Purchased some tires at website. Live in San Antonio, but bought these tires for my son who lives in Beeville. Beeville walmart sucks! They made excuses and stated they could not install tires. Said car was to low. I Purchased tires, waited a week ,and no install.

Paid for tires at Walmart online and set appointment, showed up to my appointment 20 min early, while I was there they were finding all kinds of reasons to turn people away. While we were there 3 people got turned away including us after purchasing tires and setting appointment. We will never go there again!! They were short staffed so did not want to get to much work so the staff they had would not get overwhelmed instead of just communicating to customers.

This particular location used to be great, we have bought sets of tires for all our vehicles. However, lately their service has been horrible. Recently we took one of our vehicles to have the tires checked on a Friday, and then the tire light came on again. I took the vehicle back Saturday morning (7 am) and was asked to return because there was only one worker. I came back around 11 am and dropped off the vehicle, showed the nail in the middle of tire and was asked to pick it up around 5 pm. When I picked the vehicle I was told that the nail was not removed because it didn t go through and they didn t think I wanted to buy a new tire. They didn t give me the option to make a choice. I asked if the TPMS were checked and the worker stated no, they have the machine to check the sensor; however, the manager who doesn t come to work until tomorrow is the only one who knows how to use the machine. Needless to say, we took the vehicle to Superior Auto and will not be buying anymore tires from Walmart Auto Center!

Took my Corvette in for an oil change and a tire repair. I also asked them to replace my wipers. I pull up walk to garage door and ask a worker who was washing his hands "Who do I speak to about an oil change?" Another worker walking away rudely says " It's going to be an hour and a half" as he continues to walk away as if I was a bother. Another worker warned me that my car might be too low for them to do it. Understandable but I still needed wipers and a tire repair. This was about 4pm. I told the guy I'd be back later. Showed up to pick it up and was given a paper that stated " Cancelled too low". They didn't fix the tire or put wipers. What a waste of time not even a courtesy call. Someone obviously did not want to work.

So I went to get a tire from here and told them I wanted the cheapest tire they had I checked online prior to that so I saw the prices I asked if I could pay ahead so I can see what tire I was go to get at what price the guy told me no when I come back I can see the price so I did and it came out to$100 even though the lowest price they had that fit my car was like $55 I asked him before I paid he said it was but kept mumbling and not looking at me while I was talking to him about it and was very rude his name was Cleveland by the way I just don t understand how your going to lie to me because I m a woman and don t know about cars so automatically raise the price because I don t know better right??!! So instead he gave me the $ 73 one amazing

If I can give it zero stars I would. I took my car (Dodge Challenger) in to have the two back tires replaced. The technician claimed that he couldn t change the tires because my car was to low & there jacks didn t go as high as it needed to , to remove the tires. That s the lamest excuse I have ever heard.

They usually take good care of me here, a little slow but inexpensive and thorough. But for a few days in March, the auto care center was closed for some reason. There were no signs on the bay doors where you pull up -- they were just closed and the shop was empty.When I went inside to inquire, the lady just said it was closed.

At least 90 minutes for a simple tire install. The tire tech was nice but I should have gone elewhere even if it cost marginally more. Not a huge deal but extremely frustrating.

Horrible place. Lady at lube cashier told me i could not wait for my car inside of the tire area. There was no one near me.... That i need to leave and walk around the store but i was waiting for my car. She is so retarted

Website said they were open until 7 but when pulled up at 5:30 pm they said they could put a tire on our spare but they were going home.

The job was not completely finished but when I told them the floor manager got on it and finished the job himself. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing.

Took forever to change my tires after a previous visit where they did the damage of tightening my bolts. Came at 12 noon and left at closing. Whole day wasted.

Poor customer service. Horrible attitude... untrained staff. Took 2 and half hours for a simple oil change.

It's the worst. I showed up a little bit after they opened there is no one there to work on cars because the worker was a no-call no-show the managers just running around not knowing what to do. I left.
