On March 21st i was driving to port aransas, i truck lost power due to the coldside charging pipe failing on my f250, i had made a quick fix found this dealership close by and called them. They didn t have the parts however they were able to upgrade and repair within less than two hours! I wish i had these guys i. Austin Texas! Gave me my military discount and since i was away from home they worked w me on price ! Thanks Justin for taking care of my ford diesel and me!!!

Justin and the service department always do a great job. My Ford was scheduled for service and I ended up needing new break pads. The service dept. was able to get it done in my time frame so I wouldn't have to schedule another appointment. Always great service and friendly.

We had a very good visit at this dealership and even a better one with the help of John! Super attentive and helpful when it came to picking out what we needed! We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he was on it! He made it so easy for us and we couldn t be happier! Kristen, Larry and Joseph are great was an awesome experience they got me in and taken care of and went out of there way to make the experience painless. Just can t say enough how much I appreciate it especially after the last experience I had with the dealership I bought the vehicle from which honestly wasn t hard as the other place was a joke but these guys are true professionals that really care about customer service. Will definitely return if I have any other issues. Thx guys!!!

I went online looking for a 4x4 Maverick without expensive options. Fulenwider was the only to respond with what I wanted, at a reasonable (no mark-ups beyond msrp) price. This is a hard-to-get vehicle. We handled everything via text and voice calls. I started looking on a Thursday and had the truck by Saturday. They delivered to my door in Corpus Christi and drove the trade-in away. Customer service is alive and well.

I went in to buy a new F-150 with a special offer interest rate. At first I was told by the bank that I would not be able to get either the truck or the interest rate that I initially wanted. The manager Joe Zamora continued to work for me. I had already given up on the truck and went home. Joe called me the next day saying that he had called the bank to argue for me and that he got me approved on my original truck and interest rate!My salesman Vandame was super professional, fast, and even stayed late for me to pick up my vehicle due to me residing out of town so I could pick up my new truck as soon as possible!6 out of 5 stars

Placed my order for my 2023 Maverick. I knew there would be a wait before I went in since I had done some research and spoke to a different dealer already. BFF gave me the same price as the other dealer, however they gave me a much better deal on my trade in. Between Ford, Sandra and Josh I was kept well informed throughout the entire process. Got my new truck today and am extremely pleased with my whole experience.

I told them my sad story but I wasn t looking for pity. I wanted out of my current truck because in Dewitt county the dealerships are shady. These guys looked passed my credit score and I always had the capital to back me up. I want to thank God for hearing my situation and this dealership to let me take home what I wanted. The best customer service, trade-in deal, and new vehicle purchase in Texas comes right here from Blake Fulenwider! From the day I ordered my 2022 Ford F-250 until the day I received it, Sam kept in constant contact with me on the build status and estimated arrival date. Once it arrived to the dealership, they personally delivered it to my home the very next day! My family has been doing business with these guys for several years now and they always work hard to deliver the best deals and customer service! I definitely recommend them!

Got hooked up with a sweet 2023 ford bronco Big Bend Sasquatch. Did everything over the phone 4k miles away in Alaska. I m in the military and they really show their love to active duty and veterans. It was the most exciting and easiest purchase iv had. Thank you to Layton Chase for getting me into what I wanted, and thank you for your service as well. Something was wrong with my truck. Not only this one, but another one of mine months ago. They told me nothing was wrong with it and didn t do anything to fix it. Service IS NOT very great. Sales is good though. Wish the service was as good as the sales.

I purchased my truck on 8/13 and Sandra Carson helped me with my purchase. Been here twice for an oil change and both times they mess something up on my truck we came from Arizona had zero issues until I brought it into Blake first my Ac and now my driver side turbo something so major the tech forgot to note it on my paper work! Still surprised they haven t told me anything about my rear shocks leaking but told me I had to repair all my brake pad all around I went to change them myself and they were just fine!! Smh not cool great work all those oil stains and spilled are from where the mechanic was messy he didn t even clip up my air filter box after he opened it passed the shock absorbers/suspension/struts inspection when my rear shocks are leaking! I don t under stand how it passed!

This is THE best little Ford house in Texas. Everyone is extremely friendly and ready to help. 10/10 recommend.
