Super time efficient and very thorough when I went today for my annual car inspection. Staff was more than friendly and greeted me as soon as I drove up. Best place in town for inspections!!!

Got just the tires I was looking for, 900 miles from home. Great service and very friendly people there. If I lived around here I would definitely go back there with more business

Bought the warranty for 4 new tires. 6 months later they didn t want to honor the warranty because they blamed the alignment. The alignment was new but they still blamed it so they don t have to honor it. I won t ever come back to them.

Requested your Repossession services back in Aug2023, until this date (Nov2023) I haven't received any information. Called and asked for any updates and they simply hung up the phone and never answered. Your website is joke, because you don't do ANYTHING it says you offer. One star is too much.

Had a 18 wheeler trailer tire needing replaced, called to check availability and pricing. Was told one prize and upon paying, total not what I was initially told. Charged $719 for a $255 tire. They are way OVERPRICED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNFRIENDLY. I drive through here all the time and will NEVER come back. Go get treated better and charged less in a place that s not sleazy, their mannerism and rotting RV should ve told me something. When I tried to leave, I needed their mobile unit moved out the way and the vehicle didn t even start so I had to wait so the man who just ripped me off could jump start it.

Horrible customer service! Overcharged prices, and super unfriendly. Got charged for a door fee, and when I needed to get my service done couldn't get ahold of anyone to help. Called and no answer and door was locked when it says open. They wanted to charge me about $200 for a used tire!! Go somewhere else to save time, money and stress. Never ever had this much difficulty for tire service. Just save your money and go somewhere else.

If your prepared to spend more money for the service you need. You will spend more if you don't shop. Garcia tire shop has the benefit and service. It is normal to shop and you will always come to old reliable service and economy price. And you don't have to wait over 20 minutes to 1&1/2 Hour to complete the job. Remember quick and quality service like you deserve.

Highly recommend using this tire shop. Very customer oriented! Had two flat tires that morning - got them aired up and fingers crossed - made a short drive of 6 miles to have them take a look. They were able to fix the puncture in each! Thanks so much for what all ya'll do!

We had to stop unexpectedly to get new tires on an RV we were hauling for a friend. We received excellent service and had cool drinks and a cool place to sit. Also had a valve stem replaced on our truck tire. I would recommend this shop to anyone requiring this type of service.

The experience was good the serviceman was professional and performed my tire change in a timely manner. Only thing that was disappointing was he didn't put enough air in my tire with that being said the visit was excellent!

They're ok, fast but expensive for just mounting or patching. Had better service at Tio's.

These guys were my heroes! Had a blown out tire on the highway headed from Rockport to San Antonio and I m so thankful I was able to find them!!!Not only were they able to come out in a timely manner (on a Sunday night), they also brought a new tire and replaced it right there on the side of the road.

Prices are OUT THE ROOF! + They don't even have tools to do a roadside assistance on a bad tire. When I spoke to someone at night he sounded Lazy and he put an excuse that he couldn't fix it because I needed a special tool to get my spare tire out... What a "Hexagon Tip"?That's all he needed but refused to even try. Instead he tried to sell me a new tire. I called back and asked price $190+ Ridiculous!I bought tools at a local Walmart and got it fixed myself. + found way better deals on tires.

Awesome place, I had a bolt stuck in my tire and this was the first place i saw and pulled in. I asked if they could patch it and they immediately went to work on helping us out. We barely got inside before they were already done! Super friendly, inside of the shop is super nice. Highly recommend this place.

I had my girlfriend bring my truck to get an alignment and rebalance. She waited for almost 5 hours before they finally finished. After I got off work, I drove my truck and it was still pulling to the left even after the alignment. I brought it back the next morning to question them about it and to get it fixed and the owner and the his son thought it was my responsibility to rotate my own tires in their parking lot to try and fix the problem they caused. After rotating my own tires, my truck still continued to pull to the left. I took it back to the alignment shop and the man fixed it for me. I go back to the tire shop and ask to speak to the owner and the son proceeds to mention the things they did yesterday continuously before calling his father on the phone so I could speak to him. Not only did they refuse to give me at least half of my money back, but the owner also told me it was my responsibility to rotate my own tires and make sure they were good before getting an alignment and there was nothing he could do because he can't see my tires through the phone. I will not be going back to Carlos Garcia Tire Shop.

Looking through reviews and the trend is there. Local customers are treated properly in most cases. Those of us who are directed to him via roadside assistance are not so lucky. Total fee was 350.00 to drive 20 miles and swap a blowout. Unfortunately for roadside assistance users we have no idea what we have coming until it is too late and I can only assume that this is his game.

These guys are wonderful! We hydroplaned and blew out our tires. They came to our rescue when another (terrible) company intercepted the dispatcher call and wrongfully impounded my car. They got us back on the road FAST and were very friendly. They went above and beyond to pick us up from our hotel, even though they were not the ones who originally towed the car from the accident scene.

I think they make up prices as they go.198.99 for a 16 inch trailer tire15.00 to mount it and 15.00 for a valve stemI took the wheel to them. if I would have drove another 20 minutes I could have got the tire mounted with a new valve stem for 109.00 plus tax.And my flat fixed for 15.00Long story short 287.00 for 1 new tire and one flat repair. Never will get any more business from my company

I do not reccomend this place. Price quoted on phn was good. Got to the store got priced $35 more each tire. Spoke to the owner thought it was a fixed situation...had tires installed then was given an entirely different price which was higher then the first time and I was expected to pay it because the work was done. The only good thing was they installed quickly. Thanks Carlos & Cross!

Called for a tire repair, they wanted $95.00 to fix a flat. I'll never deal with these guys. Read almost all the reviews are people getting ripped off!

Horrible service. Was left to stand around for 20 min while workers joked and snacked. Had to ask for help before I was approached. Also got 2 tires at Walmart for the price of one here

I had a flat tire yesterday and, having had excellent prices and service at Carlos Garcia tire shop twice in the past, I went there to purchase another. I left the flat with them and came back to pick it up and pay later yesterday afternoon. They did have it ready and installed it quickly on my vehicle. When I went to pay the bill, it was $187.00 which I felt was high for a 235/75R15 tire. I paid it,received a small slip of cash register receipt with no itemization and resolved to check prices on the web. I found the exact same tire (Nexen N Priz AH5) at Wal Mart for a base price of $69.00. Surely they didn't charge me over $110.00 for mounting, stem, disposal and tax I thought. So, I went back today and spoke with the young man who sold me the tire. I asked him what I paid for. He told me the base price of the tire was $111.00 which was over 60% more than Wal-Mart charges and, while going over the other costs, it came out that he had charged me for "Road Hazard Warranty" which I did not request nor did he even ask me at the time of the sale if I wanted it ($29.95 + tax). I explained to the mechanic that I didn't expect them to match the Discount Tire price ($66) because there is some convenience to be able to drive 1 mile for service vrs 60 miles to the nearest location but I felt that an additional $45.00 was excessive. I was given a list of excuses why nothing could be discounted (high-quality tire, they can't compete with giant companies, etc) but, he did say that if I didn't want the road hazard warranty, he would refund that portion. I then told him that would do (letting him know that I was a repeat customer and that since they would do no better on the tire, I would take my hazard money back but, I would not be purchasing any more tires from them.) At that point he said he would call the owner and stepped outside, returning a few minutes later. He claimed his boss told him not only to not discount anything but, to not even refund my money for the road hazard warranty that I had never asked for! Oh yes, and the previous day, when they charged me for that, I was never even aware I had paid for it since they gave me no paperwork showing I had it. This whole situation has come as quite a surprise to me since I have dealt with the owner in the past and he was quite friendly and gave me a competitive price. I prefer to give my business to a local business but just can't continue. Looking at Wal-Mart's price for everything I got for $187.00 at Carlos Garcia Tire Shop, it is $103.38. I noted on the Tire Shop website they have a picture of a banner at the shop that says "We have the lowest prices on tires, Guaranteed!" I'm thinking things have changed since that photo was taken. And yes, I have filed a dispute over the charges with my credit card company for road hazard which was not requested by me. Shame on me for not asking the prices ahead of time but I do realize they have no right to decide for me what options I will purchase with my tire. If you do shop here, the people are courteous and friendly but DO make sure you know what you are paying for before you authorize them to complete the sale.

I took my boyfriend s truck to the Beeville, TX location yesterday morning to get an alignment and a rebalance. I got there at 8:30 in the morning and waited for almost 5 hours before they finally finished working on the truck. Multiple people showed up after me and left before me. After I left with the truck, I brought it home and my boyfriend drove it. When he drove it, he noticed the truck was still pulling to the left. We brought the truck back to them this morning to question them about it and see if they could fix the alignment because obviously something was off still. The owner and his son suggested we rotate the front two tires to see if it made a difference, but they told my boyfriend he had to do it himself. So my boyfriend rotated his own tires in their parking lot while the owner s son sat inside and played on his phone. Nobody else was to be found. After rotating the tires, the truck still continued to pull to the left so we asked them to realign the truck. We took it to the alignment shop and the guy fixed it right up for us. We brought the truck back to the tire shop to ask for at least half of our money back since they didn t do the job correctly the first time and because they made my boyfriend rotate his own tires. At this point, the owner s son was just continuously repeating himself on what he did to the truck yesterday even though they messed up. We finally convinced him to let us talk to his father so he calls him on the phone. My boyfriend gets on the phone with the owner and the guy wouldn t even let him talk because he was too busy complaining that we were mad at what they did, or in this case, didn t do. Not only did the owner refuse to give us at least half of our money back, but he also told my boyfriend he shouldn t have tried to get an alignment without rotating the tires even though my boyfriend told him at least 5 times that he rotated them 2 weeks prior to the alignment. He also told my boyfriend that if he would ve gotten tires that were in good shape, we wouldn t have had trouble with the alignment. The worker in Three Rivers, TX even told my boyfriend that his tires were in great condition so we knew that wasn t the problem. The people at the Beeville location are rude, do not respect their customers like they should and they are not knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. We will not be going back.

Two experiences with this tire shop and neither positive. Not customer friendly, poor service, not enough help, tons of excuses, stories and reasons about why the jobs were not done right. Flat repair on RV on the road they came without any equipment and expected us to provide help to the technician who was untrained. Flat repair in their shop and the did not check any other tire pressure, left spare laying in open trunk when they returned my keys. I reassembled the spare, jack and cover and cleaned up mess. Never heard of that with flat repair. They were not at all concerned and told me to 'go somewhere else... '
