I wish I could give them no stars. Came for an oil change last Tuesday, and drove on my car for a week. Oil light kept flashing, come to find out at a mechanic shop there is NO OIL in my car. Mechanic told me there s no leak, nothing wrong on my end. And now when I try to contact the direct store no one is answering the phone. Ridiculous.

Got an oil change here and found out nearly 2 days later that they did not reconnect my air intake hose when my dashboard lit up.This is the 2nd time this same place has done this. If you don't want to risk damaging your car, don't come here for servicing.

I came with my brother to get an oil change. We sat in the car for 20 mins and nobody even came up to our car to say hello and ask us what we wanted. We eventually left. Save your time and don t come here. There are better and more reliable places for an oil change. The irony is that their store name is Take 5 lol. More like take forever!!

I waited an hour before my turn!!! Wow, I ve been to several locations on Saturday and this was ridiculous. There were 5 mechanics and they would work on one car at a time? Three garages and they had a line in each garage you would think they would try to get us out lane advertised but no! We were the third car in our garage and it took us an hour??? The gentlemen that was running his mouth was just distracting the employees who actually were working. That guy would just ask for your information and then chat. If there is a line I would not suggest coming here if you are wanting an oil change in 5 minutes. This was an hour plus for a routine oil change the video is to show how I m in the middle garage and the three employees are all working on the car to the left?

Both manager Kaleb and the tech Jesus were very friendly, informative, and efficient at their job.It was a quick and pleasant experience to have the oil change and the state inspection done.I will recommend this place to everyone.

We pulled up and the man that attended us at first was rude. In a rude manner and tone asked what it was that we wanted. It s an oil change facility. It s not like I was there to get my breaks checked. After he let us in the bay, they couldn t find my vin number cause the car Is a Honda, made in Mexico. I m here on vacation, and heading back to Mexico tomorrow so wanted to get the oils changed. They said they couldn t provide service since my car didn t have a vin number for them to scan on my door jamb. Just shows how friendly those guys were, and how profesional the company is. Couldn t provide service just cause they couldn t scan a vin.

Fabulous for drive thru service for inspections and oil changes, etc. Really like the concept of staying in the car, got my inspection done during my lunch break and still had time to grab some lunch! Convenient locations and stay open until 8:00!, which is great for those of us who work, very fast and friendly service!!

Not for people who would like things to get done fast. I waited from 8:30 to 10:06. The oil change started around 9:30 and not finished until 10:13. Writing the review while waiting for oil change to be done. Staffs are nice but it s not efficient. If you would like something quick this location is not the best option.

I got here at 345pm and leaving at 5pm. When I first got there I waited 10 minutes ( no problem). The Caucasian female with the face tatto was rude upon arrival. Attitude literally the moment I pulled up. Three workers, I wait for 30 minutes in the car, no one asked me what oil, what services. I fell asleep. At this point I'm thinking about leaving but the manager starts on my car... did I mention at one point all 3 were working on 1 car. The young lady stopped and got on her cell for the next 15 minutes as I'm sitting in the car. I did ask how long I was told 10 minutes. Once again, she's dealing with a bad day or her attitude just stucks. She was also speaking badly by the guy who fixed my car to the manager when I first pulled up. Maybe because he had on his Domino's Pizza shirt and not his uniform .Now, 3 cars have been completed since I pulled up. The young man starts (he was nice). He finished in 25 minutes after he starts. My car dash says no oil change. I asked him to reset it... like I do EVERYTIME at the other location.He asked the young lady with the tattoo on her face ( still looks angry to be at work) to assist him with the computer the internet is not working. She bluntly says NO, " use your phone". He says I don't have wifi. She looks very frustrated with him.He tries to fix it. 1 attempt and he goes and ask her a question. She says we really shouldn't be doing this... meaning fixing the oil change sign. "We don't do stuff like that" . When did that start because EVERYWHERE i go they fix it. So he walks back in to tell me. At this point I'm about to get out of character (say something to her and the manager) so I leave because I know it would not be good.$113 oil change...... over hour and 20 minutes, attitudes,no apologies for delay and an employee getting mad at the ONLY staff trying to be professional is beyond ridiculous.I NEVER leave reviews but today I had time. Send people home when they have attitudes. Explain or apologize for delays.Don't come here. The reviews are a mess. I should have read them.

When I pulled in, Candace (Cee Cee) told me where to pull up and when the next person came in behind me, she passed by my car and went to the other vehicle to take care of him first. This is not OK at any place of business.The other thing was, I was told an oil change was $49.99 over the phone, but it changed to $81 when I got there. I understand the prices can change if your car requires synthetic oil, but other places informed me of that upfront when I called on the phone.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Take 5. I sat in my car in the bay without a single person saying "Hello" or "I'll be with you soon. I was also given a coupon by the customer service person I spoke to on the phone about pricing. The coupon was for $15 off an oil change. The person I spoke to was aware that I wanted the least expensive service. When I told the tech that I had a coupon he said I couldn't use it and that he would get in trouble if he accepted it. He finally let me use it when I agreed to purchase an air filter. I will never return to Take 5.

Writing this as I wait in line right now. I ve been here for almost 3 damn hours and I can t leave because the line is packed. The guy let a guy skip me who came way after I ve been here. I ve been calling customer service and no one picks up, I need an explanation or some type of answer from the owner or customer service.

I use take five for a while now. I use to go to the westchase one but have a bad experience. This near my job is awesome, fast service, the staff is friendly and very informative. They give me my options and benefits and didn t feel pushed to buy extra products or services. Highly recommend this location

The first experience with take 5 and it was THE WORST!!! I was there for close to 1.5 hours for an inspection. Worst part is that is that some other cars came after me and left before me!! Apparently the workers picks and choose who they want to service first. They also try to multitask and leave cars unattended in the bay for several minutes. A huge waste of time, so inefficient. Will NEVER go back to this take 5 again. Simply unbelievable.

Took ages! For a place that advertises a speedy oil change you d think they wouldn t drag their heels. Was there for an hour and fifteen minutes, and nearly 45 of those minutes were spent sitting in a bay with no employees in sight.

The take 5 young 2 man was awesome. They had an hard time with an custermer ahead of me. But was so professional with me, even thou this custmer go out his car yelling at this guy. Job well done thk u 2 young man.

If you are black please don t go there. I was not feeling welcome there. Since you pull up their bodies languages will tell you. Please go to another location where you can feel welcome. The way they talk and the way they look at you . I will Never go back to that location again.

Take 5? More like take an hour and a half! Going to be going to Valvoline Instant Oil Change from now on and so should you. I was next in line and they still managed to take 1.5 hours. They were nice though, just very slow.

Came at 7:40am on a Wednesday they open at 7:00am according to their hours. It s now 8:06am and there s no one here. All garages locked. Called their CS# I was told to pull forward in hopes that it will trigger an alarm just in case there s someone inside. This is unheard of! I ve seen people get late to open their businesses but an hour plus??

Mr. Osmund was very professional and promptly corrected my automobile oil & transmission fluids check in less than 5 minutes and I was very impressed on how accurately he assessed my engine oil & transmission fluid check and top off.Mr. Osmund deserves a Double Diamond Five Star Meritorious Award for his outstanding performance and and accurate assessment of my engine fluid general checkup.

I came when it was almost closing time but Kevin and Candace were still happy to fit me in. They worked quickly together to make my experience great, and even managed to fit one last person in that pulled up shortly after me. It s hard to find a good customer service especially after a long day so I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could. This was my first time coming to take 5 for an oil change, and because of them, I will be back when it s time for my next one!

Always fast. Usually somewhat of an attitude.Leaving bad review because last time I was there, my tires were filled to a very unsafe level. 48 psi when recommended is 33 psi. I talked with an employee about it the next day. They said well, it wasn t me, so . I tried their services once more a few months later. This time my tires are all at 26 psi. Not going back. Not ok.

The staff here is great. With working from home going right into retirement. I was barely driving. I would go in every 6 mo anyway and was alway told all fine, they didn t try to do oil change didn t need, that s why this is my go to.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, ExhaustServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust

Hour and a half to get inspection and oil change one car in the bays and no one else in front of me They need to change that 5 minute name. Coupon for free safety inspection with oil change is not the state inspection. Still had to pay full price for inspection for the emissions part

They were amazing. I was literally surprised how fast and easy the service was. Definitely get your oil change and state inspection with them. The one closest to me couldn't get me set up for inspection until Sunday which is understandable. However I needed to head out of town that same day.I had to go to the one on Bellaire..yet it was definitely worth the drive. Great job! Will definitely be back when necessary!
