Brand new rim, Completely nick from the hub cap after having a new tire installed at this shop. Went back to try and have them make it right. They denied that there machine touches that part and showed me only one of the adapters, When I know balance machines have multiple adapters.

It was first experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care. My car needed a state car inspection. I had visited in person earlier in the morning where I was given clear expectations when it comes to waiting time, cost and schedule deadline. I came back three hours later. The waiting time was reasonable for both the inspection and the subsequent repair (1h15 total). The team also let me know there was an oil leak and a dirty air filter that needed care and also how much this may cost. My experience was so positive that I scheduled repairs for the following week.

visiting from Austin and really needed tire care. This shop is SO nice. Houston's lucky, it's hard to find nice shops in Austin. I'm coming back tomorrow to service other things.

I made an appointment for wheel alignment to my car. I showed app 5 minutes before my appointment time.The guys took my information and told me he would be right with me to get some information from the car. I waited 55 minutes outside for anyone to show up.At no time did he or anyone else stop by to talk to me or to say they're running late or have any communication with me.They show a complete lack of disrespect for my time and their appointment scheduleWhat a waist of time.

Terrible experience!! They have no respect for your time. I just came here to check the tire that constantly showing low pressure signal. I came in at 9am and I was told that work will be done in 1.30hrs. Even after waiting more than 2 hrs my car is still in the place where I parked. It's indefinite waiting and no one has a clear answer as to when the work will be done. For sure, not coming here anymore. Will encourage everyone whom I know to keep off from this highly unprofessional and irresponsible place.

Let me start by saying we have been coming here for about 10 years, but it seems this was the last time; I won t say how many cars , to this big corporation, that means nothing , took my car for alignment, they said it was something else , paid $800.00 plus the price for the alignment, the problem that I went there for was still not resolved, unfortunately my father is sick in another country, parked the car in the garage, came back 3 weeks later , tried to talk to them and they said I was the one who suggested the work that they did, now my engine light is on and they want additional $140.00, even though it s their fault, if you come here get everything in writing. Going somewhere else from now on.

When you make an appointment, there is always some excuse that you must wait 1 to 2 hours before your car is serviced. What is the point of an appointment! Customer Service sucks. Workers are ALWAYS standing around talking. I only come now for my lifetime alignment because service is so bad. It's like the employees could careless.

Positive experience with Bellaire Firestone. Have used for numerous years as they have always provided professional service. Advisor in front office named Froso is one of the most knowledgeable in the car repair/maintenance aspects, very through and explains details of what service needs to be performed. Will certainly use again!

Stephanie and Frosa are awesome. I had taken my car to two other mechanics due to a vaccum line issue. They both petty much refused to work on it. These guys got me in day of, were incredibly speedy and were so nice and helpful. Honest, which is not easy to find in Houston.

These thieves charged me $500 something for my brakes in the initial evaluation. Went back to drop my car the next day it skipped upwards by $600 all the way $1100 plus. Telling me that they missed rotors in the initial inspections. Nonsense! What happened to honoring the given estimate? Took my car elsewhere and got EVERYTHING done for $389 and change! Firestone needs firing!!!

Absolutely terrible service. My appointment was set for 9am and I arrived early and my car was not started by 9:15. Sean (I m guessing the manager ) tried to debate with me that my appointment was for 9:30, which my confirmation email says 9 am. That s not the issue. I came in for 2 things An alignment and a engine air filter. He tried to add on a cabin air filter (which I did not ask for because my uncle JUST changed it). Without even looking at my car he said I needed it because it was recommended in 2020 so you think I haven t had it changed in 2 years??? He tried to hustle me. Not even that.. when I first walked in I asked him did he know he had a car on the lot that was parked across 3 spots. He said yes it s an employee s. What type of customer service or management is that. I had to tell them to give me my keys so I could get up outta there

Made an appt, dropped my car off at 9am, they said it would be ready at 10:30 but I ended up sitting there until noon before my car would be done! Not happy!

I ll never come back to this location. I rarely (I may have never) leave a bad review for any business. I feel like I need to warn the next customer, tho. Carlos is rude and honestly, I think they just come up with things your car needs to pass inspection. And they didn t align the tires I just bought after clarifying that this morning, so I ll be here another 45 minutes. Carlos seems irritated that he had to take his Air Pods out to talk to me. Maybe if he would take them out, he could communicate more effectively.Service: Tires

I have to give them one star to be able to give my review or opinion for this place . I will never come back to this place. Bad service, bad attitude . They Make you wait for hours to tell you oh they couldn't do none to your car cause it does not pass the inspection. Bs I say, came for an alignment and left with none fixed in my car cause they were charging me some $300+ to fix some small in my tire to be able to get my alignment done. 3 hrs wait for none. If you ready to wait hrs and leave disappointed come get work done and talk to Carlos.

I had a 4 hour wait for a 1 hour given estimate. It was especially annoying seeing a 5 minute oil change shop across the street churning out customers like clockwork. 110 dollar oil change for a midsize hyundai.

I came here to get a second opinion about steering/suspension work suggested by the dealer. The checkup is $22 and they said it would be about 90 minutes. After 90 minutes they showed me what they found and gave me an estimate to fix it. Their price was very close to the dealer cost (and they would use after-market parts). So, I'm checking with the Goodyear shop (Bellaire Tire & Service) across the street that has much better reviews and was suggested by my neighbor. See my Bellaire Tire & Service review!

Stephanie and the team at Firestone complete Auto Care took care of me when I needed it most. I got a flat tire and was really up the creek so to speak. They did not have the tire in stock ( kind of a weird size ) but they went out of their way to go pick it up from another store and bring it back to this one to get me back on the road. Thank you again for everything that you do

Today we had to go to Firestone when I entered the store the floor was wet and then I fell, and the employees didn t even ask if I was OK that is very poor customer service by the way there was no wet floor sign

I went here to do my oil change and wheel alignment. I purchased their lifetime wheel alignment, which is very much worth it as long as you keep your vehicle. Their reception area and lobby are very clean. No complaints so far. I stopped in just to get a tire plugged and was told 1 hour and 45 minutes later that they could not do it because of the location of the area needing plugged & depleting tread. No problem, I understand you can't do it but to waste my time and allow me to sit assuming work was being done is inconsiderate and terrible customer service. I asked why could no one tell me beforehand and they had no answers. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience.Service: Tires
