This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Jo Anthony Zamora and Aldo Lopez at Blake Fulenwider did a phenomenal job getting my wife the perfect King Ranch Expedition Max! They asked her what she wanted and searched for it all over Texas till they got it for her! I will do all my car and truck business with the Blake Fulenwider Ford Team! I highly recommend them!

Olivia got me scheduled for an oil change and checked on me throughout my wait time. She is a good employee! Good service. Oil change took longer than expected but that was my only issue.

Friendly , helpful. Hopefully ford will come up with a fix for the side panel of the windshield soon. Tks for a good experience and letting me know about the bad tire!!

Took in three vehicles to get service regular routine maintenance. Vehicles were maintenance before schedule appointment and done before scheduled time. This was awesome being that I was able to get the vehicles to them and back before kids getting out of school. Purchased a Used F250 and had a great experience!!. Our Salesman, Vandame DeloReyes did an amazing job. He as direct and honest. A plus is he is a Marine. I love working with fellow veterans. Y all . I cannot praise this dealership and service center enough! The customer service I experienced this past week was of the highest quality. I was 3.5 hours away from home when I pulled up to my destination in between George West and Beeville (I was taking customers Dove Hunting) when I realized that my truck was spewing diesel underneath. I called the nearest Ford Dealership I could find which happened to be Blake Fulenwider and it was the BEST call I could have made. Nicole answered the phone and I explained that I was 3.5 hours away from home and that my fuel filter was spewing diesel. She asked for my location and I sent it to her. She told me she was loading up and coming to me! Her and her associate came and found me and literally fixed my truck on the side of the road and then told me not to worry about following them back to the dealership that they would just send me a link over text to pay my bill so I wouldn t have to leave my customers and I could hunt!Y all, I went from panicking with diesel spewing everywhere (I m a female lol) to completely fixed in 30 minutes. Literally. Nicole and her staff will forever have my business anytime I m in the Beeville area and I highly recommend y all trust them with your vehicles and give them a shot!!! 5 stars just isn t enough for the customer service I received and I will forever be grateful to them!

I loved that I didn t have to leave the comfort of my cool home to take my vehicle in to be serviced!My vehicle was picked up and returned it to me in a timely manner after they finished changing the oil and checking my tire pressure. Horrible service. They charged me $1650 for parts and labor over two multi-week trips and did not fix the issue with my wife's car. I had to go to another dealer for them to actually find and fix the real problem which they did in 3 days. I ended up pursuing a charge-back via my credit card issuer after Madison refused to refund me for the incorrect work they did. She was extremely rude and wanted me to bring my car there for a third time which I declined due to their inability to properly diagnose a simple system. Got my money back from the credit card company but it was an awful experience. Avoid this place.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Same excellent service I ve come to expect from Blake Fulenwider Ford. I had an oil change and fuel filter change on my F-250 today. I called and scheduled an appointment yesterday and it was done today! They even offered to pick up my truck and return it to my house! Great customer service!!

Can't say enough about this young man. I work 10hrs a day outside to find my wifes vehicle wont start. Tried jumper cables after getting home without avail. Contacted him and he went above and beyond to bring the proper battery to my house after work and before his daily routines. We spent some professional and personal time together at both our expense, both are off at this time. He made an exceptional effort to solve a primary issue. I've never had this type of service. Well above and beyond from an aspiring young man in his industry. Thank you for what you've done in restoring some faith in sales and service Mr. Vandame Delos Reyes

Madison is a literal angel. I travel from Corpus Christi past 3 Ford dealerships all the way to Beeville because I know they honor appointment times and will assess and be transparent about repairs and timelines, so we can plan appropriately! I will continue to travel to BF in Bee as long as I drive a Ford!
