice to see when buying a used car.There are a lot of shady car dealerships out there, and I think most people have run across those types before. You are not going to find a better group to buy a vehicle from! That is why I have only dealt with Big Tex since our first transaction, and will only go to Big Tex in the future for all of my vehicle needs!

Barry, Chase, and Tracie were all wonderful to work with and made the experience as pleasant as possible! They were very patient throughout the week long cluster of a time with the credit union mess and worked with my family and I for an amazing deal on a one of a kind 2005 TJ Willy's jeep! They made my Jeep dreams come true and I will always remember their kindness and family friendly approach. All of the compliments the Willy's Jeep is receiving are immediately being directed to the Simpson Family run dealership!!Also very hard to say no to Chase's adorable daughter Emily!Thank you!!!Maggie

The guys at Big Tex Autoplex were fantastic. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. The deal was agreed to quickly with very little negotiation. They were easy to get in touch with by email, phone, and text. When I got there they had the truck I wanted waiting for me and quickly appraised my truck. In my opinion they were fair and gave me really good value for my trade and were willing to work with me within the parameters of my budget. They even stayed open late to accommodate my work schedule. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for good value, good deals, and good people.

My wife and I were coming in from out of state to look at a vehicle. We had a blow out on our way. We called Chase to set up a time to look at the vehicle and to inquire about local tire companies. He wasted no time in starting to help us. We could have been easily been taken advantage of due to being in a unfamiliar place and so far from home, we weren't. Not only did Chase take care of our car at a great price, he gave us a really fair deal on the vehicle we purchased. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I purchased a jeep earlier this year after walking this lot. Chase spoke with me for a total of a good hour about all of them I was interested in. I made my choice, went through an easy financing process. He included a new bluetooth player and after market steps in the deal. He told me if anything ever happened to call him before taking it in. A few days later I had an issue with the jeep so I called him up. True to his word he took it over himself and had it worked on. We all thought the issue was solved but unfortunately it's not. Anyway I'm not writing to complain about that, I'm writing to let readers know that he didnt stop answering my call when I did have an issue. Good people.

Really great experience buying a Nissan Frontier for our business. Great communication and they held the truck and our appointment to come see and buy it. Another dealership sold a truck 30 min before our appointment when we were driving from out of town. I will recommend Big Tex and look forward to doing business again.

Big Tex Autoplex is so nice, I had to do it twice. Just picked up my 2nd Ford Ranger from this lovely family dealership. There is literally no stress or hassle buying from these guys. They help you every step of the way and even stayed open past closing time so that I could drive off in my new wheels. I will do business with them and recommend everyone else to do so. Best place to buy a vehicle in the U.S.A!!!

From the very second we called and spoke to both Barry and Chase we knew that we didn't want to get a Jeep from anyone else. Their genuine kindness is something you don't come by often. Couldn t have asked for better experience this Saturday. I have been all over from Denton, TX as far as South Austin, TX. This morning Chase made it easy along with his family. My wife and I actually did not end up buying a car from this dealer, due to our loaner not being able to approve it, but our experience here was far above all other dealers we've been to. They were nice, and tried their best to work with us to get a wrangler. On that alone not only would my wife and I recommend them, but we've both agreed that when we can afford to buy a wrangler ourselves this is the first place we are going to.

If you are looking for a used truck or jeep this is the place to go. They have the cleanest best looking vehicles that I have ever seen. I have driven past there thousands of times and have always been very impressed with the vehicles in stock, so much so that I didn't think that it was a place that I could afford to look at, but I was wrong. I will make this place my first stop from now on. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the visit there so much that we never felt like we were shopping for a used car. It was kind of like sitting and talking with a friend and just happened to buy a car before we left. Don't cheat yourself start here first. I personally don't think you'll be disappointed.

I have bought many cars and dealt with all shapes and sizes of car dealerships and car salesmen, but the family at Big Tex Autoplex are by far my favorite. They offer genuinely good deals on great cars, and dont pull any cheap tricks like many other dealerships do. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.Just to make matters better, every car on there lot was in better condition than at any other used car dealership I have been to. You can tell that they really keep there cars in good condition so that the customer gets a vehicle he can rely on!

I bought a Tj from them a couple years ago and it is still running strong. Friendly customer service and fair prices on their Wranglers. If any of my friends are looking for their first Jeep, Big Tex is usually the first thing to come to mind when I think about quality wranglers for sell in one place.If you are looking for a good used TJ or any wrangler, check these guys out.
