We are new to town and this was our first visit with Alaniz, it definitely won't be our last! The ladies on the phone were so nice in answering our questions & the staff this morning that handled the car was awesome! Shop, waiting area and bathrooms were very clean and complimentary coffee was hot and ready. Thank you all for the quick & dependable service you offered today. Highly recommend for any car troubles. We had an all wheel alignment and purchased 2 new tires

Was blown away in a good way. I have always taken my vehicles to a franchise dealership. Tried a couple local and all the three I tried were way behind and took a long time with apts. so I was expecting the same when I came here. Not at all. Great people. Big clean shop with very professional mechs. Not going back to franchise but 100% of all my work will be here and as a benefit they are less $$ on most items. Thanks my vehicles just found their Doctor. Props

Service was good by except that the tires were supposed to be rotated but I know that they were not because my front driver side tire was showing low and I had the tires marked in order to know if it was going to get done and it Didn't!!! and it didn't get changed checked or anything. I know that it says it supposed to be free so don't print on paper that it will get done but then you actually don't have it done for your customer. Also have the service person actually place a label in the car windshield for the next time.... Very disappointed..

Very professional!!! Understood my needs. Answered questions that I asked and presented himself as a customer friendly person and not standing off as if.....look lady, I do this all the time. Alanis & Perez handles the smallest to largest requirements and was very efficient and cost of my visit waspriceless!!!!!

Awesome customer service! Always enjoy visiting with Cruz, Jody, and Maddie and Christina! My oil change is always fast and Mr Leal is so polite!! Kudos to Maddie and Christina for always having a smile on their face

Friendly staff, price was fair, workmanship seems solid. Service was a bit slow, they are a busy shop though. They kept in touch through the experience. Overall would recommend.

One of our Drivers had blow out on a tire just outside of Beeville Tx, we called Alaniz & Perez Tire Roadside service to handle the changing the tire. They arrived 15 minutes after the call to their office staff and the road side service man was so professional. I will be recommending them to all of our network affiliates that will be traveling in the Bee County area as the go to company for roadside service at a reasonable price., professional attitude. and have customer care as their #1 priority. I have been using these folks on all my cars, trucks and SUVs since about 1995. They have fixed flats, helped with batteries, picked up my vehicle when it didn t start (& fixed it) and even got a mouse out of my A/C!They are Top Notch Professionals and give honest estimates when needed. My car works great after I took it to get fix with them but the only big thing I didn t like was the fact that they told me it was going to be $500 and they even gave me the invoice stating how much I was going to have to pay. The day I went to pick up my car they charge me $800!!!!!! They said it was because when they did the invoice they had the wrong part and the part that they actually needed was more expensive. They didn t even called me to let me know that they had the wrong part and it was going to be more. What if I didn t had that money with me !!!

Took my car to change the air conditioner actuator, 600 dollars later still not working, took it back, they will tell me was wrong with it for 1000. Plus repairsI look under the dashboard and there s no actuator installed. They just removed the old one but never replaced with new.

Great on answering phone call and great on time response to location so why a one star you might ask ? Well they tried to over charge on the miles17 miles is 17 miles walking, running or driving that s how far I was from their location but they tried to charge us 35 miles one way $140 and 35 miles back another $140 so when they try to sneak those miles in like that they get a one star and probably the last time their business!This happened earlier today and to make matters worse I m still broken down with the same issue at 6:30 pm

I can only speak for the service I recieved as I didn t have my car worked on but I did have my car inspected here.I greatly appreciated the fast and thorough service I received. I was greeted with a smile by a polite member of their staff, I would highly recommend this company for inspections. I

I love going to Alaniz and Perez. Had quite a bit of stuff done yesterday but done very quickly. The people that work there very nice I had three people come in and ask me if I was okay and what I was there for. Came and gave me an estimated time how much longer it was going to be. I recommend them to everybody. Thank you so much for everything y'all do for me.

Very poor customer service and disrespectful toward a potentially new paying customer. I will never go there ever again nor will I recommend anyone else to go there unless your ready to be talked to as if they don't need your business and ready to for hours just to get an estimate. If I could give less than a one star I would have!!!!

If I could give any less stars then I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I can not express this enough. I took my car in because it was not changing gears properly. There was nothing else wrong. I was given a quote a little while back. It took a minute for us to save up the money for this job. They called us and said they would give us a deal so if course we were happy about that and took the car in. For some reason they kept trying to push for stuff my car didn't need. When I got it back I paid in cash with the expectation that it was fixed. WOW was I wrong. Not only did they not fix it, my alignment is now so messed up that my car practically hops down the road. They talked down to me when I called to express my concerns. Won't respond back to my husband . So much money wasted to have my car worst than when I left it.

I went on the last minute on my oil needs. I told the mechanic what I needed. They brought my vehicle in immediately and took care of me. I didn't wait too long either and the price was good too. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you Alaniz & Perez Tire Pros!****Newest update on this place****They open up at 7am which is perfect because not only I just got off work. The severity of situation of my tire was losing air fast and I called to see if they could take me in quick air was actually hissing loudly and rapidly. They greeted me over the phone professionally and in person. Worked on my vehicle immediately when I arrived the wait time was quick. Everything about my experiences here have been nothing but positive and flawless. I'll be back in a few days to get my oil changed again. I love this place! I highly recommend.

As always I was treated with extreme curiosity and the upmost professionalism! Alaniz & Perez go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied and will not stop until you are! Nothing is hidden from you and they go out of their way to make sure you understand everything. More importantly there are no hidden surprises on the bill when you go to pick up your vehicle! Highly recommend you take the time to talk to Alaniz & Perez first before you commit somewhere else for all of your repairs.
