Needed some vvts for a chevy. Benji helped me out, twice. Amazing service, friendy and knew his freakin job. Those 3 in the same customer experience event is unheard of. Because of Benji, AutoZone Belton is the only auto store from now on.

The girl that helped me was from Germany I believe and she was able to help me use my gift card even though I didn't have the physical card anymore and that was very above and beyond

Had a few simple questions about getting a new battery same-day delivered. John answered the phone at the local store and was immediately rude for some reason. I guess he's having a bad day. Unacceptable to take it out on your customers for no reason. Good thing I have other local options of where to spend my money!

Expensive. I bought a headlight bulb for my navigator it cost $113.00. I found the same bulb on Amazon for $27.00.

First rate customer service during my visit. If you read my other reviews, I often mention that the employees make the business. This AutoZone location is no exception. I felt like a valued customer and the staff made sure I was aware of current offers and sales. This basic gesture of sales and customer care ensured I received the product I wanted (windshield wipers) but also left with windshield washer fluid, all for the same price. BAM! Great service! The staff visually inspected my wipers to ensure fitment and then offered to change the wipers on my truck for me, which is another nice perk. My visit was Sunday 29 January 2023 at 1400 hrs and the staff who assisted me seemed passionate about cars/trucks and customer service.

I came in today with my beat up 07 ford ranger to get my check engine light cleared since my reader was not working at home. The reader was not working at autozone either, so the issue was with my truck. I think his name was Charlie, but he went out of his way to check all of my fuses though he certainly did not have to. Though we didn t get the issue resolved then, he gave me instruction on how to fix the issue at home. I appreciate his help, I cannot say I have had any other autozone employees check beyond the reader

Spoke with John on the phone to inquire about parts. He seems to be very knowledgeable about products however he comes off very rude when your speaking with him. Word of advice: keep him off the phone calls and doing something else. He obviously doesn't have the patience for customer service.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The guys at the AutoZone were awesome. George and his co-worker (who I wish I had gotten his name) made all the difference. My car had broken down and they cared enough about my situation to troubleshoot and get me back on the road.

What rubbish of parts does AutoZone sell? I bought a Torque converter or turbine and it doesn't work because you don't try what they sell before bending, they charged me 600 to install and who is going to reimburse me for that,.......? nobody do not buy things in AutoZone do not lose your money

I gave all the correct information about my truck in order to get parts for my brakes and I had to go up there 3 times in order to get all the right parts. The gentleman who I talked to on the phone the day before I picked everything up ended up blaming it on me instead of taking responsibility. Maybe if he wasn't on the phone helping me and then trying to help someone else in store, then maybe he would have gotten it right. I will never give this AutoZone my business again. I'm hoping that the Temple store is better than the Belton location.

Been going there more frequently after I decided to do more work on my own vehicles. Always easy visit. Either order ahead or talk to one of the folks behind the desk, they usually help or give good advice on whatever you might be working on.

Called to ask about a part the passenger side break caliber and the man told us they had to order it and was told we had to come in and pay for it which we did. I repeated and repeated what we needed when I got there. The guy helping had no clue what to do how to user the computer the supervisor came to help and was still awful service. They said the part would be there the next day and I would get a call. Waiting all day and no call so I called to check and it was there. We picked it up took it home to take the car apart and it s the wrong side . Seriously so I call speak to the Girl manager and they said the closest one was Waco or Killeen or it would be tomorrow. Here I am thinking why wasn t I offered to go pick it up in killeen when I called about it prior well anyways we get told it s out at the Auto Zone on Stan Schluter and then when I get there I would get a discount. So drive 25 min there and no discount. I called the Belton location back and told them we wasn t not given a discount for there mistake and she stated come in the morning and she will take care of me. So I go in today and no offer of anything. Poooor pooor service!!!

They have great customer service! I told the guy that I didn't know how to check my oil he came out with a smile on his face and checked it for me. He even provided education on how to check the oil and how to tell the difference in when the oil is really bad. He even suggested that I not make my trip back home without getting my oil changed...I wish I paid closer attention to his name, I would call his supervisor myself...

The women employee in there, was really rude to an eldery employee while I was at this store. I do not applaud this behavior on anyone. The other employees where nice and polite.

The staff at this location went above and beyond. I drove from Waco this morning to do a quick trip and my battery was dead. The staff even put the new battery on. They made sure my truck started before they sent me on my way. What a blessing it was to come here and have such a great experience.

Absolutely love this place, never going anywhere else to get my oil changed. Great friendly service, and made sure to include me in all the decisions about my vehicle. Prices was amazing for everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. Special shout out to David and Braden for working on my truck today.

My wife and I were in town for the day, and had suffered a battery failure on our old BMW. After a jump start, we hobbled down to the Auto Zone and met Quincy. We were concerned that it could be a big problem, but Quincy quickly checked the battery and confirmed it was likely the only issue. We paid a fair price for a great battery, and despite the battery harness on my car being relatively complicated, Auto Zone provided tools and Quincy provided assurance while he walked us through the entire process. 20 minutes later, our car is driving smooth again. Thank you to Auto Zone for being there, and thank you to Quincy for the truly exceptional service.

Well as far as auto zone goes this one is on par with the others with what they offer. The real difference is in the people working at this one specifically. I've been here several times and it's always been a good experience for me. I can recommend this place to you because I will keep going there with my own money.

I would really like to thank David and Ramon for helping my son last night. These two gentlemen went pass the call of duty to help my son when he had a tire blow out on the interstate. Once they closed for the evening they took a lugnut wrench out to him (That I had purchased over the phone) on the side of the road and assisted him with changing the tire and getting him back on his way. These two men are the example of what a great employee should be, they went the extra mile to help a loyal customer and they did it not looking for any type of praise or reward. Two very stand up guys.....Thank you again David and Ramon for your help.
