BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! THE SHOP DEVALUED AND REUINED MY TRUCK!!!!!!!The shop had my truck a year and drove our truck over 1000 miles. Employee's phones were connected to the Bluetooth, personal items (mail etc..) were in the truck, all paperwork was out of the glove department, the owner manual was gone, coffee spilled all over the truck. The ceiling fabric and the speakers are falling out of the ceiling, the catalytic converter was stolen out of the truck, all the high-end parts out of the truck are gone, right down to the mud flaps.LIST OF FRAUD AND SUBSTANDARD REPAIRS!1. The front body panel gaps were misaligned due to impact. This vehicle needed to be set up, gauged, and squared to specifications.2. The left rocker panel was not replaced as per the Gewico estimate and was compromised by substandard repair.3. Without using gauges I could see the front wheels had an extensive amount of negative camber. That's where the top of the tires tower inward at the top.4. The left front upper suspension trailering arm was bent and all bushings were damaged.5. The center steering arm was bent.6. The left front tire rod is broken and clamp loose. Dangerous situation!!7. The front differential housing was not replaced as per the Geico estimate and is damaged.8. The rear axle assembly looks to be out of alignment.It has a severe pull to the right and a bump steer to the right.Bumper steer is where the front suspension components are bent and when you hit a bump the vehicle darts right or left.Paint has runs and overspray all over. Painted over the lights.This vehicle is dangerous and should not have been allowed to drive 1300 miles from Texas to California where we live. My husband drove to Texas 3 times after Mr Cambell told him his truck was fixed. The last trip was 6 weeks of going between Geico and the shop with no help. The shop wouldn't give any paperwork. I saved on my deductible, The staff were on top of their game. Overall, I was impressed by my whole experience. I will not go to another collision repair shop w out checking here first.~ David De La Cruz

Stopped by to check on. A buddy of mine that does their bodywork. Drop by bring your car SUV or truck. Ask for Clinton, best body & paint guy around come by and get great service Enjoy

They did a horrible job replacing my bumper looks like i can just rip it off with my hand. Plus it's a different color from the car. 1000 dollar deductible one year later i still feel robbed

They billed my insurance for. A new bumper but only repaired the old one and didnt even pair the while thing to make it look right. They put screws where they do not belong which created new stress points.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into a car accident on Wednesday(7/24/19). I am 19 years old, and I was terrified. These people took such good care of me, and were so sweet and kind. They told me how to go about everything. Not only were they the best priced, but they were the quickest. 10/10 would recommend if you need towing or anything!! (I believe the nice man that helped me was named Joe)My car was already a fixer upper, but after this, it was practically totaled. The kind man told me that they had cars for sale, and I decided to take a gander.Not only was I met with a very kind receptionist, (Thank you Ms.Cindy, by the way) but I found a car in great condition and at an AMAZING price. I managed to set everything up with Mr.Keith, and I am so glad I did! Not only were these people amazing with towing the wreck of my old car, the stars were aligned, and they helped me get into a new one! Thank you Belton Collision Center! You've helped me more than you know, and I will make sure to spread the good word about y'all!!!

I used this business to repair a dent and scrap in my door from someone hitting me, and to fix my bumper that was almost destroyed from rock chips over 4 years. I read the reviews given to Keith s shop (the owener) and got a little nervous to bring my car there because she s like a child to me, and I was really scared it wouldn t turn out like it needed to be. But when I dropped my car off, they called the next day with information about my car, and also over the course of the next few days they had it as well. When we got it back it looked BRAND NEW, and I ve never been happier. I 100% recommend this shop with paint and body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you unfortunately happen to get into a car wreck while on the phone with insurance do not allow them to take your vehicle to belton collision, if you need work done do not consider belton collision . After nearly 1 month the owner never called to give any details on repairs or issues after being rear ended. After calling the owner and asking for updates the only thing I was told was 1 more week. After 1 week passes and having to call again for updates Im told again 1 more week. After hounding the owner for details he let me know it was an issue with the driver seat belt and the part is on back order 2 weeks understandable after 2 weeks and no call again I had to call for details and at this point the owner sounds annoyed. He let me know he ordered the part but it is the wrong part and had to reorder, lack of communication on his end, why he was annoyed beyond me. After 1 more week and having to call yet again for updates Im told the part again was wrong and will be another 2 weeks. After another 2 weeks and having to call AGAIN, I was informed that the vehicle will be ready when it s ready and to stop bothering him as there s nothing he can do after another week of no updates and a total of 2 months and 2 weeks in the shop I call again. The owner answers and decides raising his voice and berating me for wanting an update on my vehicle was the proper response. At no point was I called with updates not was my adjuster your better off lighting your vehicle on fire and buying a new one then having to face this head ache at belton collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Belton Collision was absolutely horrible. The entire facility is unprofessional. The office is dirty and smells like a urinal. The staff is rude and couldn't care less if you are being, or have been assisted. The receptionist/admin assistant's attitude is repulsive--I do however, firmly believe that she is just a product of her work environment. I'm sure she is generally a pleasant person outside of her job. I was given the runaround the entire time that I dealt with them. I picked and dropped off my vehicle to them several times giving them several chances to rectify their shoddy workmanship. Ultimately, I ended up picking up the parts that they ordered and charged my insurance for--but had zero intentions of ever installing to begin with--and bringing my car to another shop. My insurance company even called me and informed me that they believed that Belton Collision was being fraudulent by charging them for brand new dealership parts yet installing used BROKEN parts instead. Bottom line, if you are considering using them at all i would highly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and bring your vehicle to a reputable shop.

I hit a deer with my SUV, they had my vehicle for over a month. When I went to get it after a waiting so long, I could not open my hood and my battery light was on. Also the front bumper was noticeably not matching the frame. I told the lady in the office that my hood would not open, the battery light was on, and it's a new battery. She said the guy who fixed on it would come take a look at it. He did come look and realized that he left off a part. Then I was told it had to be ordered, after they had already had my vehicle for over a month. I took my car back several times, and it still looks horrible, and my battery light is still on. This was an awful situation, being in a wreck, but this body shop just compounded the situation. I gave up on having my vehicle returned to it's previous condition if they had anything to do with it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I would post pictures of my car, but I'm just so disappointed with the work,I'm just going to get rid of the car. Everyone who seeing my car can tell it's been wrecked, with one glance at it, because the front bumper is so off. When you bring a problem up to these people, they try and fast talk you, like you don't have a clue. I'm smart enough to notice shabby work. Then they give you a warranty, that is not really valid, cause the work is so bad, and they don't want you to take it to another shop, cause it voids the warranty.Service: Body & Trim

Don t do it the owner Keith will lie to your face , stuff came up stolen out of my truck, they had it over a year frame is still bent , bed is not on straight, weather stripping on doors not replaced , parts replaced with junkyard parts when I told Keith before he ever started to order parts that I wanted the name brand parts that where on the truck put back on the truck . It was a great truck ! Now it a basket case Nightmare of junkyard parts drives terrible rides horrible, wind noise, check engine light on . Exhaust system was stolen from the truck in front of the shop took Keith 4 month to have it replaced and now check engine light won t go out ! Worsts body shop I ve ever delt with in my life! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND NIGHTMARES!!!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Got my car back and repairs my insurance had already paid for we re not completed, had to go back twice to demand them to be completed. This is INSURANCE FRAUD! They also gave me my vehicle back with my tail light so loose I could pull it out. Staff says they will call back and never do, time frames are always inaccurate. Horrible business, there is still more work they got paid to do that was never done, but the damage isn t as noticeable now and I m tired of dealing with them. BEWARE!!!!

I'd give more stars, if I could.So, my daughter got into a car accident last week. Her first car, malfunctioned.We had the Best wrecker driver. Mr. Joe was so very, good to us. Kind, professional, patient., quick. Just what we needed, after being shaken up from her accident.He let us know that Belton Collision also sells vehicles, which we were obviously in need of, now.Thank goodness!We found a great deal on a vehicle with Mr.Keith, there in the office!Again, we were treated so kindly, and professionally.It's so very nice to find good folks in this world, especially when things are rough.Will Most definitely reccomend both of those gentlemen, and Belton Collision Center/Wrecker service, to anyone we'd know in need.Thank you so very much, Sirs.

We were told at the time of our accident that the vehicle would be ready in a week, it has now been over a month. Belton Collision keeps requesting supplemental checks from insurance, however, they don't inform you what all of it is for or keep you updated on the progress of repairs. They have lied about 5 times to us and the insurance about when the car would be ready and have spoken very disrespectfully to my husband and I. They will also dodge your calls when you try to call to check status of repairs or get an estimate of completion. The owner has made empty promises and doesn't follow through on any of them. If you want honest and good work done on your car, this is not the place for you. --Now I have gotten my car back and taken it to another repair shop and they have actually documented all the parts that Belton Collision not only didn't replace or buy new (though insurance paid them to), but they actually glued some of my broken parts back on!!

My mother was involved in a wreck on Wednesday June 3rd. The police on the scene said my mother's jeep needed to be towed and assisted my mom by calling a tow company not knowing who. The Tow driver came much later after my mother had already got a ride home. My mother filed a claim with State Farm and told them where she wanted the vehicle to be repaired at (not this place). State Farm has called to give authorization to take the jeep elsewhere and a tow truck has been sent out multiple times only for the owner to refuse to release my mother's jeep to the tow truck driver to take elsewhere. He also left my mother's vehicle unlocked and it was off the side of the highway where anyone could damage it and/or steal items out of it without having to break into it. They left my mother's caution lights on so her battery is now dead as well. So here we are 2 days later and the jeep is not at the destination we want to even be evaluated to see what repairs can be made and we could of had everything stolen. The owner swears State Farm never called yet State Farm has every record from every time they contacted him with date and time and the conversation spoken all recorded. We will be making a police report tomorrow! Next attempt for the tow truck to cone and get her jeep we will wait at his business to make sure the jeep gets towed which is absurd that we have to do this! The guy apparently commits insurance fraud on the regular. State Farm has contacted him again refusing to pay him a penny after the first night for storage fees. Thank goodness our car insurance is amazing and fights tooth and nail for us!

They are truly great in quality and service to offer. They also work with helping the best they can with the auto deductible. Cindy is the best at keeping you up to date with what is going on with your vehicle . I truly recommend them and I will most definitely use their services again if I need to .

The state troopers got my truck towed 30 mins after I leave it and go get gas on friday. Found out these guys had it. So that flowing Tuesday was the earliest I could pick it up. When I do pick it up I look thru it and cames to find out they took my bags of tools that I used to live. I'm a Master Mechanic and these people are aware of that andstill decided to say they didn't. I had lock my truck upon leaving and they said the truck was unlocked . If that was the case why was my back door open along with the hatch. My doors were locked so how did they get in my car. I know they had to but that's just one door should be driver door

The most horribe experience i have experienced, after numerous phone calls about my car that was towed by them due to my wreck, no answer and when they finally did, the owner straight up lied to my insurance agent and hung on him and myself as well

Would give it 0 stars but it doesnt let me. This is a horrible shop. Had work done there after an accident and work that should have been done in a month at most took them about 2. After traveling there from home 5 hours away because "it was ready" turns out as I was driving off the tire they "fixed" was loose and missing parts. The only thing the owner Keith could do is blame everyone but himself. He blamed the adjustment shop, insurance co, the worker, adjuster, and so on... He says "I back up my work" now going on 8 months and just recently recieved the smallest piece you could think of that they had sitting in their shop all this time. He has yet to fix what is wrong with my vehicle.

Since I have started towing with the business people are not always happy when their car gets towed by the police or off of somebody else's property. And I have a lot of fast reviews not even customers that we worked on their vehicles

My car got in pounded and I tried to call and get it out the same day but they would not answer the phone they say there 24 hrs service but send calls to Keith's voice mail and no one calls back this is way to get two days storage from you very bad business and they are on the city and county town list

Was told they would have my vehicle for 3 days and the most I would have to pay was 288.00 ---- well needless to say they had my truck 15days and tried to charge my insurance $1800.00 more than the original check of $1322.81 the receptionist Angel very rude smacking and eating while on phone said she was in charge of everything there the owner Keith is just that the owner. Always changed up what they needed and all that for a FENDER BENDER!!!! --- Will NEVER recommend this place

The owner is so unprofessional. They didn't finished the job. Told me a price and now gave another price. I gave him 2 chances, and they didn't finished the job. They screamed at me. Avoid this shop!!!!!! The most unprofessional staff I've ever worked with. They are completely incompetent especially the owner. I had to call them they would never inform me what was going on. they let it leave the shop broken and never informed me of these broken parts they decided not to fix but charged me for anyways. Once you make a complaint they fully avoid you.
