We were on our way from San Marcos to Brownsville when the alternator on our car went out. Managed to limp it into this AutoZone location and it was a true blessing. Although they did not have an alternator in stock, they were able to order me one and get it early the next day. Sylvia and her crew were extremely helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind. They loaned me Tools and offered to help in anyway possible. What could've been a horrible experience turned into something my wife and I felt was a blessing in disguise. We met some really good people, and I can't thank them enough for all they did to help us through a tough situation.

Silvia and Ralph went beyond to help us with what we needed. Silvia explained parts very clearly. She knows her job. Ralph also helped us by unlocking our truck. Both were very courteous and very friendly. Wished there were more people like them. God bless them.

I like coming here. I always get excellent help and information from the employee's. My person that I talk to and trust is Jacob Martinez, always nice and welcoming to anyone that comes in the store and he has some good knowledge about cars and trucks

A very good restaurant. It is mostly only open for lunch on weekdays but is also open for dinner Friday nights. Our food was excellent and so was the service. It is a really great place to eat a different type of cuisine than we normally get in this area. You should definitely give it a try for a little taste of Germany!

Absolutely best customer service ever bought a couple things and accidentally locked my keys in my truck and 2 women that worked there the went above and beyond to help me get my keys out and can't thank them enough will definitely be going back

I want to give the most biggest shout out to the ladies of AutoZone-Beeville, Andria & Sylvia, and the sweetest men that went out of their way to help me fix my car . You all are heaven sent, my early angels, idk what I would've done without your generosity. It was so hot but you all didn't give up. My cup is full . Thank you oh so much!! Horrible customer service. Associates too busy talking to each other or on their phones. Ordered a part that was suppose to be in at a certain time and i was told it would not be received till the next day. The associate I spoke with was careless and showed no sympathy. Will be taking my business to O reillys as everyone else should. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The counter person actually offered to change my wipers for me. And as he was changing them he showed me in case I needed to know for future reference. Very kind

My family and I were headed to corpus for my graduation when my dads alternator went out. It s 9:55 I m 15 minutes away from the nearest auto parts store and they all close at 10. I called oreillys and they automatically tell me they won t stay open. But I called autozone and the associate says let me ask my manager (Ray). Ray picks up the phone asks for the information for the truck to make sure they had it and stayed open for an extra 20 minutes so we could pick up this alternator! When we got there they weren t irritated or frustrated they asked where we were going, congratulated me and told us to be safe on the way there.

My Car kept popping up a message, so i called my husband and he told me to take it to Autozone there in beeville so they can run a diagnostic test, since i was an hour away from home. He called them, told the gentleman I had my toddler in the car with me and they had no problem running outside to accommodate. When I actually pulled up they were already waiting outside for me! Thank you so much AutoZone!!

Terrible customer service ethics. Two people behind the counter, one with customer and the older one behind the counter doing nothing. Already had item in my hand. Go to O'Reilly Auto Parts next door and see Jacob - he'll have you checked out before you can say " I'm ready "

I ordered a new side mirror and was told it would be there in 2 days and they would call me to let me know when I could pick it up. After not hearing from them for a week I call and was told that it had been sitting there the entire time . Well freaking thanks

Went to exchange my rear wheel cylinders forThe right ones . I ask the salesman if I couldSee the other wheel cylinder for my 1995 Chevy.He totally ignored my request and only refundedMy money. So I had no choice but to go to Orielly's.Later I looked at the Autozone web and found thatWheel cylinder was in stock. The Auto zone associate did care enough to give me the part INeeded. Really helpful employees. They assisted in finding the parts I needed and ordered what did they not have in stock. Good price and decient discount.
