I don t remember the name of the lady that I spoke with when I called however, she was very sweet and informative. The gentleman (Alfred) that came out for the repair was very knowledgeable, informative and was able to fix the issue in less than 30 min. All my questions were answered and overall I am a very satisfied customer. Definitely recommend Eissler s for your AC work.Service: A/C system repair

Just had a company vehicle following extremely close behind me on SPID in CC. Put our turn signal on and as I'm not from the area, I slowed down slightly more than usual to make sure I was turning into the correct parking lot. This guy honked at me. Maybe if you left sooner, drove slower, and we're watching....you wouldn't need to honk cuz you would have been driving at a safe distance.

Was given their name by Whirlpool and called about my fridge being out. The lady said she would check the schedule and call back in a little while. 4 hrs later I called again, and was told again she would get back to me to schedule the repair. Now, five days later, no call back.I guess they do not need the business.Luckily I found someone else

Very disappointed with Eisslers Appliances. Have a Maytag washer and Dryer and the washer started acting up. ( not spinning out water from clothes or completing cycles) We called Eisslers to fix the problem and they sent their technicians to assess the situation. Apon arrival, the tech said the problem was one thing and after $203 he hooked things back up and left. After washing ONE LOAD the washer was doing the exact same thing! We called tech back out and this time he said it was the first thing AND SOMETHING ELSE that was the problem, so again I wrote a second check, this time for $88, he replaced the sensor, ( which they had replaced 8 months ago) hooked everything up again, and left. Again after doing ONE LOAD washer continued to do the same thing. We called again and they sent their tech back for the third time, he ran the washer, which APPEARED TO BE WORKING But was not working correctly, told me to watch it as they had other calls to attend. Left, and retuned about 1 hour later. At this time still no clue of what was happening, took our washer and left us with a loaner. Luckily my wife started a load of clothes because the loaner started leaking water all over our floor due to a cracked tub!! We were then left with a second loaner and tech took our washer to shop for repairs. After 3-4 days, ( Thanksgiving weekend) we got our washer back and were told everything was taken care of. We started washing and all was fine, but after 4th load, washer started doing same thing AGAIN!!!We were never shown bad parts or even saw new parts going in. We aren't trying to be the type of people who always complain, but I feel we have not been justly treated. I tried calling to report the situation again on a Sat and got no answer. Store may be closed? Regardless, our problem has NOT BEEN RESOLVED, and we have now taken matters into our own hands and replaced the washer with a new one! Very disappointed in our experiance with Eisslers and it is very unfortunate because they are our local professionals in these situations.Sorry to say,A very unhappy customer! :(

It appears that they corrected the issue with my washing machine that another certified company could not.

Nikki was very friendly and the gentleman that fixed our washing machine was thorough and informative. I would highly recommend Eissler.
