Shoutout to Blake Fulenwider of Beeville, Ram Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Johnny, and Trey Aguirre for the best customer service, and servicing my car in timely matter, and making sure I had a loaner vehicle to come and go also s/o to Juan Garza at services for sending me videos and updates as they were working on my vehicle! If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle, 10/10 recommend Blake Fulenwider! If they don t have the vehicle you want, they ll find it for you!

I submitted muni formation one morning with a very helpful lady. Once I got out of work around 4 in the afternoon I was told I was approved for a vehicle between $20,000 and $30,000 with $0 down. Once she sent me the website to look up their inventory I decided on a car that was physically on their lot. However once I got to the dealership the manager in charge , had done nothing with my information so he hurriedly gave my paperwork to another employee to make a deal for me. Because I was told he was busy with a marketing team there making a video or something. After which I was told I d need a $5,000 deposit and now they wanted to put me in a $17,500 vehicle. Needless to say I walked away empty handed and VERY DISAPPOINTED . I do however highly recommend the saleswoman Marisol. She was such a help and very understanding of my needs in acquiring a vehicle. She was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any question I had.Thank you Marisol.

Easily one of the most professional and customer centered dealers i have ever worked with! From the moment Rolando Rodriguez picked up the phone to him walking me out to my new TRX while handing me the keys, he was one of the most friendly and charismatic salesman i have ever worked with. Ask for him directly when inquiring for a new vehicle and you will be guaranteed success. You will leave feeling like you really did have that 5 star experience you would expect when spending hard earned money on investments knowing that you're in good hands. There are a few other standouts there such as Garrett Hayes. He was my finance guy and he was just as stellar as Rolando was. He explained in fine minuet detail every answer to my questions and made everything very readable and understandable. I highly recommend every aspect and department that is associated with Blake Fulenwider Ram Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Beeville. Easily one of the best dealers ive ever worked with in South Texas. Nothing but winners working here.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Blake Fulenwider Jeep in Beeville. I would not have gone back to this dealership for another vehicle purchase if my 1st experience was uncomfortable or high pressured. This 2nd purchase was for a Jeep Rubicon. My salesperson was a Gabby Chapa. She was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle that I was looking for. She made the entire sale process very smooth without any haggling. Vehicle was delivered as promised. Gabby continues to make follow-up calls to ensure that everything is going well. My husband got the car of his dreams, a 2019 Mustang 5.0 with all the bells and whistles. Sarina Silvas helped us, she was persistent but understanding and worked with us to get the best deal possible for what we needed! She also checked in on us a few days later congratulating our wedding! Great customer service we will be back for future purchases!

Blake Fulenwider Jeep Service Department ROCKED it today 06/28/23!! It had been a very tumultuous day for me. So many issues that had to be taken care of and my husband's vehicle stopped and would not restart in front of our home. The air temp was 102� outside and I couldn't get the vehicle started. I called Blake Fulenwider and talked to Erica, she worked with her boss on the matter and they sent a team over to look at it. They took it in and repaired it under warranty and brought it back to us later that day. It really took the burden out of my day and they really helped to calm me from the stress of it all. Thank you Ram, Erica and team, I tremendously appreciate the awesome gesture of assistance. Hard to find that nowadays!! We've bought several vehicles from you throughout the years, the service department has always been extremely helpful. Thank you guys and gals keep up the great work!!!!

We have done business here for a fear years now. They have always provided exceptional service, but this past Saturday, they blew us out of the water! Lindsay and Trey went above and beyond to get us into the two cars that we wanted! We can t thank them enough for all they did for us. They even played and spoiled our 3 year old. Love the family environment there and they truly have their customers best interest at heart.

I went to Blake Fulenwider to look at a getting a new truck. At first I was scared because my credit is not where it should be but thanks to Lindsay Salinas with her hard work she was able to lock me into an amazing truck at an affordable price to my budget. Just bought another truck from them. Lindsay Salinas was the sales rep. She asked what I was looking for and what I could do and she made it happen. Gave me what I wanted for my truck and kept my payments for the new truck where I wanted. When I decide to buy again I will definitely look her up. And Josh the sales manager went 200 percent to go out of his way to make sure I was happy .

My Sales rep Roland aka Rollie is just an amazing person and salesman in general. Past few days I ve had it rough and because of him I was able to get in the vehicle I have been wanting. I was very iffy about trading my car in but he made me feel so comfortable and was very trustworthy along with Mr. Willow assisting him. I couldn t be more thankful to either of them and to Mr. Roland, thank you again you have made not only myself happy but my son as well he loves our suburban and I know I m not an easy customer to please but you did it!!! .. may god bless you with so many blessing in this life

Been waiting months and months and months for our license plates. Somebody keeps dropping the ball. They keep telling us they mailed them or they over nighted them etc. It's become a problem as we use our vehicle for work and it poses a problem when trying to get on secured job sights like the military base etc. Not sure what we are going to have to do at this point. We've gone up there, they say they've handled it and they will be here in the next day or 2.... nothing. We call, they say they will mail them then they don't. We call back and they say they were over nighted. When they don't show we call and they say they'll get them in the mail. It's just getting old and it's hard to do our job.I do not recommend this place as this is an important part of their job that they just won't do.It will be 6 months of this in a couple weeks.

Excellent service again by the dealerships shop. Every time we have had the pleasure of doing business with this location they exceed our expectations. Randy in parts has amazing customer service and is honest and thorough. Cannot express what a huge difference this service is from Lithia s shops in Corpus. It is truly worth the drive to Beeville.

I bought my Willy's Gladiator from Alayna. Excellent experience. I had a follow up experience with Mitch. I kept getting a DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED message when trying to charge my phone. At the beginning of my trouble shooting, I called ATT to get an original charging cord for my phone. They told me they could GUARANTEE it wasn't the cord....that I needed a new phone. Mitch set that falsehood to rest by telling me to order a new cord (to get 2) directly from Samsung. BINGO ! Problem solved. Thank you, Alayna, thank you Mitch, and thank you Blake Fulenwider for having the greatest crew around.

I went there solely for the purpose of a service for my vehicle because I'm having an issue, and the lady tried and tried to get me to get another car and trade it in, when I clearly said I didn't want to. On top of that she wanted to drive my vehicle while we tested it to see if it was fixed. My car is a standard and she didn't know how to drive it and still attempted to do so. She stalled my car, and grinded my gears and laughed like it was funny. I didn't appreciate it at all, and best believe when I'm ready to trade in my challenger rt it will never be to someone like that.

Roland is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. However, the rest of the team here was great too, from the finance and sales support team staying late to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything was done right, to the service department getting the hitch that I wanted added installed and a couple of quirks fixed! Y all were awesome and I ll certainly be doing business with both the sales and service sides of this dealership again in the future!

Charged me $200 diagnostic fee for pulling the code on a check engine light. Wanted $700+ for a simple thermostat replacement. Check their service website, I did afterwards. They charged $200 regardless big or small issue. Sign says to pull-in and wait for Service Advisor. After waiting 15 min, I had to go in and interrupt the SAs phone call. Young lady wasn't particularly friendly, not sure she wanted to be there. Mainly its the outrageous diagnostic fee that will keep me from going back.

Excellent experience from start to finish. All Blake Fulenwider employees were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any details about the available vehicles. They provided us with many options til we were able to find something we loved. Financing was a breeze and we couldn't be happier with our 2021 Ram 1500 Lonestar night edition. I highly recommend you roll with my boy Roland Rodriguez if you're in the market for a new vehicle, he really does go the extra mile to get you into some you'll want to drive for years to come!

I want to thank Roland Rodriguez on making the purchase of my ram rebel smooth as can be. We ordered it together and it came in a little over a month later! I m very impatient and he worked with me and continued to keep me updated on the status of my truck. Nothing but good things to say about Roland! I travel all over the country for work and no matter where I m at, I can count on this dealership to help me if I have any questions about my truck. Juan and the service team are FANTASTIC! Wow! These guys are phenomenal. A special thanks to Robert Hudson who helped me with what was mostly an internet purchase of the 80th Anniversary Jeep. Garret Hayes also worked hard to make it happen. I found the jeep that i wanted online at about 3 in the afternoon and I told them i wanted it the same day! They made it happen. not only did i get a very good price on the vehicle but Robert drove part of the way and met me to swap my trade! I was in my new car by about 7:30. They gave me what i wanted for my trade too! They went above and beyond in all areas! These guys are great!!!10 stars!

Great buying experience! Between GM Devon Nodland and Salesman Garrett Hayes I got the fastest and best trade on a new Ram 3500 I ve ever had on any new vehicle purchase. No guessing, when I had a question they either had the answer or looked it up immediately. I spent no more than 3 hours putting my order together online with them, about a month for Chrysler to build the exact truck I wanted, and then about two hours completing the deal when the truck came in. Garrett taught me how to operate each now component I wasn t familiar with and has assisted me a few more times over the phone while I was learning. I m very happy with my new truck and know who I ll go back to when I m ready for my next truck no matter where I m located. I traveled to Beeville, TX for this deal because of the same good experience times before. Thanks too, to Mike Fountain for getting things going this time and my other purchases in the years past.

I couldn t be happier with the service that I get from this dealership. I do not have much time for my vehicle to be serviced with work and children in my full schedule but Juan makes it happen. He makes sure to get my vehicle in and out, and is always in contact with me to make sure I am happy. I have purchased all of my vehicles from there and I suggest you do too.
