Huge shout out to Eric the tow truck driver and Will at the Auto Clinic for saving our company van yesterday! We were stranded in between Houston on the way to New Braunfels on a new Chicken Salad Chic restaurant we are building and our van broke down. I found them on google and they not only picked us up within 15 min of my call, But had our van up and running by 3pm, so they Same day! They even gave my technicians a ride to get some food while they waited. Huge appreciation for all you do and we truly thank you for saving the day for us yesterday!!!Lisa with L H&H Plumbing

As a Google Local Guide, I take some things very seriously and never fail to give a full five stars to those establishments which truly deserve it. I am glad to say that Auto Clinic fits the bill. The service - exceptional. The people - amazing. The integrity - absolutely present. These three things are what set Auto Clinic aside in my mind as a cut above the rest in the entirety of Austin County. They will certainly have my service should I come in need of it again.

Best service I have ever experienced. I am so thankful for the friendly hospitality! Mr. William knows his stuff very well and I know I can always trust him to tell me the truth and give me the best deal I can get. I will never use another mechanic again!

Don't go there William is ripping people off and not doing anything and judging by westmusic1000 comments I ain't the only oneCustomer service is bad he acts like he just doesn't know what to do and wont fix the problem he will create more problems and charge you for things he is not doing as well please boycott this place or you will be sorryHe is gonna charge you for not fixing your car all his old workers have told his truth he is out to get in your pockets for things that has nothing to do with really fixing your vehicle I wouldn't give this place one star bad choice I tell you again do not go there for nothing

Worst place I can tell other reviews are for entertainment purposes $114 for transmission fluid check that he said needed some first then said it was full asked for dignostic didn't get one I have invoice and will post pictures to show how this place is a rip off wish I could not give this place 1 star it doesn't deserve he had car for 5 days for me to come on my own and get it because he wouldn't answer phone or call me to give an update if you wanna pay for him to have your car sitting and not do anything be my guess I promise you will learn quickly and another thing he doesn't have his own prices he goes to Google and looks it up
