A family-run business means that you are not just a case number! Arnold and Jodie keep you informed of the progress of your repair and are diligent in their attention to detail. You have a choice... We always request insurance to assign us here rather than the big corporate chains. We trust Big John's with all our vehicles.

Need a body shop? This is the place! Over the last 20 years, when I have needed body work, I have been taking my vehicles here. Arnold and Jody have always taken care of me and my family. They do excellent work and really care about people getting what they need. Truly a fantastic business and you can be assured that they will take care of your needs as quick as they can.

I hit a deer 3 months ago and my gieco insurance agent recommended big johns to me because they were willing to take in my car and do the tear down for the estimate right away. They did just that and other places would not have even have done the tear down for at least a month. I'm glad they did, cause with the market being what it is I knew alot of parts would be on backorder. So thank you Big Johns Paint and Body for taking the time and working with me and always answering my calls. I know if I had taken my car anywhere else I would still be waiting for it now. Now it looks better than ever.

I got into an accident messed up my hood, front bumper, and head light. From the beginning Big John s handle business like professionals should. They were courteous, honest about prices and time lines, and got the job done. The work was flawless and the car looks brand new. My 2022 VW was involved in an accident, I came here dropped off my vehicle and it was taken care of fast and efficiently. The front office helped me with the rental info and my car was ready to be picked up at the time they expected. It was so stress free!

The absolute best experience I ve ever had with a body shop! Jody and Arnold were patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Jody walked me through the insurance process and it was clear she was experienced and knowledgeable. I would trust them with any vehicle for any repair. And can we talk about the detail?! I needed my front bumper replaced. I took it in to Big John s on Monday morning and they had it ready on Wednesday afternoon. It is the best my pickup has looked in years. Great job!!!

This was truly unpleasant insurance claim and nothing got done . They told us after conversation with them. Send tow to pick up car due to delay in work. Tow says we owe money which put this guy in awkward position. Will never recommend this company ever . Sticking to good honest ppl next time. This was the insurance recommendation . Next time take my own recommendations.

I just picked my truck up from a hail storm repair. Arnold and Jodie and the whole staff are awesome. Super friendly and easy to work with. Arnold and Jodie took care of everything. They did a great job repairing my truck. Unfortunately we have had to get vehicles fixed multiple times, every time we have gone to Big John's Belton and every time we have been extremely satisfied. Great body shop previously took my Subaru for body repair with great results. Went back today after fender bender yesterday. Couldn t get in to several of the brand name body shops in Temple because too busy ? and got seen immediately at Big John s. Told them I was thinking about trading in, fixed within minutes and no charge. Will be my choice for quick, ethical repair work from now on.Service: Body & Trim

Very nice people. They helped me with a minor repair to my bumper. They didn't have an opening that worked with my schedule but came up with an alternate fix that worked and took less than 5 minutes.Thinking outside the box and accommodating.

Big John s is by far the BEST body shop we ve ever used. We have used them several times, and they are consistently the friendliest and most helpful people, and they always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They are very honest with you about all aspects of your repair, no surprises when you pick up your car. Our vehicles have always looked as good as new when we picked them up. Excellent 5 star service and repair. Jody and Arnold and their body shop craftsmen were quick, thorough, and on time. Kept me informed and fixed my truck beautifully. After removing hail dents perfectly on one car, Big John's replaced our bumper and front fender on another car for us. The work they did on the car was 1st rate. They also detected a problem the insurance company missed which was critical to the job. Having my daughter's car repaired here was a great experience. I highly recommend them!ADD ON - I have now had to have two car repairs done and Big John's has given outstanding service. I have had another wonderful experience. I have not a single complaint; no issues at all. They are the best!

Insurance sent us to Big John's for our truck repairs and they are awesome! Super friendly staff and would suggest this company to everyone! They kept us in the loop and the turn around time was great! My truck looked better coming out of this shop than it did before I wrecked it!

I became aware of Big Johns when I happened to be with my son when he dropped off his new Tesla that had a barbell accidentally dropped on it! They have actually taken a number of vehicles there over the years and highly recommend their work! With his positive comments, I decided to drop off my vehicle that had severe garage door dents that required a lot of tailgate work and had been there since it was almost new. Much to my surprise, I was quoted a very fair bid and was charged even less when I picked it up! It is beautiful now. Their work is impeccable. Some one had broken into my truck a few weeks ago and after calling Ford and them telling me it would take 3 days to even look at the truck after dropping off, I looked for other options. I called Big Johns, and after talking to them, they told me to come in. They took a look at it, realized they could provide a temporary fix and got parts information in case of another break in. I was in and out in under an hour. Great experience, and will definitely take my business back there.

I have now taken two of my vehicles to Big John's in Belton, Arnold and his wife are great!!. He is very knowledgeable about repairing vehicles that have been in accidents and his wife ensures that everything goes smoothly on the insurance end of things. I highly recommend anyone that has a vehicle that needs repair from an accident to take it to this business. Again, the owners are great folks who treat you right!!Service: Body & Trim

I drove over some junk in the road on 35 late on a Friday afternoon on the way to Dallas, and the shield under my car was dragging the highway. They were able to cut it off for me even though it was close to closing so I could get back on the road. Don t know what I would have done if they weren t willing to help. They got me back on the road in under 30 minutes, and they didn t even charge me! Very thankful.Service: Body & Trim
