Grear dealership and buying experience. Highly recommend. Daniel and Skylar were both solid, and their manager was truly a visionary man. I bought the exact vehicle I wanted for the right price.Long story - I live in the Valley and asked for prices from several dealerships that were in a reasonable driving distance from home. Aztec was competitive in price, but not any better than my hometown dealership. I wanted specific features on my Yukon XL, so it has to be ordered. Aztec chose to order from my request from my price request even though I told them I would be buying elsewhere. When my vehicle was finished, the local dealership told me it did not have the second row bench seat I ordered and claimed GMC made the mistake. Aztec received the vehicle that they ordered of my price request, and it is perfect.I could not be happier with my experience.

I can not put into words how amazing and helpful Daniel Ramirez was. He was able to help my wife find the vehicle she was looking for and push and worked to give us the best deal possible. It was the fastest, easiest and best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I have already recommended your dealership and Daniel to numerous people. I already know where I am going when I am ready for another vehicle.

Daniel Ramirez made my car buying experience stress free! I saw what I wanted told him about it and he made it happen! I was approved and in my new car without having to step foot in the dealership! One weekend I decided to visit Aztec Chevrolet, Beeville, Texas. While I was on the premises used care lot I was approached and greeted by Mr. Daniel Ramirez, Aztec Salesman. He appeared cordial and began asking me if I had decided on a vehicle that I was interested. As we converse along, I sized up Mr Ramirez is straight forward and honest with his answers. He makes no promises, but will work hard to a two-way offer deal. I too advised him that I have been around the block in my lifetime buying vehicles and do not waste time haggling with the bottom line price I will accept. I pointed out specific things that needed to be satisfied. To date the promises were kept and finalized. We initially had an issue with non refundable deposits due to the large amount that was requested. This was a problem, but like I said I am an experienced vehicle buyer new and used. I pressed the issue and was finally able to receive a refundable deposit if the deal does not go through. I was ready to walk-out of Aztec Chevrolet and not buy the vehicle I had an interest if my request was not agreed by Aztec management. I appreciate the hard negotiations Mr Ramirez, Salesman had to bring to upper management to satisfy my needs. The only issue I have with new/used car dealerships is that the businesses do not direct their sales staff to spend more time with buyers with their new vehicle to go over thoroughly with the vehicle s equipment and operations. Sales people only touch base on minor equipment operations after the sale. I suggest car dealerships reserve a future day for the customer to return to the dealership and meet with a staff to go over anything about the vehicle if there are further questions in it s operation. To continue with my interactions with Mr. Ramirez, I am happy to say it was a pleasure to have worked through a deal with him.

Stone my salesperson was fantastic not at all pushy. Very knowledgeable about all the autos. Took his time showing me all available vehicles explained everything in detail a delightful gentleman it made my experience very enjoyable and I will be referring my friends to him. Also after purchase he took it on. Hisself to deliver. My car. To me and has helped with questions I had about the car after purchase truly a great service given

Awesome dealership. My salesman, David, did an awesome job from test drive to the paperwork. Finance answered all my questions and made it easy through out the whole process. I have bought several vehicles from Aztec and will be back. Another dealership (no names mentioned but it wasn t Chevy) use to get all my business but let me down. I would definitely recommend Aztec.

If you're looking to buy a new/used vehicle Aztec Chevrolet is the place to go. They have some of the best salesman there. Daniel Ramirez is great at making the buying process easy. He takes the time to explain everything in detail. Even after leaving the dealership he takes the time to follow up and see how things are going. Skylar and Daniel made it very appealing and very easy for us to buy the vehicle. We actually live in Houston and we drove three hours because they were great on the phone and walked us through the process very smoothly. Gauge was absolutely wonderful and very helpful throughout the entire process. I didn t even go to the dealership with the intention of buying or even looking, just tagged along with a friend who was making a purchase. I contacted Daniel telling him I was in need of a low mileage 3/4 ton diesel pickup. He had exactly what I needed. I got to Aztec around 1pm and I was driving off in my new truck around 230. Daniel was amazing as always. This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from Daniel and Aztec in a year.

Receptionist was extremely rude - I wanted to speak to Jerry, the GM regarding something and she said he wouldn t be available, so I asked when I should I call back and all she said was I don t know and was very unhelpful. Since she said he wasn t available and didn t know when we he would be available, I asked what her suggestion would be to get ahold of him and all she said was sorry, I don t have one . Terrible customer service.

My new car was delivered to me and the delivery driver took the toll roads. I received the original toll bill 5 months ago and let them know they needed to pay it. After reaching out to my salesperson as well as several ladies that answer the phone I ended up paying the toll violations and late fees. I repeatedly was told they would take care of it and they did not. Lessons learned about doing business with them.

Mike Amador and Daniel Ramirez made my purchase of my 2023 GMC Canyon Denali a positively memorable experience from ordering 5/17/2023 until delivery 7/3/2023. Especially considering this model is extremely hard to find. Thanks Aztec Chevrolet for all you did for me. By the way this is the 12th vehicle I ve purchased from them over the past 20 years. The best car buying experience I have ever had. We had been talking about what we wanted and visited to look at the Canyon. It had so much we did not need and really over our price range. Destiny introduced us to Stone who visited with us. He asked what we wanted in a new vehicle and how we would use it. He really wanted us to get what we need and want. Stone was so patient and knew how to get us to the perfect car that was made for us. Once we decided on the Terrain he walked us through each step and kept us on track from start to finish. Stone was so patient and accommodating. I could understand why he had the top salesman belt. We will definitely recommend Aztec and Stone to our friends and family. Thank you for making our experience so easy and less stressful. We are enjoying our new ride.

I recently traded in my car for a new truck, and Sales Rep Gauge Lewis helped ne every step of the way!! Smooth sailing from the moment I pulled up on the lot, a big steriotype is that dealership salesmen will try to screw you over. Not this guy!!
