Had been putting off replacing because of cost. Tires on the front were really bad, wires showing kinda bad. Was able to get a couple of tires from them at a price we could afford, quickly with friendly and helpful service! Would highly recommend Tio Tire for all your tire needs! Will definitely be returning to give them our business in the future as well! Thank you guy's at Tio Tire, I feel so much safer on the road!

In Beeville for business and woke up to low tire pressure on the rental car. Pulled into Tio s and they quickly patched the tire and got me on my way. Very professional and courteous. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly!

I am 74 years old, imagine how many sets of tires I have purchased. This is the worst place to buy Tires.I purchased full set of tires. I got 10 miles down the road with them being out of balance. The low tire pressure came on.I turned around and went back to shop. I was a little upset but the owner as he explained to me , that if I didn't like the service he did not care and maybe could come back when he would let me.Tires still out of balance , I will take to another shop to get fixed.

Tio Tire, what happened? You used to be a fantastic business. Maybe it was just a bad month. I visited the store last Thursday to get new tires mounted on my rims. I asked how much the cost would be. I was told $10 to dismount, $10 to remount and $5 disposal of my old tires. As usual, they did a fantastic job and finished. The mount was just like I asked. Great job! I paid for the service and was charged $120 for the four tires. When i got home, I realized that I was overcharged and figured I would discuss the overcharge when I returned. Two days later, I returned with my last tire for the same service and mentioned the overcharge. First, the representative said he knew nothing about it. I pointed out that he was standing and watching the transaction when it happened. Then he apologized and said he would make good on the overcharge. When i went to pay for the last tire, he said that he would "ONLY" charge me $25. Wait, that is the originally quoted price. I paid but was not very happy. I really thought I was at one of the competitor's in Beeville that had changed prices during a visit before. Very disappointed with their customer service!

The tire had a nail. The guy shows me the tire with this cut in it. Strange thing is, the cut is clean and whole tire is dirty. Looks to me that tire should have gone flat. Never did until they touched it.

We blew a tire on our RV on our way from Port A to Dallas. This was the closest place on our route. They immediately got us in, replaced our spare and made sure all of our other tires were good to go. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Couldn t have asked for better service! Plus they gave us a deal on a gently used spare.

If less than one star was an option that's what they would get. I called these guys about a tractor tire a day ahead and was told they had the tire in stock by several different employees. They even made a note that I would be there Saturday to purchase the tire and have it mounted. I drove 60 miles to get my tractor I then got in my tractor and drove another 10 miles to the tire shop. Soon as I got there the guy was already acting like he didn't want to install the tire. He kept coming up with excuses and saying he didn't want to work late. He eventually told me the people I talked to the day before lied to me and they didn't have the tire in stock. Total waste of time and fuel. I will never attempt to use these guys again.

Very fast and friendly service. I had a tire leaking air. They found the problem and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Charge very reasonable. Will return if more tire needs arise.

Got 2 brand new tires and one went flat within a week and the other has a bubble worst tire shop ever if I could rate it 0/5 I would.

Very helpful Billie is the service man who aired my Tire Up. HE WAS VERY THOROUGHLY AND NICE . I gave him a $5.00 tip. Us women who have no man to do the simple of car mantience go see Tio Tire Co.

We had to replace tires that we bought from them three times all under warranty and was made to pay every time to replace their tire for default tire we bought from them .their tires split three times I will not every go back and do not recommend them to anyone I have never had anything but bad experience with their tires every time being it was there a default tire having to pay Made it worse

Better call before you go down there. They wont honor the prices that are on there website $50 higher a tire. Ridiculous
