First time customer and had no idea what to expect on a service level. Dropped my riding lawnmower off on a Tuesday at 4pm to have it looked over, due to the blades not engaging. Charlotte at the front desk let me know that the mower should still be under warranty. I pulled up my receipt on my phone and sent it to her. She let me know they would run diagnostics on it and would reach out if they needed any additional info. I pulled around back and there was a nice gentlemen there to help me unload it. Two days later, I received a text that my mower was ready and the clutch had been replaced under warranty and oil and filter had been changed. I couldn't have had a better experience as a first time customer.

I ve used the services of this company, and I m very please with the work they provide, yes at times it s a week /two waiting for completion, however I know this in advance , and most of time work if done sooner than expected. It s little pricy, however it s worth it , because if it s fix correctly I m willing to pay , in my personal experience it s a AAA company, they will always get my business.

Took in a push mower that wouldn't retract the pull string and they said the crankshaft is bent. I will need a new blade and adapter. I decided to just take it back. After getting home I noticed the blade was not the same and I requested my gas to be returned. It had hardly any when giving back when it was half full. I will never use their services again and I will place a complaint through the BBB. I called them when I noticed and they said it was the same parts. The push mower was bought in March of 2023 how can it look like it is 3 years old. I maintain my yard equipment and clean underneath every other time it is used.

I take my unit for repair it took them one mont to give me an estimate I told them to fix it but I been waiting for 2 months and the always told me that they haven't have time to fix and it have been at the shop 3 months the receptionist on very bad manners told me that I can get it back only if I pay $75. For estimate. Do your self a dabor sray away of this people .

Sent my Rigid tool in for repair. They took over 3 months to attempt to repair it. They said the manufacturer sent them the wrong part that they were waiting for a replacement . Then I called the manufacturer and they said that wasn t true. That the tool has no serviceable parts and is suppose to be replaced.This company is a joke full of Lies and Excuses . Customer service out the window. I m still waiting for my replacement tool.

Horrible experience. We took our side by side there and they did not fix anything. We kept calling and calling when they will fix it and they could never give us and answer. They will tell us we do not know all the time finally after a month of the same answer we decided just to go get it. While in there they told us they could not strap our side by side because liability. So I have my 80 years old father Inlaw helping me to strap that thing because they told us sorry we can not help you. I would never recommend this place to anybody. They don t care about you or their business because they could do a better job. One of the guys got very mouthy saying he is the only one working on the shop and that is the reason work does not get done.

I will never use them again. I told them my mower needed a new self propel cable. They said it would be ready in a week. 15 days later still not fixed. Told them I wanted my mower and I would pay for the cable they ordered. They wanted to charge me $48 for diagnostics and would not give me the mower. The lady behind the counter was very rude. Talked to the manager who was very polite and understanding. Paid for the cable and got my mower. But, not before having the man in the back screaming at me defending their initial decision not to release the mower. Again, kudos to the manager.

My husband was directed to this business as a Rigid tools repair center. He sent in his cordless drill to be repaired over 2 months ago. Over a week after they received the drill, they called him requesting he send the battery for the drill. Since then, they have not contacted my husband at all, and after several days of trying to contact them, they finally answered the phone and told him they had not even looked at the drill yet. I wish I could give this business zero stars.

I have a new Shindawa battery powered line trimmer. It has a 5 year warranty.My battery will not charge. I called Shindawa and they said Cushman was the place to fix warranty work.I ve called six(6) times in two(2) months and no one knows when they will be able to get to it!!

Had cushman pick up my mower to have blades sharpened and check/clean carburetor.when I didn t hear from them for days I called. They said they were 2 or 3 weeks behind. Later on they told me it would be $331 - plus $65 pick up and return fee - which is $65 even if you have someone else pick it up !!! Customer service is awful and service is a rip-off- they see women coming.

I needed a grommet for my Kubota zero turn diesel fuel tank. Fuller Tractor tried to sell me the entire tank, gas lines, etc. Cushman's had the grommet in stock for $6.00. They also shared with me how to clean out a rusty gas tank with pebbles. Awesome customer service!!

Sent my mower in to get fixed and the same issue I was having is still happening. Called and the person I spoke with was very rude, and didn t care to help. I will never recommend this place or ever do business with them again.

when you call they quote you one price but when you get a final bill its alot alot alot more expensive and the person that answers phone does not even try and explain or help explain I will not be back!

Charge me over $400 for something they could not even fix if they knew how to use Google they would ve found schematics never going back there again

They are very expensive on their parts find it cheaper on line ,they a very high mark up, and not that helpful ,very weird atmosphere when in the building
